This Dunkin location lost a customer today. After many visits here, I had the absolute displeasure of being served by the "district manager". She was so rude and lacked basic customer service skills, I pray that she's not in charge of training the staff. I ordered a no ice, iced coffee, fulling expecting that the cup would not be filled to the brim, but the SHAMEFUL half a cup she served me was despicable and frankly a total rip-off. When I inquired about the 1/2 filled cup, she continually repeated that the quantity served was "Dunkin' policy".. "Dunkin' policy"! Cool, Dunkin's policy has lost a customer thanks to this district manager doubling down with me to prove a point. Paying $6 for 5oz of iced coffee is LUDICRIS. I find no value in this and I will not bother with Dunkin going forward. I also want to point out, I have never had a bad service experience with any other employee at this location. If this is how the district managers carry on, Dunkin is in trouble. Policy is important, but customer service is what keeps the lights on. Food: 1/5 | Service: 1/5 | Atmosphere: 1/5

Every time I come to this Dunkin' Donuts there's always a 15 minute wait in the drive-through the inside area of their store is closed they only have drive-through open definitely not fast food when you're waiting 15 minutes in a drive-through them absolutely unacceptable and disgusted with this location right now I'm in line and there are six cars in front of me and I've been waiting here for 10 minutes already haven't even gotten to the speaker box to place my order last time I come here.

This Dunkin' on Coleman Boulevard in Mount Pleasant is a well managed Dunkin' that has well made coffee and donuts. They have been consistent in their quality every time I have been here and have been happy with all of my orders. They are efficient at getting everything ready even for larger orders.

Dunkin' Donuts is pretty standard in menu. The coffee does vary from location to location and this one does a good job. I love their coffee. This location also has very friendly staff. There seems to be a high turnover but all seem personable. This review is for the drive-through only, and specifically the morning run. This review is not for menu items. There is a major issue here. There always is, and I have been coming to this location for a long time simply due to a lack of other options that I enjoy. First of all, it is dangerous trying to get in and out. The flow of traffic is huge and relatively fast. There is a median to help turn into DD, however there isn't much of a break in traffic. Of course it's easier to enter when taking a right into DD but using the median and taking a left in... good luck! Exiting is just as bad. Cars are coming down Chuck Dawley at speed and this is difficult to see, even if taking a right out. The line for the drive through is exceedingly long. So long that it hits Coleman and no further cars can enter. The service is very slow. I feel that due to the hot menu selection, this dramatically delays the process. Why not have a wait area and have someone deliver to the car rather than hold everyone up? I had to wait 25mins this morning. This location is losing customers that just leave or can't even enter! With a little management this issue can be resolved.

    Chunky cream cheese

I got a plain bagel toasted with cream cheese. Cream cheese is sour and has chunks in it. Spit it out.

    Sausage biscuit

Would give 0 stars if I could. Waited in the drive thru line for about 25 mins just to have them mess up our order and not give all of our items. We had to remind them 3 times what we got even though ot was literally on the order ticket. Staff also seemed quite incompetent and they were also rude. They were also out of so many items. On top of that the sausage biscuit we got was rock hard and distgusting.

Went through the drive-thru and was told it would be a 30 minute wait to get a cup of coffee due to a shift change.

This place is a disgrace! No donuts and the two options they had were stale. The hashbrowns were inedible. Don't waste your time there

It was unique with the different flavors and textures on top that came together really nicely. Almond frangipane scone- I'm not the biggest fan of dried fruit in baked goods, but otherwise thought this was tasty and would want to get a scone/biscuit without dried fruit next time. Would recommend. Cinnamon twist- Tasty! Not mind blowing, but we enjoyed and would get again. Best friend/chocolate chip cookie- Loved that it was crispy on the outside and chewy in the center part and that it used a darker chocolate. Jam sesh- This was not our favorite and we wouldn't get it again. We just didn't think all the flavors worked together. Short + Sweet- The coffee cake was maybe a little overbaked. My friend liked it more than I did, but I didn't feel like I needed to have it again. Overall it's a good place to go with a few people and try a bunch of things and hang out!

The vibe is still effortlessly cozy and creative--flowers, greenery, unusual Christmas gifts, and those little bakery touches that make you want to linger over your latte. This time around, everything felt even better than I remembered. The staff were warm and welcoming, and the service had that relaxed but attentive feel. I tried a couple of their seasonal items, and once again the flavors were bright, fresh, and a little unexpected in the best way. Their baked goods are still the standout--beautifully made, not overly sweet & just delicious. It's the kind of place where you can sit with a book, catch up with a friend, or just enjoy a slow morning with coffee and something delicious. Consistently great atmosphere, consistently great food, and a place that really gets better with every visit. Why did it take so long to return. I've now placed it in the top of my list for a great coffee spot.

There's artwork and writing all over the ceiling, and the whole place has a very intimate, moody vibe. I would 100% bring a date here. Our bartenders were also phenomenal and really added to the experience. We came to celebrate during my birthday and started with a champagne flight, which was such a fun touch. For food, we ordered the steak and eggs and the Applewood bacon omelette. My girlfriend's steak and eggs were phenomenal. Truly no notes. Everything was cooked well, the pacing was great, and we never felt rushed. I ordered the Applewood bacon omelette, and this was really my only disappointment. There was almost too much bacon, which sounds ridiculous to complain about, but hear me out. The bacon was diced extremely fine, almost to the consistency of bacon bits, while the onions were left sliced. I think it would have worked much better if either the bacon had been cut a little larger or the onions had been diced down to match. The textures just felt mismatched. I could absolutely see the vision, and the flavor was there, but the execution was a little off. I ended up regretting my choice a little and wishing I had ordered the mushroom omelette instead. That is definitely what I'll be trying next time. I also wish there had been an option to substitute the home fries. This is definitely more of a personal preference, but home fries feel so overdone as a brunch side, and I would have loved another option. Those were really my only critiques in an otherwise fantastic experience. The atmosphere was beautiful, the bartenders were phenomenal, the pacing was great, and the food overall was delicious. Church and Union is absolutely somewhere I would come back to, whether for another celebration, brunch, or a date night.
