The staff on the morning of 03/09/2026 at 7am needs to be evaluated. I have never had an issue picking up my DoorDash through the drive thru, until this morning. The main woman running the window had an attitude even when answering the window. If you don't like your job, please leave. Customer service was nonexistent this morning. I've never dealt with someone giving such an unnecessary attitude and rude demeanor over a drive thru order. I will not be going back and I know that it doesn't matter to them, but it's a shame. I have never written a review on yelp before, but this is this deserving of one. I have been all across the country from Maine to Florida to Texas and back and this has to be the worst Dunkin I have ever been to in my life. Consistently messes up my orders very lazy about how they make drinks 99% of the time I don't think they actually know what they're doing. I'm surprised they can give me glazed donuts correctly. Do not come to this Dunkin, ever. There is one about five minutes up the road near Highway 41 and they make theirs correct every time. It is worth your time and effort. read more

I normally don't do reviews like this but this is genuinely one of the worst Dunkins I've been to in my entire life. I ordered a strawberry green tea refresher and the guy made me a "dream" something refresher. I told him that wasn't what I ordered and he was so pissed off when I asked him to remake it. Mind you the strawberry green tea refresher is one of the most popular drinks on the menu. I also got an avocado toast and this guy just slapped the avocado spread on a cold ass piece a toast and called it a day. Also my brother ordered a matcha latte and he literally added less than a teaspoon of the matcha powder like that shit came out almost fully white. I highly do not re recommend coming here. Go to the Dunkin five minutes up the road. I stood there and waited 30 minutes for a small coffee and a wrap, that had already been made because I'm over ordered and nobody wanted to talk to me to figure out what order I had. When the employees finally communicate communicated with each other other they realize they had already made the order and it had been sitting there. This was my first visit to this location in years. I wanted a variety of filled donuts and munchkins. The gentleman who filled my order was friendly and efficient. I love Big Donuts and I can not lie!! These folks also supply wicked good coffee with their lil fat pills. Boston Cremes are my favorite. So what did the fat guy say? "Gimme a Donut!!" True true. They got half my order wrong and seemed super annoyed I said something about it. They had a lot of other orders they got wrong as well. The staff moved SO slow. And didn't seem to have a care in the world. The person making sandwiches was alerted numerous times there were orders and still took her time to come over. The management is a joke at this location. They can't keep employees staffed because of the managers. My daughter worked there, she's 15. Awful!! i Have tolerated the managerial issues this location has had for years, but today was the final straw. I understand staffing issues plague us all, but after sitting in the drivethru for 20 mins for my black coffee and glazed donut, I was given the wrong donut. i went I side and waited another 6 mins to try and get someone to swap my incorrect item for the right one. The store had at least 5 teenagers and a mgr working-- most I've ever seen at this location in my 8 yrs here. The drive thru kid was just blindly handing items to each car- not verifying. The mgr was standing right next to him- not coaching, teaching, helping him learn. He was looking for the item I was holding in my hand. I tossed it on the counter explaining that they gave me the wrong item. The teenager went to grab my donut and get me the correct one when the manager told her- "don't take that back- she can throw it out". I said to the mgr that I didn't want it- it was not what I ordered. the mgr then said " well, then you can throw it out in the trash can behind you".... That mgr has been hired to lead a team in the customer service industry. she has completely failed in every aspect of what the industry requires. the owners of this location need to get their butts into this location and deal with the issues! read more

I was surprised to find glazed donuts available for selection when there were none in the display, so I assumed they had fresh ones in the back. Nope. I would totally leave a 5 for the young lady that waited on me at the register and for the gentlemen that made my Brown Sugar latte. However, there was a very young "shift supervisor " that made it unbearable to stay in the shop any longer than necessary. Yelling at employees and yelling commands is NOT the way to lead employees and you REALLY don't do that in front of customers. She needs to be removed from any leadership position and hopefully any future references that check on her get told about her inability to be a leader. Did I get her name??
