I did an online order at this location the night before when I arrive there wasn't sure how to pick up the online order so I waited in line. I told the lady that night before I placed an online order for donuts she couldn't be bothered so then I was like OK let me just order it. I'm in a rush, so I ordered another two dozen and when I looked at my credit card statement, they actually did charge me for the donuts and then I had to file a dispute because I got charged for the same donuts in the store when I went to pick them up, one said online and one said in store, it's like I just don't understand so it took more time to get two dozen donuts, then them pointing to where the donuts would've been for me to pick them up read more

I came in here to buy a spider bucket because it's Halloween and I just couldn't resist. There was a little bit of a line when I came in full of people getting ready to go to work, but that was fine because coffee is important. I feel like this Dunkin' Donuts is the neighborhood Dunkin' Donuts because the people behind the counter knew everybody that walked in. It was so sweet to see, especially in times like these were people are not the nicest. This Dunkin' Donuts showed me what community is even in a little coffee shop. The employees were able to get my drink really quickly and even though I ordered annoying order (I got 50 munchkins) they got it out with a smile on their face and not a snarky smile either. The seating was full of people just sitting there enjoying their coffee and donuts and just having morning banter. It was so nice to see that!! Kids came in in their Halloween costumes since today is Halloween and the employees were so excited to see them. It was also really nice to see the kid in front of me recognize his teacher. This truly is a little community here at this Dunkin' Donuts, and even though I was just stopping in to get my bucket, I was glad to have been part of this ecosystem even just for a minute. read more

I have graced this location with my unique presence on a few occasions. I must say DO NOT SLEEP on this Dunkin Donuts location. The staff is friendly - Jacob and the petite Bangladesh lady. They make the most beautiful and delicious drinks that Dunkin Donuts has to offer. I have never sat inside the location so I cannot make a comment regarding the ambiance, but I must say that the clientele seem happy when I walk in to get my drink. Back to the delicious lattes- The lattes are made to look exactly like the pictures. Care and consideration is made to make certain that the customer is happy. I consider a latte from Dunkin Donuts to be a treat so I do not indulge in such extravagance very often, but if and when I do I make certain to go to this location to get my deserts. Tip these guys, be nice to the staff, and thank them for making an effort. I stopped going to Dunkin Donuts when I found out that the Donuts are no longer baked on the premises. So sad. The donuts are schlepped in from a warehouse-Yikes. My five year old self was heartbroken at the news. However, the scrumptious lattes made up for the heartbreak. The Dunkin' Donuts location on Miami Gardens Drive (just west of Aventura.. between Aventura and 95) is a phenomenal location. It's located in front of the Walgreens, near the Skylake shopping center, and has plenty of parking in front of the location. We went there for coffee on a weekend and ordered our coffee through the Dunkin' app. The ordering process was very easy and we went in a few minutes later and they were preparing our order and had it ready in 1-2 minutes after we arrived. The employees were very friendly and efficient and both of our iced coffees were also really good as well. We look forward to returning in the future! read more

I stop here frequently in the morning before work. Usually has a few people in line but it moves fairly quickly. Today no one was in line when I arrived but servers were both standing there doing something. I wasn't spoke to for another few minutes after I started staring like is no one going to take my order. Cashier wasn't polite she wasn't rude just very bland. I ordered a sweet black pepper bacon croissant, hash browns, glazed donut, and a orange juice. Hash browns were undercooked and sandwich was over cooked bread was too crispy and not croissant like. Looked in my donut bag once I got to work. I've had mixed results here. It's Dunkin. You probably want some type of coffee drink and something to snack on. Not much to the formula. Sometimes the customer service is great and other times they barely acknowledge you. The place is a little small but there's seating outside. Only place to get napkins. I did find a funny sign inside the bathroom. Free coffee for a messy bathroom. Ummm sure. It's free coffee. Not many locations in the area so I'll be back. read more

I don't go around giving bad reviews unless my experiences have been consistently disappointing. This is one of those cases. I've ordered both on the app and in the store. They give more priority to mobile orders but I've had many wrong/missing items. Their espresso machine breaks down randomly and 80% of their menu is UNAVAILABLE... There needs to be better organization between management and employees. For people who stop here on the way to work to pick up a quick breakfast, KEEP DRIVING. I was here for the National Donut Day.. on that kind of day each year, you will not find the doughnuts you want because that's what happened to me, they were gone.. ended up getting other flavors. Oh well.. I also like to get their iced vanilla latte for a good couple of bucks rather than getting one from Starbucks. This place runs 24 hours. It is real simple, they have the best (and least expensive) ice coffee around - and if you are hungry, but don't want a donut, go for the egg/cheese wrap. Wow! This place used to suck really, really bad, but what a difference 3 months makes! In the past the donuts were always stale, the decor was from the early 90s, the menu was limited and the service was rude and couldn't speak English (what else is new in Miami). The place was recently gutted and now matches other newer DD locations inside, and now offers all of the same items as well. To top it off, the lady working there at midnight was very nice, spoke English and actually knows what she's doing. Only con is that they do not YET have free WiFi, but they allegedly will soon. I would go to any other dunkin donuts...they don't honor their own specials. At least not while the elderly lady is there. I was rung up for 2 dozen donuts and paid for 2 dozen donuts. Before they would give me my donuts and let me leave the lady told me I owed her 4 more dollars as the donuts are only the price in the register after 7:30.
