Okay the coffee is good because you have variety but the Dunkin' Donuts employees are doing the franchise a disservice when they still are serving stale donuts that's been sitting in the trays for more that 6 hours. I understand that they're supposed to be baked on site. As an old Dunkin' Donuts employee my boss would throw out any donuts more than 6 hours old and promptly replace them with fresh out of the boiler vat decorated and filled trays of variety of donuts. If the franchise wants to stay alive here in Hawaii they need to serve quality donuts every time soft, moist and fresh. I guarantee you word of mouth will spread and customers will be crowding the stores to buy them. Who ever is in charge is not following protocol and is a risk of closing your business, like the last franchise closed years ago. Serve the donuts FRESH!! I swear it will make a difference in sales. Their customer service sucks, the employees are not trained well. They put a newbie unattended at the drive thru on busy mornings, come on it's a coffee shop, coffee shops are BUSY especially in the MORNING!! Anyway I ordered a couple mornings and have different newbies, they don't know their products when asking questions, they don't understand what is what when taking orders and that's how I knew they must be new, I tried to have patience with them knowing they are new but then it became a problem when they ask for help from an "advanced team member" but even the advanced team member couldn't comprehend. The communication sucks, when I asked about a reward on their mobile app, the advanced team member said yes it will work so I used it, she said it had gone through so I paid, but she gave me my receipt back and IT DID NOT GO THROUGH then she tells me "your reward don't work" like are you serious?! You literally told me before I paid that it went through and it will minus the whatever amount of dollars from my bill. I was in a rush to work cause they took forever as is already and I had no time to be going back and forth with these workers who could not comprehend a simple transaction. I asked to speak to a manager the next day but the shift lead Leah said the manager Katie is not in, I asked when will she be in, Leah said "you can try the mornings usually you can catch her in the mornings" sissss IT WAS THE MORNING TIME AND AND SHE WAS NOT EVEN IN!! so like now I have to try to "CATCH her" she said, seriously I have catch her manager at a good time to put in my complaint!? That's ridiculous! Leah had no sympathy whatsoever, not even a solution like "hey, what's your phone number so I can forward this to my manager and have her call you to address your concerns" NOPE! It was straight "try to catch her in the mornings". POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!! This just might be the WORST DD on this planet. I've had so many issues and I only order a small super simple coffee, and sometimes either 1 common donut and/or a common sandwich, however SOMEHOW visits here turn into a huge ordeal...I can't understand how it could be so difficult to run this type of operation. Compared to Pearlridge...well, lets not do that but the Pearlridge store is AMAZING. I think the best part is that they're nice. Pearl City's store (near Roger Dunn/Walmart) is sad. They have an employee there whom I make out to be early-midish 20's has the worst attitude ever... WE LOVE DUNKIN! I've only ever had it on island, so I can't compare it to mainland Dunkin', but it's so fun because every experience is different. I get an iced coffee with caramel nearly every time, and I'm surprised each time. It's a fun game! Tonight, my friend and I ordered my usual iced coffee and for her, an iced matcha latte. Oh what a thrill! We concluded that my iced coffee taste like a kind of cold soup (still sipping on it tho), and her's is just some whole milk and green food coloring. Being they only opened a few months, they have opportunities in their customer service and speed at the drive-thru. Have gone through the drive-thru during various hours of the day with no increase in speed. A drive-thru should be faster than a walk-in order, right? The girl at window apologized cause the boston creme just ran out i told her "ah that's my daughter's favorite " and she said hold on let's see how long more and the other lady said just a minute more so i said "i will wait". Utterly dissatisfied with the service at this location! I had ran some errands with my kids after picking them up from school and decided to pick up dessert for after dinner. We were in the area and decided to stop by at Dunkin' Donuts. Without even a second from entering the store, a customer walking out was already complaining to their friend about the service. I for one, thought nothing of it. I live and breathe customer service and understand from both ends how it feels to be treated with awesome service as well as how customers should be treated based on a successful business. Unfortunately, I did not experience great service here. As soon as we walked in, no greeting just a blasé look from the sales associate from behind the register as if we'd be wasting her time. I had my kids choose their doughnuts, while we were deciding she rudely asked if we were getting a box. I could already feel she hated her job. Secondly, while two of my daughters had ordered their doughnuts, my son then had asked for a glazed doughnut which, the associate had mentioned that "they just came out they're wet"! Then I had asked about how long would it be till they would be dry?! She proceeded to answer my question with "they're still wet"! It was ridiculous that maybe she assumed that I knew what the heck she was talking about, so I asked her okay well how long would they be until they'd be ok to put in the box and she answered rudely "30 min."