I've gone here out of convenience of location but the portion sizes of my hot chocolate always disappoint. Medium cups are always filled as shown in my pics and the large cup orders are grossly watered down - I seriously throw out the large watered orders. I don't drink coffee so I don't know if this only happens with hot chocolate. Overall disappointed.

I was contacted by the area manager & she apologized and promised to send me gift cards instead of refunding me. It's been 3 weeks. Nothing in the mail. She originally wanted me to go into the store to pick them up, yeah that would go over well with the extremely rude and hostile employee. So I asked her to mail them and I'd use them at another location since I couldn't be refunded. I confirmed my address twice. Just good to know the lack of customer service doesn't stop at the store level.

    on their phones

This Dunkin is very disappointing it used to be the best now its a joke. All you see is all lthese kids in the drive thru doing nothing but getting your order wrong. they are rude they all are always on their phone . Dunkin needs to get some grown people in there who want to work and care about their customers.or close this store down. The manager is rude she looks at you crazy when you tell her your order is wrong and turns her head and walks aways, with an attitude very unprofessional.

I ordered a drink and it had a hair in it, brought it back and the employee "remade it" only for me to find the same hair in it. terrible.

I was very pleased with this location. I wasn't really sure what to order (in terms of flavored coffee), but the young lady behind that counter gave a few good suggestions and listened to the types of lattes that I like from other stores. Well, thanks to her attention to detail, I found the perfect coffee blended drink. This was my first time here, but it will not be my last. The manager was also present and friendly. They both told me to taste my drink and offered to make it again if it didn't meet my expectations. The location was clean, plenty of area for sitting down. It is attached to a Marathon gas station.

Always fast which is just what we need! Always gets my order right and very courteous. Location is great for on the go stuff Update: I waited 15 min in the drive-through this morning and they did not even give me all of my order. I did not even realize before I drove away I did not have any time to go back and get it but I should not have to do that anyways very disappointed

I bought a large Iced Cappuccino this morning and the cup was filled half way. That's not what I paid for. I didn't notice it until I got to work and by that time it was too late to drive back so I called but the two numbers listed did not work in getting through. Not a good way to do business in this economy!

The staff is friendly and the coffee is fine. I usually have to add sweetener even after asking for cream and extra sugar. I am not a fan of the donuts.

This is how Dunkin' spreads cream cheese apparently

I've been to a Ding Tea in another state and gather that these are likely all privately-owned franchise locations. Today, I went into this location with almost my full family, so a large party of 6 with energetic small kiddos, aloof teenagers, and adults looking to entertain everyone. Here's what I'll say about this location: First, the staff is very friendly and was kind to answer all questions of the many first-time guests in our party. We all ordered different drink. Second, most of our party was luke warm in their drinks, even the brand new 4yo didn't really enjoy it. My brand new 6yo was the only one who really liked their order. The problem with mine was that it was too sweet even though I ordered it with "slight" sweetness, which is supposed to be 30%. Third, the restaurant isn't very clean. The floor is in need of a good mopping, the seats and table need to be wiped down, and the health score on the wall is only 80 (which suggests there have been multiple infractions). That said, the restroom was clean. We probably won't go back, as there are plenty other boba places in Henry County.

Southern Belle Farm - Peach cobbler with ice cream

A fun fall date!…read more Southern Belle Farm, located in McDonough, provides hours of wholesome fun and free parking. My wife and I arrived on a warm October day to enjoy the pumpkin patch and U-pick flowers. We arrived in the afternoon, but there was plenty of selection and nothing was "picked over." I paid $16 for a quart sized plastic vase for my U-pick flowers. They sell gallon sized buckets as well. Scissors and water are provided. Be mindful of bees in the field. They won't trouble you if you don't trouble them. There is an area in the back for you to arrange the flowers; I took full advantage of this because this trip doubled as a photo shoot. There were all types of people enjoying the farm; IG girls, families, even one couple using a wagon full of pumpkins as a baby announcement. Pumpkins range from $5-$20 each depending on size and breed. A nice young man named Luke helped us corral our pumpkins and carry them to our car. I didn't know they offered that service, but we tipped well. If you run up an appetite, they have a snack bar with fritters, ice cream, and lemonade. I'll be back next fall!

Parking was calm and plentiful and we weren't bumping into other strawberry pickers left and right. It costs about $20 for a large bucket (which you get to keep) and you pay $1 per person to access the fields. We feared we may have missed peak season but there were still plenty of ripe strawberries to choose from. It is also well organized with the staff directing where folks should go. After we picked our buckets worth, we grabbed a huge fresh lemonade from a parked truck, did some shopping in the cute store, and got a strawberry ice cream. I have to admit this was a bit of a disappointment especially based on all of the rave reviews. To us it tasted like it was pre-packaged and came from the freezer. The strawberries were frozen/rock solid and while they were plentiful it would have been great if they were softer or appeared as though it was fresh churned. Otherwise we really enjoyed the experience and can't wait to go back for picking other fruits throughout the year.
