This review is for the one at Pearlridge Center. Great customer service. We got half dozen for $7.99. 3 vanilla cream filled. 1 jelly, 1 guava filled & 1 lemon filled. The hot green tea & the hot coffee was great. The reason for the 4 stars is the dough is quite heavy and not light like a regular donut. The filling itself is tasty though. The one thing I really like about them is that they give you the calories information right next to the donuts or muffins. read more

If I could leave no stars, that would be more fitting for this location. Every other time I've been to this location, other workers were much more pleasant. The working staff today didn't seem to care at all. The girl taking my order, let me order hash browns, so I checked my order before I proceeded to leave, no hash browns. So I'm still at the window trying to wave at someone and they all just vanished. Then finally a lady, Caucasian with glasses sees me waving, rolls her eyes at me, tells another worker to go to the window and help me. The girl who took my order comes up with another worker who asks me what's the matter? I told them I didn't get my hash browns. She said sorry ma'am were out of hash browns and I was like well your worker at the driver thru window let me order them and didn't tell me they were out, so why did she still let me order them? The girl who took my order is just standing there quietly, does not say a thing. Frankly I think she just didn't care at all, didn't look like she wanted to be there at all. Ordered munchkins. There was barely any glazed on the chocolate and glazed munchkins. The powdered sugar was basically non existent on the powdered sugar munchkins. Very dry donuts. Why advertise that you have the Girl Scout cookie coffee flavors when you actually don't? Tried to order one last night and was told oh we don't have those flavors ?? Why all the plastered ads in the windows then? They also have a poor selection of donuts, especially if you look on their mobile app of what they "should have" then you walk in the store and it looks like the afternoon hour of a one-day garage sale. I love Dunkin coffee but the customer service & items are always a hit or miss. We went this morning and our sandwich was cold, not like some of it was cold but the whole thing was cold like it wasn't warmed up at all. There was only one car in front of and we waited a total of 5 minutes for our stuff from when we ordered. Pretty sad because we weren't going to go straight home so the sandwich was wasted. I opted for the drive through thinking about getting faster service. After a bad experience with my orders in drive through always check my orders. First I ordered 2 bagel sandwiches, they made 2 croissant sandwiches. So I had to wait for a 2nd time. Then I ask for ketchup and Mayo for my sandwiches and they had neither: REALLY??!! I also ordered a hot coffee and hot chocolate. I remember from visiting dunking donuts in the mainland; how their hot chocolate was so good. This one; not even close, it tasted like water with a hint of chocolate and it wasn't even sweet, disgusting, couldn't drink it at all even after adding sugar when I got home. OK so the first time I ordered an iced mocha latte, I didn't really know what to expect because I didn't ever really have a latte from Dunkin' Donuts. Mind you these drinks are about three dollars and something cents. I receive my drink and a half of it is ice. Literally half the drink is ice. The drink itself is pretty good but I don't understand why I'm paying for half of it to be ice. I figured I'd try to order this again and just request less ice. That's exactly what I did. I pulled up and receive a drink that is a 1/3 of the cup empty. Are you serious? I asked the lady behind the counter where is the rest of the drink? She told me there is no more drink that is all that they offer for the medium and she could add more ice if I would like? Our 1974 bronco stalled out in the drive through. The shift manager rounded up employees to help us push out car out to the parking lot. She then brought us our order, even though it is drive through only during COVID. She showed what going the extra mile for a customer is all about. Been here a few times. If you want a good selection, you'll have to come in early. On the weekends, get here by 0900 and you'll probably get the donut flavors you desire. I've come after this time, telling myself that each time, I will hopefully get the blueberry cake donut that my kids like to snack on. But (!).... no :( So, I just leave empty handed. But that's okay, I go to the other dunkin donut shop at Pearlridge. They always have a great selection or have more ready in the oven. Visited this new location today after work. Took the drive thru route since I was on the way to my in laws I needed something quick and the parking lot had a lots of parking coned off. I'm glad they opened up a dunkin donuts closer to home. I hardly take nimitz so I never pass by the first location of DD. I like this location since I'm always at Wal-Mart or Petco. I got the usual Boston cream and glazed donut and a frozen caramel coffee. My husband wanted something refreshing and decided to try the blue raspberry coolatta, It's on the sour side. I decided to give this establishment another try. Today was a much better experience. The only downside to today's experience is the Mobil app. It is very easy to order through the app but it doesn't let you know when the store is out of items. I've been here twice. The first time I stood in line to buy coffee. The line was long, with people getting donuts. When I got to the counter, I ordered my coffee and was told by the lone server that she only took donut orders and I should go to the next counter where the cash register is located for coffee. The iced mocha coffee I ordered was good and priced right. The second time I went there, again there was a long line. I asked the people in line if they were getting donuts, and they all said yes. I asked if it was okay if I went to the next counter to get coffee, and they said okay (no customers were at this next counter). At the counter, I asked for a iced mocha coffee. The server said I needed to stand in line to order. I explained that everyone was in line getting donuts. The server again said I needed to get in line to be served. I've come to this Dunkin Donuts multiple times and I've only gotten ONE order correct and that was when I only ordered 2 waters. I tried giving them chance after chance and every time I order just bacon and a coffee they seem to lack awareness when just 2 items are ordered other than water. This last time we came here, we ordered 3 items and we were missing the bacon. We checked the bag and saw the bag missing the bacon and we looked up to see the crew walking to the front or wherever they went in the store and left us waiting for about 7-10 minutes while we honked a few times just to get someone's attention. They only came back because there was a car behind us and we asked for the bacon and after they looked lost we saw they grabbed it out of the warmer and tried to just hand it to us. We asked to have it heated up because they made us wait, why not just reheat what you didn't give us in the first place. They commented back "the bacon was cooked fresh today" then why didn't I receive it fresh? It's always the evening shift that has messed up these orders and they are lucky I have to give at least 1 star if not I wouldn't even give 1 for poor customer service and I'm not one to write reviews about places. So with this Covid deal going on I was skeptical to find something that I could treat my employees to enjoy. Normally we have potlucks and this time wanted a quick treat. Called Dunkin to ask them if we could get our donuts individually wrapped. The worker called her boss to find out and minutes later she called me back and said yes. I am just soooo happy that there's a Dunkin' Donuts in Pearl City! Love that it is conveniently located where TJ Maxx Pearl City is. They have a drive-thru and you can order via the mobile app which makes it convenient especially when you're on the go. Inside is very intimate so don't expect indoor seating. There's a couple of tables and chairs for outdoor seating, but for both occasions that I've been here, it's always occupied. As far as efficiency, I can say the service is pretty quick (quicker than my first experience at the Airport location). This location in my opinion is really more of a "To Go" or "Express" type. When they had their Lobby open they were good. Now, their Lobby is closed two Saturdays in a row for no obvious reason. The sign on the door doesn't explain anything except that the lobby is closed. So, the drive thru is super busy. Don't waste your time with Pearl City Dunkin'. Head to Pearlridge Mall Downtown section and get your donuts from them because you can walk in.
