As I pulled into the parking lot of Dunkin', I observed plenty of parking with disabled parking. As I entered, I was greeted. The staff worked as a team to push out my order. I ordered a hot chocolate and 2 glazed doughnuts. My order was in about 2 minutes. I must say the doughnuts were AMAZING! This Dunkin location lost a customer today. After many visits here, I had the absolute displeasure of being served by the "district manager". She was so rude and lacked basic customer service skills, I pray that she's not in charge of training the staff. I ordered a no ice, iced coffee, fulling expecting that the cup would not be filled to the brim, but the SHAMEFUL half a cup she served me was despicable and frankly a total rip-off. When I inquired about the 1/2 filled cup, she continually repeated that the quantity served was "Dunkin' policy".. "Dunkin' policy"! Cool, Dunkin's policy has lost a customer thanks to this district manager doubling down with me to prove a point. Paying $6 for 5oz of iced coffee is LUDICRIS. Dunkin' Donuts is pretty standard in menu. The coffee does vary from location to location and this one does a good job. I love their coffee. This location also has very friendly staff. There seems to be a high turnover but all seem personable. This review is for the drive-through only, and specifically the morning run. This review is not for menu items. There is a major issue here. There always is, and I have been coming to this location for a long time simply due to a lack of other options that I enjoy. First of all, it is dangerous trying to get in and out. The flow of traffic is huge and relatively fast. There is a median to help turn into DD, however there isn't much of a break in traffic. Of course it's easier to enter when taking a right into DD but using the median and taking a left in... good luck! Exiting is just as bad. Cars are coming down Chuck Dawley at speed and this is difficult to see, even if taking a right out. The line for the drive through is exceedingly long. So long that it hits Coleman and no further cars can enter. The service is very slow. I feel that due to the hot menu selection, this dramatically delays the process. Why not have a wait area and have someone deliver to the car rather than hold everyone up? I had to wait 25mins this morning. This location is losing customers that just leave or can't even enter! All Dunkin' Donuts are not created equal! I travel for work in the area and this is one of my favorite locations to get iced coffee. The staff is friendly. Its not always the fastest drive through (probably because of the inconsiderate people in front of you ordering five sandwiches and their complicated specialty coffees. This location consistently makes my drink the way I like it. I don't mind that I may have to wait for 10-15 mins in my air conditioned or heated car (probably on my phone) waiting for coffee. I usually go to this Dunkin on my way into work and haven't had an issue before with my order. The employees are usually great and positive, but this week was different. It seemed like the lady in the drive-thru window was new (no big deal, I understand learning the systems and going slower at first) but my real disappointment came when I got to the office, opened the box of donuts I ordered and my entire order (except 1 donut) was wrong. I went on 11/3/21 and ordered 6 donuts: 2 old fashion, 1 glazed chocolate, and 3 jelly filled. They informed me they only had 1 old fashioned (not a problem) and would replace the other with a cinnamon covered (cool). I opened the box and I had 1 glazed, 3 HALLOWEEN sprinkled, 1 cinnamon covered jelly filled, and 1 glazed chocolate. I also ordered a toasted white chocolate mocha coffee (which was great) and a sausage, egg, cheese biscuit (which I had to toss because it was awful). As a Boston native, Dunkin' Donuts is part of my heritage. They pretty much teach you Dunks101 in high school up north. I don't expect Dunkin's to be anything they're not. Another time I visited, they were out of a lot of items (including most donuts), but today was the worst service I experienced and I won't be back. I had a reward on my app for the "Stingrays Win, You Win" promotion which gets you a free cup of coffee the day after each Stingrays win. While in the line ordering my coffee, when the worker saw my phone, somehow the reward disappeared and would not come back up to redeem or scan a barcode. The worker got the manager over, I showed them and told them it disappeared, and they told me they won't honor any rewards without the barcode. No apology, no nothing. Fairness alert: We visited the morning of the bridge run. And I'm not a fan. Having traveled and visited quite a few DDs where there weren't other options, I knew this wasn't going to be great. But seriously. Plain black coffee should be drinkable (it wasn't, and I ended up throwing it away).
