    4 bagel sandwiches
    Junior O.

I was greeted as I came in and then they made sure I had napkins and everyone in the front said bye as I left. Individually, the taste of the individual components of the pork breakfast sandwich and the sante fe sandwich was good but together the bagel ratio to meat was off. The taste of the bagel overpowered the taste of the meat. Egg was nice, not rubbery like other breakfast places. The lox sandwich with all its flavors was balanced and definitely a go to item. The bagel itself had a nice chew to it and the flavor was good. There are other flavors I would definitely want to try now that I know the plain bagel itself is good. Would have been nice to have vegan breakfast meat or cheese options but at least there is an assortment of choices that are vegan.

Looking on Uber Eats this morning for a place to get a bagel, and thought it was an error that Einstein's was listed on Ann. To my surprise they now have a location in the neighborhood. Have begged for a bagel spot for years so this in itself is a win. Somewhat tucked into the little set of stores in the Smith's shopping center the space is built as a grab and go. By no means a negative, but am used to the sit-down spots. Staff was attentive and friendly. Selection is what you find and most Einstein's, perhaps a bit smaller. In all fairness my perception may have been skewed with the smaller building. The two bagels were good, and in line with my past experiences over the years at Einstein's. Will be back.

Slow service. The location needs more help in the morning. They have so much business they cannot keep up with the orders. I waited over 20 minutes for 3 breakfast sandwiches this morning. Do better! Love your place but cannot wait that long in the morning.

Bacon, egg and cheese on a Asiago cheese bagel

Bought two breakfast sandwiches today and they were great. Only problem I have is that they only gave me one egg on each and I ordered 2 eggs and paid extra for them. I just feel cheated. I had it delivered so I did not check while I was there but I do not want to return just for that. Got to do better please because life is already expensive to be ripped off by companies that already make so much money off our business. Rant over!!

A "pretzel bagel"?! With a quarter for size comparison.

This is ridiculous! Is this what they call a pretzel bagel? More like a pretzel dough ball. The app to order ahead sucks as you can't change or order what you want.

New Einstein's bagel location in the Smiths shopping mall. The staff was very fast and friendly. My six cheese bagel was fresh and delicious! The inside is small with no seating or tables. They do have online order pickup so it's a quick grab & go option if you order ahead of time.

Since it's the only decent bagel place in. NLV, it's swamped. Maybe someone from NYC might consider opening another?
    Don K.

Place was swamped on Sunday morning but the team behind the counter was working hard and fast trying to keep up. The place has no where to sit and no restrooms though. Bagels are so much better than Panera or Smiths. Just need someone from NYC to open up another bagel place closer to Eldorado!

Basically a soft/sweet cheese filled crepe served with sour cream and strawberry jam. The serving sizes for the price were huge, and the quality of everything was great. What I love about this spot is that pretty much every breakfast plate comes with a bagel. And they serve bagel chips with their cream cheese of the day at the table before taking your order. For us. The cream cheese of the day was dill pickle!

I can't say what their intentions were, but based on how both of us were treated, I left feeling like people who look like us were not welcome. Whether that was intentional or not, that was my experience, and I won't be returning. Thank you for reaching out. My visit was on July 31, 2026, at approximately 9:45 a.m. I was waiting for a prescription at another business nearby and decided to walk over to The Bagel Cafe for the first time. When I walked in, another Black gentleman was already standing at the counter waiting to order. We were not together. After standing there for a bit, I asked him if anyone had taken his order, and he told me no. Employees were walking back and forth behind the counter, but neither of us was acknowledged. Had someone simply said, "We'll be right with you," I would have understood and waited. Instead, we were left standing there without any acknowledgment. I finally asked, "Can we place our order, please?" and was told, "Just a minute." At that point, I decided to leave. I can't speak to anyone's intentions. I can only tell you what I experienced. I left feeling unwelcome. As a first-time customer, I did not feel that my business was valued or that my money was wanted there. Whether that was intentional or not, that was the impression I left with, and since this was my first visit, it was also my only impression of The Bagel Cafe.

Not unusal, the bagels are worth it. One of the two cashiers was being tied up by two girls wearing aprons, giggling, seemingly flirting with the cashier. It looked like one was filming with Meta glasses as she looks over the display case and says "Oh wow, everything looks sooooo good here". Influencer? I don't know but it was annoying to wait behind in line. Imagine my surprise when they were finally done, they got out of line and went behind the counter. These two girls were *employees* holding up the line to make content during the morning rush. Whatever, that was just mildly irritating. When I finally got up to the cashier, I asked for 4 bagels and a tub of cream cheese to go. He rings me in for half a dozen bagels. $9. He tells me to pick out two more bagels because "it's cheaper that way". I ask him how much 4 bagels costs. He tells me $8. I don't want to assume the cashier is a) really that bad at math, b) that bad at communication, or c) trying to pull a fast one. Regardless, this entire experience soured my mood. These guys do have good bagels, but I really wish they would spend a little more time working with their team on professionalism. After today, I am asking myself why I keep coming back.

I found this place had a coupon for $8 off of a $25 order on GrubHub. I have Amazon, so I log in with that for GrubHub to lose the extra fees. That's pretty cool. Plus I don't need to venture into the world. Win. It's hot out. I got a bacon maple bagel with sausage, egg and cheese for Adam. I got cucumbers, onion, capers and tomato with lox cream cheese on a Cheeto bagel for me. I looked up the Cheeto bagel- it's a cheese bagel that is kind of orange. That sounded good. Then I got 2 hash browns with a side of scrambled eggs that came with rye toast and pepper jack cheese for $2.99. They made it into a little sandwich for me, and it was lovely. I would do that again all day long. It was like a grilled cheese with egg. When I got my bagel it was a plain bagel and they put flaming hot cheetos inside. Clearly I did something wrong when ordering. I picked off the cheetos, but the residue was spicy and really good. My husband "accidentally" just ate half of my sandwich and he insisted that I do a review for them. I wasn't going to. I didn't even think to take a picture, so you get my receipts. Trust me when I say it was pretty and very stacked. He got a breakfast sandwich and he said the maple bacon bagel was something like a cross between a bagel and a donut. He liked it. He said it was strange and different, and that whoever came up with these was really imaginative. I have to agree. The star for me was still that pepper jack and egg on rye with those yummy caraway seeds. Absolutely simple and a show stopper. The everything bagel was a bit too loaded on top with seeds, but I loved the cinnamon raisin as it was perfectly chewy. And if you get there before 8, as we did, there's no line and bagels are fresh. Service was meh, but it's just an order at the counter. Prices are Vegas, but breakfast for 2 for $35 is not bad here. For some reason--I blame Sawdelle's--I always have to have a bagel and lox when in Vegas, so I've become something of an aficionado. I have to say, El Bagel's version rated 5 stars--everything bagel was perfect, salmon was more like sushi grade than chewy, capers, thin spread of cream cheese, cucumbers tomato, pickled onion and the fresh dill on the top was the touch! Fresh, well balanced and delish!!! $20 The hubs got the bacon breakfast sando and when he saw mine, he said, "why don't I just order what you order?" It was fine, but not enough i fs (doesn't look like the photo at all). No tap water and a bottle of water is $8, so BYOH2O. If only for the lox sando, El Bagel's would have received 5 stars.
