I don't like to leave bad reviews but oh my god. We walked in and the girls that were working were very rude. Eventually they acknowledged us and made our coffees. I ordered a vanilla latte with oatmilk because I have a milk allergy. Turns out they used regular milk and Ive been violently ill. My sister and I have been regulars at this location for awhile! The employees that have been around for awhile know us so we dont have issues. This dunkin is always dirty though and they are always out of certain products as well and the woman's toilet never flushes and legit ALWAYS under staffed. This place employs racist people who treat u like crap. My friend recently was treated poorly on a visit . The worker pretended to forget to make their drink and after 15 minutes of waiting they asked about their drinks instead of fixing the problem the lady got an attitude giving them their drink eventually (which was incorrect) and instead of handing it to her she set it on the counter purposely. This is the second time I've used DoorDash. Fist time, donut holes were so so tiny and not even a variety. Seemed like the old throw-aways. It is very frustrating to get there during any busy time as the parking lot only has 8-10 spaces and there is no drive thru option. That can make for a very frustrating experience. I went to dunkin in north olmsted at 26963 lorain rd sunday morning and a women named chelsie was working the counter. She was a c u next tuesday lets put it that way. I walked in and she automatically was in a grumpy mood. She rushed me the entire time while ordering and when i changed my mind and wanted 6 donuts instead of 5 she threw the bag on the counter and ripped open a box and just dumped the donuts out of the and threw them into the box harshly pushing the box towards me on the counter without even closing the box. I tried to close it but was having trouble and asked her to close it when she huffed and puffed about. If you dont want a low paying job and are upset about your life you shouldnt be taking it out on your customers. I will not be back to this dunkin location because of Chelsie nor would i want any of my family members or friends to have such lowsey customer service. Dunkin do better. I'll admit I've been here before but never reviewed. The service and food has been as i expected it should be. Donuts are good too. Even stopped for an occasional scoop of ice cream - again nothing above or below average. Kind of what i would expect. That was until this morning - let me first say I will give them another try maybe this is a one off. The donuts were fine, the sandwich and hash browns were not, both were burned - I would not expect a croissant to have black spots where it was burned, the hash browns were much the same. We order coffee and donuts and then watch one of the women who said they wouldn't serve food making 2 bagels and then give them to a customer! This is my favorite DD. I don't know why, but the managers special donut here is better than all the other locations. I've been to the Fairview Park DD, the Avon DD, and the Lorain Rd locations, and for some reason the donuts just aren't as good as this one. I stopped by here during the work morning this week because well, honestly, its been a rough week and we all wanted donuts. I used a coupon because my co-worker had one and I bought 6 donuts and got 6 free. I ask for a mixture. The service was timely and friendly. The ladies behind the desk were pleasant. The product is my reason for 2 stars. If I'm going to partake in the caloric / fat expenditure of a donut, I want it to be worth it. DD are not worth the larger pant size I'd wear if I ate these. I sampled a few (bites) of different kinds: sour-cream (it can't even BEGIN to compare with donuts from Fragapones or my personal favorite, Becker's), pumpkin (dry), and glazed with chocolate frosting (also dry and pretty flavor-less). Over-all the donuts don't have good texture / flavor and I felt were pretty dried out. They'd be better with coffee, but aren't all donuts better with coffee? So, in my life and perhaps in yours, I'd skip the DD and hit up the local bakery for a "real" donut with some flavor and enjoy a "treat". read more

There are only a few stores that get it right. This is not one of them. Stickers on cup show what should be in the cup but content is something different. I drove past 2 other stores knowing that this was going to be right. I was fooled. I'm not usually the person who writes a review, but today I felt compelled. I rarely splurge on stuff like donuts, but it's payday and a Friday so why not. I took my two children with me to pick out a donut before school. While they were picking out donuts, several people walked either right to the side of me or in front of me and put their money on the counter. The people at the register proceeded to take these people in front of us who were next in line. I'm assuming they were regulars because they were friendly with the staff. However that's terrible business. So my children and I who were there first had to wait for all the other people to get their orders. Being a regular is all well and good, but you should take customers as first come first serve. Will find a new place to assume my random donut splurges. Fail! read more

Used to be the best place for coffee until about September last year. I'd rather spend double at Starbucks and have coffee that's acceptable

This location does not have a drive thru or adequate parking or space for a line during busy hours. People get crunched waiting in between the doors. It was finally my turn to order today and the cashier was not friendly and messed up my order. Then they kept giving everyone's order to the wrong people and having to remake orders. We ended up with two coffees not made as ordered, an extra bagel and the wrong sandwich. We just gave up and left with the final try of our order. I have been twice to this location and I will never go to this location again. I will drive farther to go to another w a drive thru and better employees. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. Absolutely terrible service every time I go! The tables inside are always dirty so I never eat there. Went there today..(the day after Valentine's Day) and got three frosted donuts, got home and opened them..they were all rock hard!! At least a day old maybe two...I already drove home just to eat them because the place is such a mess so I wasn't driving back today. The phone number on the google page does not go through to anyone so I couldn't complain and ask for a refund next visit. This will be my last visit to this location and I will make sure to suggest fragapanes to all of my friends and family in the area when they want a donut! I've yet to taste a fresh donut. They are ALWAYS stale. I'm sure they're better in the morning hours but this IS a donut shop if I'm correct. Service varies. Parking blows, the did a remodel, but essentially didn't solve any of their pre-remodel problems. If you are addicted to Dunkin, it is not a horrible location. The ice-cream section is good with lots to choose from. read more

This place is very close to my house so I kept giving them chances. Not any more. I order via the app (when it is working) and they rarely seem to be able to fulfill my order. It's always..."the machine to make Mochas didnt get cleaned last night so it is not available" or "it's not working" or "we are out of donuts, or bagels" or whatever it is I try to order. Then instead of giving my money back (app..remember..) they tell me to come back and they will leave a note. I come back after my hospital shift and no one has a clue as to what I am talking about. The majority of the staff are rude. Today I went in to order and had to stand for several minutes while the employee chatted with her friend. When it was my turn I barely started my order when she did the " I'm the only one here and I can't...blah blahs blah (I didn't pay attention after the first few words she snarled at me) This is during the COVID pandemic so I get it...everyone is on edge...but I am a hospital employee who is helping take care of these patients so PLEASE treat me with some respect, I am super stressed...
