I was in the shopping center and saw the promo for a free donut with a drink so I thought I'd give this location another shot. I walked up to all the interior lights out and no one to be seen inside, so I thought they may have been closed. However, the open sign was on and flashing. So I checked the schedule, and even though it was 622 p.m. on a wednesday, it said they were open until 7:00 p.m. . Strange! I pulled on the door and it was open. But again, no one to be seen. So I opened the door and walked in worried and alarm was going to go off or something, to see the two employees were sitting in the floor behind the counter chatting. It almost looks like they were hiding so we would think they were closed. Once I said hello, they popped up and said hello and we're friendly enough. When I commented that I thought they might have been closed because all the lights were out, they said yeah, we're closing soon. I figured I'd order a donut while I was there. But the shelves were almost empty! I picked one of the donuts that was left and headed out. IMHO, definitely not worth going back and needs better management/ownership, but this is my first time back in a while, let me know what you think! read more

Went to open the door and it was locked.I'm standing outside looking a them clean up. It's 6:40pm. They close at 7pm. Doors are locked. . . No sign on door as to why it's closed. My first time visiting this location. I even called just to make sure they were actually closed. No one answered phone. I tried again and someone came to the door. She shared they have new management and normally close early. . . I called the customer service number on March 10th and left a message. I have had this review as a draft since then. The young man at the drive through window said they could not reverse the charge on the credit card. My total was $17.48 so I asked the young man to refund my total in cash since he was unable to reverse the credit card charge. He took a couple of minutes between his conversations with his headset, went to the front register and obtained cash. He informed me the best he could do would be $17.50. I said that is perfect since my total was 2 cents less where my charge was covered. The young man was very soft spoken and polite but seemed a little confused. I chose this Dunkin' because of the location to me at that time. However, if anyone plans to visit this store, DO NOT order online; You more than likely will not be able to get your order either. Went here on Friday morning at 7:30a and couldn't figure out why it was dead. Ordered 2 coffees and a multigrain bagel, not toasted with cream cheese. When I got the bagel, it was still frozen and so small. They took it back and gave me another one, but it was terrible. I don't know what kind of bagels they use here, but they are not like the other Dunkin's, they are tiny. I was glad when this location was built however expectations aren't always met. I recently got an everything bagel that was supposed to be toasted with cream cheese. I came to the location around 6:30am so you'd think they'd have a good amount of items to choose from and everything would be fresh and ready to go. When I received my bagel it was toasted way too much I felt like I was biting into a rock. The bagel also barely had cream cheese. Needless to said this visit left a poor taste in my mouth. During the coronavirus they are doing curbside and drive thru, but there are a few tables outside. I was dismayed that the menu at the drive thru window didn't list the donuts! The kid on the speaker made some weird excuse saying that he'd have to change it every day. Say what? Yes, the breakfast sandwiches and bagels are listed, but most people come for the donuts! How hard would it be to list the regular, most popular flavors, and then post the special donuts seasonally. There was room! COVID review- they are currently only operating thru the drive thru only. They are advertising this with a small sign on the front instead of displaying it on the giant promotional sign they have out front. This is frustrating because so many customers park their car, put their mask on and walk up to the front door only to discover they have to wait in that long drive thru line. Do not go to this store ! I went here two times in one day because I was in the area for a tournament. This place was close to the school and had a convenient drive-thru option. FIRST VISIT: I placed an order on the mobile app. One of the items was a hot chocolate for my son. It was so watered down and tasteless that we ended up throwing it out. The rest of the order and the customer service was okay, so I chalked it up to a one-time mistake and let it go. SECOND VISIT: I placed another order on the mobile app, and after waiting a long time at the drive-thru and ultimately having to go inside and pick up my order, they served me disgusting, inedible food. I filed a complaint online with the corporate office, and they referred it to the district manager. The district manager was rude and refused to give my money back or replace my gift card. I followed up again with the corporate office, and so far, no one has gotten back to me and nothing has been resolved. Until this experience, I preferred Dunkin over its competitors. "Hot" food came out first. Waited forever for the 2 drinks and they forgot to give us our donuts. They finally gave us one of the drinks after 20 minutes and then we had to wait another 15 minutes for the second. On top of this, both drinks were wrong and had to be remade. At this point the food is cold and not even going to waste time going back up to have it fixed. They got other people's drinks wrong too. It's a wreck. Not even that busy. I have loved the Donuts and Coffee at Dunkin Donuts for 55 years. Still love the product, but I have no use for a business that will do drive-up only on a Saturday morning, while locking their front door. There appeared to be a sufficient number of employees to both wait on walk-in customers as well as servicing their drive-up window. I ordered hot coffee with extra cream/regular sugar. He didn't understand what I meant, so I repeated what I said. The coffee was barely hot and had NO sugar but got the extra cream. Not sure how a national franchise isn't universally training the employees regardless of location. Extra cream , regular sugar is terminology used by Dunkin specifically. I also ordered 3 donuts. This was the afternoon so I was surprised when they had a lot of options (I've heard they never have donuts at this location). I ordered two with icing and one old fashioned. All thrown into one bag mixed together, nothing separating the icing between the three. Needless to say, all the donuts had icing on them and most of it was caked onto the bag because they were sloppily dropped in. I've always contemplated giving this location a review and today I finally gave in. I visit the east coast (don't live on mainland US) once a year and there's a noticeable difference between locations down south verses in the northeast. It's baffling. Disclaimer: I grew up in Massachusetts and am well versed in how a Dunkin Donuts should run! This is one of the worst "fast food" establishments I have ever visited. I started a new job in the area and have tried several times to stop here on my way in to work and each time I leave so very disappointed. I drive a 3/4 ton diesel pick-up truck. Most of the time I try to park and go in to a place because listening to that diesel in the drive-thru is annoying for EVERYONE! Twice I have parked and walked to the door and there is a hand written sign on the locked door that says "short staffed, drive-thru only." One time the line was so long, I just drove away. The two other times I took a gamble on the drive-thru I wasted 30 minutes of my life waiting on the slowest service ever. When I got to the window, they handed me the wrong items and were rude when I handed the bag back to them. This place is in severe need of new management. read more

If I could give negative stars I would. Drive through staff is nasty. They don't engage, they don't say good morning, they don't smile. They have no clue what customer service is. I am sitting here waiting for my food and not a single contact from the person working the window. Let me be clear, this is not a one time occurrence. This is EVERY SINGLE TIME. If you own this store, you need to either train this staff and hold them accountable in addition to creating a good work environment for them OR replace them all.