! At this point I just wanted to get my doughnuts and go. Not only did I think that this girl was rude, but my younger child had mentioned and said "wow mommy, that girl was sassy"! Doughnuts are good, but not good enough to buy from the service given here. What the heck is that!? I am an UberEats delivery driver and I've had to pick up from this restaurant several times. Each time, the app warns me to check the orders because there has been numerous customers that don't receive item(s) purchased or received the wrong item. When arriving at the restaurant on a previous date, they mentioned they didn't have an item that was purchased by the customer. I told them they had to call the customer and let them know. The worker stated that I had to call them. We, as drivers, do not see any personal information (phone number and address) pertaining to the customer UNTIL we verify that their food has been picked up. Therefore, we cannot call them. After telling them this, the manager said, okay. The cashier, as he gave me the order said that he double/triple checked. When arriving at the drop off location, customer said they were NOT contacted to be informed that the restaurant did NOT have something they ordered. They simply just didn't give her any substitution for the missing item. Today, I had another order from this restaurant and again, they didn't have an item from my customers order. I told them they had to call the customer. The manager (Saeuh) of this restaurant yelled out the window, "you have to call the customer!" She stated that her district manager has told her she doesn't need to call the customer because she only has 3 workers. I called Uber, who confirmed it is the restaurant's responsibility to contact their customer to fix the order because I'm just a delivery driver, and they attempted to call the restaurant. I told Saeuh they were calling, I heard the phone ringing. I know for a fact she heard the phone ringing. Yet, she didn't answer it. Instead, she stood there staring at screen trying to look busy. Then a few minutes she asked me if I called the customer. ‍ So, if you order from this Dunkin, in PC, on any delivery platform, I suggest you don't. You won't get all your items. I used my free birthday perk on the app today and ordered it but never received my order from the store! I went to go pick it up and nobody was in the store but the hours said open! The store doors were completely open with tables turned upside down so nobody could go in and the drive thru was blocked with an orange sign. I am appalled! I was late to work, didn't get my coffee, had to go across the street to get coffee from Starbucks! This is ridiculous! This shop is much smaller than the airport location. But just because it's smaller, it doesn't mean it doesn't deliver. You can get all your regular Dunkin' Donut goodness and there is a drive thru. I came here at 5pm (a Sunday) thinking it wouldn't be too busy. The line was almost out the door and I guess for such a small space that wasn't too bad considering that they just opened this week. This location is really tight, the area for customers is about 1/3 the size of their airport location so there's no option to dine in. Before entering I had my mind set on getting a dozen of donuts, however that didn't happen because the selection was extremely limited (& no I'm not exaggerating)... my choices were blueberry glazed, Boston creme, some sour cream one, strawberry frosted, & strawberry sprinkles.. that's it. I asked the cashier if they had anymore in the back and he was nice enough to check but unfortunately they didn't have anything ready. My requests were anything chocolate & maple frosted... he did inform me that they won't be serving maple donuts till a month from now because their focus is on other donuts. Location is at the opposite end of Babies R Us and Petco, corner unit next to McDonald's. They also have a drive thru and a section in the store for mobile orders, which strikes me as odd since I can never seem to work the mobile ordering off my app. They're a brand new store and with that don't have high expectations, at least for now anyway. I'm just so stoked the chain is expanding here. On a side note: they have a restroom... single occupancy right at the entrance. I did need to use it until seeing a homeless lady come out of there. I'm not against homeless people using public restrooms but I didn't want to go in there because of sanitary reasons and seeing how many plastic bags she had hanging off her walker, I figured it would be best to just wait till I got home (sorry I just had to throw that in there!). read more

Service is slowly but surely getting better. The drive-thru wait times are longer than normal, but the staff is super friendly whenever I go. Best time to go is during the weekend, they have the freshest donuts and always have a wider selection. The nighttime workers seem to be faster and more efficient than the morning ones though. read more

I'm so glad they opened up a Dunkin Donuts down on this side. I live in Aiea so it's closer to me than town and Kapolei. After tasting town and Kapolei's coffee, hands down this location makes it just perfect. And the cashier who always rings me up is always so nice and welcoming. She's always there when I'm there, thank goodness. I'll try to catch her name next time. But they're not as busy as Town or Kapolei. Even more so I love it here. This location is convenient cause it's close to my house. I don't come here often but when I do it's usually for the breaKfast. Their breakfast sandwiches are good and the price is right. Would rather give zero stars if given the chance! Highly disappointed with "store manager" Zachary. I called ahead of time to place an order and requested extra cups for cup o' joe coffee box. It was not brought to my attention that this was not normal protocol. Instead of speaking politely and professionally, because of a clear misunderstanding, Zachary responded, "well, that's not what I heard," and sarcastically motioned to his headphone. First of all I will NEVER return to this location. I waited at least 20 minutes in drive-thru only to have my order totally wrong. I ordered ICED coffee and the cashier wanted to give me a HOT coffee. She had someone else make me an iced coffee and this Japanese guy apologized and gave me my order. I drove away and took a dip.
