This DD is easily the worst DD I have ever been to. I deliberately went in because I wanted to get a feel for the place rather than doing the drive thru. They serviced quite a number of cars before acknowledging that I was there and even then it was "be right with you" and then I was ignored. Eventually I just used the kiosk to order. This is a review worth reading. This morning, go through Drive thru, simple order. Order was taken and then improperly handled, two mistakes made. I didn't notice that until I got home and opened the box. Simple call to address the issue turns into this: Me: Hey I just left you guys, got home and realized the girl who took the order wasn't either listening or just did whatever. Young Boy: Well what did you order....goes on to say how half that order that's missing isn't something DD offers.... Me: How would I know that, she still took the order. I want a refund on two donuts. Young Boy: You need to come down here, I need to see receipt. Me: I was there 2 minutes ago and it's on the app, you can see it. Young Boy: How do I know you are lying to me? Me: Why the fuck would I lie about two donuts??? I'm just gonna say this....I probably won't stop here often. I have been through the drive-thru once and most recently, went inside to order a coffee. My drive-thru experience was just ok. They were super busy & it didn't take forever, but my order wasn't exactly what I was hoping for in terms of flavor. I have found that with Dunkin, coffee is usually hit or miss & more times than not...it's a miss. This last time we stopped in for a coffee on the way to the airport. The lady at the counter was not rude, but she wasn't very friendly either. We were able to order though without a problem. For 2 coffees and nothing else, it took WAY TOO LONG. Simple drinks, nothing crazy...and we just kept waiting. Overall, I was not impressed & will go elsewhere if I need a coffee fix. read more

Plus to give a accurate review we were in line at 11:10 with a good bit of cars in front of us. Now it is 11:33 with 3 cars in front of us and 5 cars behind us. This location has had a surprising turn around. After the terrible experience I had, with my last review, I contacted the corporate office regarding it. Since then, things have changed at this location and the staff is a bit different. I still only give them three stars because they are very slow. Which is odd, since all I order is a coffee. Not a sandwich or food. Sometimes, they only fill the cup about 3/4 full and kind of roll their eyes when I request to have it filled fully. I will continue to go here for coffee only, as they are convenient and have changed their attitudes a bit. read more

I've used the Dunkin and BR sides of this location. I used to go thru the drive thru many times a month to get my friends coffee. They enjoy Dunkin Donuts coffee and I enjoy making them happy so a good combo if you ask me. :). Pralines and cream is my jam!! So one day I was sitting at home watching the STL Cardinals and wanted some ice cream. I kept thinking I'd have to drive to the store in Mt P when I remembered this was right up the road. Score. I got two scoops with whipped cream on top. Unfortunately when I started to dig in, I came across a ton of ice chunks in each bite. I understand finding a little frost bite on a spoonful or two, but this was practically inedible. It just proves they don't go thru enough ice cream in time for it not to get so frost bite. And it was pralines and cream and one other flavor I don't remember. There were no customers in front of me. 3 employees were behind the counter each time. They seem completely overwhelmed by their drive thru window. This is the 4th time going to this location, and all 4 times were met with mediocre to bad service. I believe it is now appropriate to write a disgruntled review. July 15, 7am. This store needs customer service training. I don't want coupons or anything free from this, I just want this store to fix their attitudes and receive training, ESPECIALLY the manager on duty. When we ordered it was not busy at this time, there was only us and another couple in store, drive through was empty. We would have gone to the Manager but the problem is with the manager that was on duty, so had to send a message to the company (doubt they will do anything). Ordered 2 mochas, 2 bagel bacon egg cheese. After receiving our breakfast sandwiches we went to our car and opened up the sandwiches to find that the bagels were COLD like from the fridge cold. Went back to request that the bagels be toasted because they were cold. Also, cheese was slapped on not melted, the bacon wasn't warm,and the egg seemed like it was heated long ago in order to prep for the upcoming morning church rush (we get it). After asking to get the bagels toasted the manager gave extremely BAD attitude when the store was not even busy. A simple polite request, treated with RUDE behavior. If they can't function when there were zero customers at the time of our request, no wonder they can't function when the actual breakfast rush happens! As usual with DD, their offerings of Starbucks like coffee menu options (including like pricing) is met with subpar service in the prep of the drinks. Yuke! I ordered a medium Iced Hazelnut Latte what I got was a medium Iced Hazelnut Creamer. Their servers generally don't seem to know how to make the drinks. When I told the server that there was too much creamer and too little coffee in my coffee she poured some of the mixture out and added more coffee. Really!?! You could make a better cup of coffee yourself at the Circle K on the corner - they actually have a great coffee setup there. They'll even brew a fresh pot upon request.
