This is a large, why bother ordering a large? I get it maybe it comes with some whip cream but how much whip cream is in there that they have to leave out 1/4 of the coffee? Every time we go to Vegas we always go to Fremont Street. We go there to watch the light show, listen to music and live bands and of course a little bit of gambling. Last Friday (Jan.21) after dinner with my family I decided to go there for a desserts but end up empty handed because they are sold out maybe because they are about to close. The following night I went there again and this time they do have donuts but not much of a choice. They don't have the donut that I like. So again I left empty handed. I hate places that put the cream & sugar in the coffee rather than do it myself but somehow they make it perfect every single time. The employees are really nice. Late morning early afternoon gets really busy. It doesnt seem like they make donuts all day, because by the evening they are out and theres a sign saying more donuts at 4am although they're open 24hrs. Staying at the Golden Nugget across the street we came here to get a half dozen and back again the next day for National Donut Day, Buy a coffee, get one free, we got 5 different cooolata's all SUCKED! Barely frozen, just pure syrup taste, I had the mocha and just tossed it! Service was horrible, both times. The donuts also old, poor quality, tiny and overpriced at starting at $1.20 each The only thing that was descent was the sour cream/old fashioned, they were fresh and tasty. Been there twice in 2 days. This Dunkin is inside the Fremont Casino and you have to walk a ways in to get there. Ordered my extra large coffee and a frozen hot chocolate. Both drinks were made correctly and tasted good as expected. The donuts were typical Dunken made and taste as good as any I've had at other Dunkin. Presentation was perfect. They always make them look yummy! Employees were clean and very professional. They know their menu snd are extremely helpful if you have any questions about the menu. Even though I didn't stay, the fine in area was clean and orderly. My only complaint is the price. Drinks are a lot more expensive. Almost $1 more than the Dunkin I go to. Also the fact that you have to walk thru the casino to get to it. That is why the 4 stars. read more

Dunkin's texture is so epic. Their donuts are just plainly excellent, crispy and soft and the right amount of sweet as usual. I love how much jam they put in their jam donuts. It makes each bite so so much more worth it. And the chocolate creme is spot on with the creaminess of the filling. Just falls apart in your mouth. Great cravings. Service tends to be more of a rating, but the donuts bring the overall score to a rating. The employees don't seem to be that excited to be at work. You are working at a donut shop surrounded by DONUTS!!! Worth getting a half or full dozen at least because you will be coming back once you eat them! The French Crullers this trip were the BEST I've ever had! They must have been really fresh. Sometimes when we've come they run out of donuts. this trip they had every variety and I wished time would have permitted to buy a dozen for the trip home! The lady working the toaster in the mornings (the older AA woman) needs to find a new job if she hates this one so much. Every time I come in there she has an attitude with a customer or co-worker, its palpable. This morning I ordered a bagel and before I could even pay for it she was calling out my order.. Saw the sign for this outside of the Fremont Casino and immediately dragged my friend in. I came in wanting to get a Moolatte since I needed a cold drink and caffeine desperately. I didn't see it on the menu (it's been awhile since I've been to a Dunkin' and there's none in CA). I saw the ads about a new drink, Iced Latte Hazelnut Swirls, around the establishment and I had to try since I love hazelnut. The lady taking our order was surprisingly nice and friendly for working inside a casino on a hot day. My order: Large Iced Latte Hazelnut Swirls: Iced coffee w/ sweet, creamy swirls of Hazelnut Creamy and sweet, the drink cooled us down and was quite tasty. I come here often before work and it is always a pleasant and fast experience. The employees there recognize me and are always very nice, even before I became a regular. I don't keep coming back just because it's close to my job but the kind service is great, they are always fast even when there are several people in line in front of me, and the value is great. Their coffee is way better than Starbucks' and costs less... and a donut to consider my breakfast? Yum. I also always get a coupon on the bottom of my receipt to get a free donut with purchase of a beverage and so I always do this for my breakfast runs. GREAT value.
