After running a 5K down in Fremont, I ended up stopping by this Dunkin Donuts for some breakfast. Since this Dunkin Donuts is located inside the Fremont Casino, it is slightly more expensive than other Dunkin Donuts. This location is open early and late which is great for a quick bite to eat or some late night coffee! Dunkin Donuts offers a wide range hot and iced coffees, espresso drinks, teas, and a variety of seasonal offerings. If you're looking for alternatives to coffees, you can get some of their breakfast items like sandwiches, bagels, or their donuts! My go to item at Dunkin Donuts is their bagel, egg, cheese, and bacon breakfast sandwich. I usually get it on a plain bagel too. The order was quick. When I opened the bagel it looked like it had excess flour on the outside. I still ate it, but the bagel didn't taste that good. Everything else, the eggs, bacon, and cheese was yummy though. Just not sure what happened with the bagel. This location is quick and convenient, fully stocked with a wide variety of donuts. The team members were friendly and welcoming!

My first time ever trying Dunkin' (yes, really don't judge!), and the experience did not disappoint! The barista who took my order was incredibly kind and helpful. I explained my usual Dutch Bros and Starbucks drink and asked him to create something close to it. He absolutely nailed it! The drink was delicious, and the service made the whole experience even better. Great customer service and a fantastic first impression! This casino actually had so many great food choices! So grateful Dunkin's was one!

This is a bait and switch Duncan. I ordered the 6 breakfast sandwich, with hashbrown and coffee times two. When I placed the order the bill came up at over 32.00 and locked in that price instead of 12.00. Upon reaching the walkin store the employee stated they do not honor the coupon even though it is advertised for the Freemont location. The clerk told me to call Duncan headquarters and the headquarters told me contact the franchise owner who falsely baits and switches. From now I will use Starbucks at Golden Nugget. Dunkin falsely advertised special deals on non participating franchise stores. Now they are advertising 8.00 breakfast on website. The owner of this location is a scumbag.

this is unacceptable - they don't even fill up your coffee cup and load it w/ whip cream SMH

If I could give 0 stars. I would. On May 1st, at 3:15pm bought 2 coffees on the kiosk and when I went up to pick them up at the counter my hot coffee was half way full and iced coffee 3/4 filled up. Pretty sad. I showed the clerk how my coffee cups were not filled and she said with an attitude I can just remake them for you and I said nah I'm good. Can I just get a refund? She said no I don't have to refund your money. I said wow can I speak to a manager and she said I am the manager and I asked then what's your name & she said I don't have to give you my name. So rude and disrespectful. People are just lucky. I don't want to go to jail. Lol Shitty business and corporate office don't give a shit either.

Opens early and when I came the cashier was super friendly. Thought it was pretty funny but they have coffee and teas on tap here, such a Vegas thing. Standard Dunkin's nonetheless and everything seemed good. Not too crowded especially in the morning.

This was the next day from my review.

I sat there and watched them pass out drinks and then when they were 20 past my number, I asked about it and they said someone took it so they remade it. They asked for my receipt but the kiosk doesn't give one. She found my slip. The employees are flustered, I've seen people complain about the temperature of their food. Time for some training in high volume work and customer service. The picture is from the next day. Clearly it says hot.

