So I saw Donna's Donuts and immediately pulled in as I figured, what the heck, I will buy a donut and then use the bathroom. OHMYGOD, the donuts, the muffins, the everything else there! I ordered a chocolate muffin and a glazed donut, and yes, I used the bathroom. I then got in my car and took out the glazed donut. The thing was like a double donut, melted in my mouth. And the chocolate muffin that I just ate now. I am in muffin Heaven. I will, from now on, on my way to my Tewksbury destination, stop in at Donna's Donuts. There are simple things to bring the condition of the space up to normal standards without a renovation. For instance the pealing floor is fine just clean off the top of the recycling can lid that's sitting right by the cream station for coffee. The lid is filthy and would be simple to make clean. There are about 20 other similar examples. Okay so I let this go and thought the bagels might be the hole-in-the-wall type of good but they were average. Burnt edges from toasting and maybe a little soggier than would have preferred.
