If I could give negative stars I would. Drive through staff is nasty. They don't engage, they don't say good morning, they don't smile. They have no clue what customer service is. I am sitting here waiting for my food and not a single contact from the person working the window. Let me be clear, this is not a one time occurrence. This is EVERY SINGLE TIME. If you own this store, you need to either train this staff and hold them accountable in addition to creating a good work environment for them OR replace them all. I have been to many Dunkin locations from NY down to FL. This Dunkin location will get your order wrong 99% of the time. I order the same order and every time the cup is handed to me it looks different than the last. Don't bother doing an mobile order if you like regular sugar, they put liquid sugar in when you specifically select the normal sugar. read more

I have visited well over 100 DD locations and frequented nearly 20. This DD location is hands down and the worst I have ever experienced. It was understaffed before the pandemic and things have only grown worse. The store is now run by only two people during morning rush and service is only available by drive up. The donut selection has sunk to an all time low as has the quality. Merchandise stock is limited to Dunkin Original bags, none of the new flavors or decaf. The store is under the second ownership since opening, here's hoping for a third and soon. If you must have DD, try the new location on Brook Road! read more

This DD is close to my house where I've lived for over two years, so I go here a lot and have been going here since we moved in. I wish I could give it more stars because I've always been treated nicely by the employees who work there. One time they even upgraded my drink a size because I'd had a long wait in the drive through. However, there are a few areas of improvement that I'd love to see: 1) Follow a drink recipe. I used to work at Starbucks, and every drink tasted the same because we followed a recipe. I can order the same drink from DD and it'll taste different every time. It's pretty frustrating. 2) Toast your English muffins every time. I wonder if they skip toasting when they're busy or something. But it's incredibly disheartening to pay for a breakfast sandwich and not be able to eat all of it because the English muffin isn't toasted. This has happened to be multiple times. I want to keep giving DD chances because they're cheaper than Starbucks and more conveniently located... but sometimes I just can't bring myself to brave super long waits on the drive through and potentially gross tasting coffee and food. read more

If you enjoy playing roulette with your coffee every day then this is the place for you. I would say that 9/10 times your coffee will be entirely wrong. I've had coffee that tasted burned, so sweet I thought I was going to throw it up, and a few that honestly just tasted like battery acid. It's gotten so bad that sometimes I drive 20 minutes to a better Dunkin just to make sure I like my coffee when this location is five minutes from me. I was going to give one star but on the rare occasion my coffee is made correctly, it's pretty good which is the sole reason I continue to go. It is just very frustrating to go there and buy a drink just to hate it and throw it out afterwards. I'm not sure what the problem is but I hope it gets sorted out soon. read more

I usually have nothing bad to say about Dunkin' but this location is terrible. My large iced coffee had hardly any ice in it and was missing two of the ingredients that are in the drink. I ordered the Charli cold foam and it was missing the caramel and cinnamon sugar on top. read more

