I say to him- "Did that young lady just have my mom and I sit here for 15 minutes while she talked to a friend"????? I asked him where is your manager/supervisor and he says she isn't here. I then ask if there was a store number and he says no. I then ask if I could get a receipt. Now mind you there is another vehicle behind my mom and I waiting almost as long as we did. She was very outgoing, friendly, and willing to find suitable substitutions with the coffee menu that would accommodate my dietary needs. I was also thrilled when I learned that the cardboard sleeve on my coffee had artwork by children from a local elementary school! What a great way to get children involved in their community.