Sometimes it's in the details that makes everything come together. Presentation from looks, ambience, set the tone. Drinks did not disappoint. Service was spot on too. They have you try your drink in a sample cup to be sure it's made exactly to your liking. From the outside it looked like either this was a new location or the area was still being developed. Parking looks like it could be a bit tricky especially seeing how packed they were. Could be an great place to chill but finding a spot would not be the easiest. But once you find the beautiful, ornate wooden door and step inside, you're transported into a charming little wonderland. The interior is unlike any other café in Las Vegas, with a greenhouse feel, small trees, unique décor, and plenty of cozy spaces to relax. The atmosphere is airy, whimsical, and fun. My favorite drink is the Iced Butterfly Latte, a delicious banana-flavored latte that's both unique and refreshing. I've also ordered the Berry Ricotta Brioche several times, and it's always amazing. The menu offers a great variety of pastries, sandwiches, desserts, and specialty drinks, so there's something for everyone. Pro tip: Find a table before ordering! This place gets very busy, and seating fills up quickly. If you're with friends or family, have someone save a table while the others order. Overall, Gäbi is one of my favorite cafés in Las Vegas, and I continue to bring friends and family whenever I get the chance. Restrooms were really clean and had the same style decor too, so I appreciated that attention to detail. However, I docked 2 stars since I couldn't order anything. I arrived at 939pm, looked at the menu and decided on a slice of the Ube Crepe cake and one of the Apple Cinnamon macarons. They don't close until 10pm and people were still coming in, and there were still plenty of people sitting in the restaurant, but the staff didn't let me order anything at 945pm saying that she doesn't take any more orders after 930pm. What?!?! What the hell? You're open for a whole 30 more minutes and don't want to take my money - am I hearing that right? My friend had cash on him, and he was willing to pay cash if that's less of a hassle, and still no. It's not even to-go only, it was a flat-out no, before their 10pm closing time. THAT IS CALLED CRAP SERVICE. However, the 3 stars instead of 1 or 2 stars is because one anonymous employee who witnessed that go down changed my perspective of this spot. This person asked me not to reveal their identity on my Yelp review out of fear of getting in trouble. They overheard me trying to order but got turned away, then pointed to the macaron in a box in the fridge on display right there to my friend. So as I was walking towards the bathroom, this person (different than the girl who rudely turned me away) apologized for what happened and gave me the apple cinnamon macaron as a gift. That was so sweet of them. The macaron was absolutely perfect too, it was delicious - the perfect texture of the macarons, apple filling, in the center between the cream, with the crunch from I think they were dried apple bits on the side of the cream - amazing!!! But still insanely Vegas tourist trap rip off overpriced with the macaron that person gave me worth $8.35/piece. Honey & Butter Macarons in Irvine, CA or Durian Macarons at Sweet Mood in Westminster, CA, still keep their also delicious macarons under $5 each while having cute decor/ambiance (I'll admit they're not as impressive and unique as this spot though). But they're essentially banking on tourists not knowing any better and what things should actually be worth/gouging tourists as much as they can. Essentially, you're paying for the ambiance. Definitely not paying for the crap service. Food is good, but not astronomically priced good - you're kidding yourselves. You may be able to get away with stuff like that if you're inside one of the luxurious casinos on the Strip, like Venetian, Caesars, Bellagio, etc. But especially being off-strip, get a reality check. I may come back (thanks to your anonymous employee's kind gesture giving me that macaron), but it's more just to show my parents the cool ambiance.

I had to take old lady to an appointment so I threw the paper in the car. I DID NOT know what was in store for me! The outside didn't look as busy as it was, but the place was jumpin! Believing people cross our paths for a reason, most were busy but isaiah slowed down to check in with us. I asked him what the paper got us, he wasn't sure so he checked while I downloaded the app to make it easier for old lady to read. Little did I know we didn't need it! Isaiah gave us the royal treatment! He was asking us about flavors and giving recommendations. We started talking a bit and he shared that he's 22 and the assistant manager and that he used to be head chef at the M! Our paths probably crossed we figured out in conversation. He also remembered seeing us at the St. Rose store. Not only is he a chef but also a musician! We basically went w things he loved customising, or drank and ate himself. Mom kept changing her drink every time he'd tell me about a different drink. He was extremely sweet and patient. Isaiah sat with us and took the time to ask about our tastes and preferences. He really knows the menu and what his customers like. He made woman a hot butterbrew but let's just call it isaiah style as I can't remember all the modifications he made. Same with mine, it started as a chai-nnel. I did the toast flight w his recommendations of lox, burrata and egg salad. He said he made a mean turkey pesto, so that's what woman did. She later added a side of bacon w permission from homie upstairs since it's Friday. I'm not sure which toast was my favorite. I think I'd rank lox, then egg salad? It's probably tied with the burrata. My drink was fabulous. The music was cool and we were having a great time. The sando was also delicious, he shared that they make their pesto in house. As a pesto fan, I just became a bigger founders fan! Mom's drink was also amazing. We told him not too sweet, it was delicious and not overly sweet. He said he did 25%. He checked on us and truly rolled out the red carpet. He offered drinks to go, at that point he'd earned our trust and we said go for your life. He did a blueberry lemonade w boba and rose foam? I don't think I'm doing it justice w my description. Mine was toasted marshmallow w graham cracker and I can't remember the rest. They're both yummy tho! Our days been made. Excellent service and genuinely kind people are rare and Isaiah embodies both and more. He even did a little moonwalk, brekkie and a show lol. He's one of the people that will change the world, or your day if you encounter him. Really wanted to give him money to say thank you and support his journey. He wouldn't have it. I hope whoever reads this at the company finds a way to acknowledge and reward his rock star beyond 5 star service. In reading other reviews this place seems to hire great talent, but Isaiah won me as a fan, I'll talk about him and this experience for years to come. The food and drinks really are amazing. I'm happy to pay when things are done well. I'm looking forward to going back, and hope my path crosses with Isaiahs again down the road. Guys going places and I wanna support the journey be it culinarily, musically or anything else he touches bc I know it'll be gold! A new standard for service has emerged. The Isaiah standard!