Absolutely disgusted with the way I was treated in there. My order was wrong, the coffee maker got attitude when I opened my coffee to see there was NO cream or sugar even though she claimed she put 4 in. It was a dark as it is coming from the coffee pot. I was treated terribly by another Dunkin Doughnuts in the area... (Not this one) After politely sending my drink back saying it was not what I ordered the lady poured it over ice and said "Here ya go" I was furious, it didn't taste remotely close to the mocha iced coffee I normally receive. Of course the hot coffee melted down the ice immediately, leaving me with a watered down coffee, no ice, and no mocha taste. I held on to the coffee because I was on a two hour trip so I knew I'd be passing another Dunkin somewhere along the way and this location was the first one I passed. The manager David helped assist me and he was GREAT! He took the time to listen to my dissatisfaction with the other location, offered to call cooperate, then sent me on my way with my favorite coffee in hand! Thank you so much David for your excellent customer service you really made my day. In my opinion he is a great representation of the brand, and a valuable member of the Dunkin company. * Edit * This location did make me wait before complaining only for a few seconds while attending to drive thru customers first. Waited 20 minutes in the drive thru. Ordered at the speaker. Waited some more. Got to the window and they got my card and swiped it. I got my receipt and they charged me for someone else's order. They refunded me and had to ask what my order was. I reminded them. They came back with only half of my order and I gave up and just drove off. Not worth the half hour I could've spent elsewhere. I go here fairly often for a quick coffee and when they're at their busiest during non breakfast hours it always seems because they're under-staffed despite recently hiring a bunch of people due to increased business from covid. Sometimes When it's later in the day, they'll have a twenty minute line and ONE WORKER. The poor employee was clearly good at her job and friendly but overwhelmed from the quantity of people and from what I overheard from having my window down the entire time hearing others orders they were rude to her and she just took it. I worked in fast food up until recently and that's how you lose good employees like that. She was very apologetic about the wait and explained that she was the only one there working, no manager or anything. The most hilarious Dunkin experience ever!!! After reading the reviews we knew what to expect and that DD delivered. They asked us to wait for 2 minutes before ordering our coffee at the drive thru and confirmed the coffee flavors several times before giving us our orders. It cracked me up and I'd recommend going just to see how funny how accurate the other Yelp reviews were. The people who worked there were nice and well intentioned. I have been to this Dunkin' Donuts three different mornings. First morning I received cream in my coffee which I did not care for. I had ordered a black coffee with one shot of coconut flavoring. Second time I ordered a sandwich and I was told they were out of bread so they substituted a burnt croissant which I did not find out until after I had arrived at work which is about 20 miles away. This third and last time I will go to this location i was served light roasted coffee with no flavoring. I repeated three times that I wanted dark roasted coffee with Caramell flavoring, no cream and no sugar. Went through the drive thru of this place today and encountered some of the rudest people ever. My friend and I waited with no response for more than 5 minutes....we had to politely say "hello?" a few times before someone half-heartedly said "I'll be with you in a minute." No "sorry" no nothing. So we waited another minute or two and finally someone said "sorry for the wait ok you can go ahead and order now." Ok...cool cool cool. Ordered a cold brew with almond milk, and was told "ok pull up to the window." Nice. Meanwhile, the guy waiting behind us got tired of waiting and left. There is a Starbucks in the Kroger next door. Terrible. My coworker got breakfast for some of the people that I work with and not only did it take them forever to give her the food, but the order was completely wrong. One of the bagels was suppose to be a plain bagel but they gave us a sesame seed bagel, the other sandwich had bacon on it instead of sausage, and the bagels were hard and stale. This particular location is going downhill. Every night there's 1 young female here by herself and management never does anything about that. That is not a very safe work practice. OMG I don't think Dunkin Donuts could be any worse. This place is so slow and the girl taking orders must have a hard time hearing because she forgot our donut order right after she took it and then copped an attitude when she was corrected AND she put my coffee order in wrong. My son's iced coffee took over 20 minutes and when they did make it ( after we asked, they said they forgot it. Needless to say it came in a deformed cup and the top didn't fit quite right. If I hadn't pointed it out I'm sure he would've spilled it before he finished it. The bathroom's trash was overflowing and the bathroom needed attention. The tables weren't cleaned and there were flies everywhere. The wait line was so long, people were leaving because they didn't want to wait. I've been to this Donkin Donuts countless times. I love the coffee so I keep coming back but this one is not managed well at all. I've had so many mistakes on my orders. I order at the drive-through, when I pull to the window I've been asked what I ordered again many occasions. Then they've given me the wrong thing after I've repeated it twice. I've been given regular coffee when I asked for decaf (I'm pregnant so this mistake should not happen). I'm also sensitive to caffeine so I felt sick all day. Some of the people working there are laughing and chatting with each other and it seems they're not listening to what I order because of the frequent mistakes. There are some people who do listen and do great, but overall it's poorly managed. I've been to the short pump location and I love how that one is run. They ALWAYS write decaf on the coffee and how many creams they put in it so you know they got it. This location never writes it so I always have to ask to double check if it's actually decaf or not. I don't normally write bad reviews but this location has made too many mistakes when the short pump one has always gotten my order correct every time so I know it's just this location that is poorly managed. I'd like to see this place managed better, I love the coffee but a place like this will easily ruin the Dunkin Donut reputation. read more

i always have an amazing experience coming through no matter how long of a wait in the drive thru, i've been meaning to do a review for a few weeks now but never got to it! everyone is always so nice in the mornings & select few people from night shift! (i come here regularly) BUT, the girl with colored hair who's left there all the time alone in the afternoon, DAILY, always greets me with a smile when i can tell she's overwhelmed a bit, but her smiling and trying to give good service shows how amazing of a worker she is! maybe try hiring more people for shifts you actually need people on so your employees don't get left alone constantly to do everything in the store themselves! i always leave her a good tip because she deserves the appreciation while trying her hardest especially with her not being a manager! i hope Dunkin appreciates the workers who are willing to do that, because i sure wouldn't run an entire drive thru by myself! read more

i usually love going to this dunkin since it's right by my house and on the way to my work, but recently i had an upsetting experience. i'm very picky with how i like my coffee, and i don't really like anything else from dunkin except the frozen chocolate, some coolattas, and my specific coffee. i made an online order with what i wanted (two donuts and an iced coffee with mocha, sugar, and almond milk). the donuts were great but i pulled up and they told me they were out of almond milk and mocha.. so i asked if they could make me a frozen chocolate and their coolatta machine was also broken! i was offered anything i wanted but i didn't like anything else so i ended up getting a sprite... for $3.00. the guy at the window was super nice but that was pretty upsetting. the only other problem i've ever had was asking for a frozen chocolate and getting a frozen coffee but other than that i haven't had a bad experience. read more
