My coworker and I used their app to order 2 dozen donuts and a box of coffee for work. I ordered a dozen "surprise me" style, meaning they pick out the donuts for you. She ordered a dozen with specific amounts of various donuts. When I walked in, my dozen donuts and the box of coffee she ordered were on the counter for pickup, but the dozen donuts that she ordered were not. I asked about it, and they "forgot" about her dozen donuts. Ok fine, no big deal. But they didn't bother to actually look at her order to see that she ordered specific kinds of donuts. So they end up just getting a dozen random donuts, several that she doesn't even like. At the time I was picking the orders up, I had no idea that she had asked for specific kinds of donuts. Been a long time goer of Dunkin Donuts for over 20 years across several states. This is the worst one I've been to. I wanted add oat milk to my frozen coffee. They said they wouldn't do it bc of allergens, I haven't had that issue at ANY other Dunkin I've gone to within this area all parts of Maryland DC and Virginia. Let alone if you have an oat allergy, which is highly UNCOMMON, don't get oat milk. Do you not clean your machines??! Are you just lazy? Bc not one place I been to I ever heard that. I was polite about it even though they're very rude and have even more of an attitude for me asking questions. If that was a thing don't offer oat milk or almond milk .. it's more common to have a nut allergy then this. The drive thru is slow even when no one is in line. read more

I ordered an iced mocha latte from Dunkin Honeygo after my run at the nearby park. Oh wow, I don't want to complain about the service because they are really busy! But the coffee that I got is far from any iced latte that anyone expects from Dunkin. My mistake was drinking it when I got home.... Do I really want to go back there and complain? So, I just decided to vent my frustration in this review. Mind you - I called the store 2x and no one answered. Does DUNKIN DONUTS NOT have any quality control? I truly hate to give any establishment a one star but after two visits I had no choice. The first time was actually funny. It was going thru the drive thru. The young lady taking our order had a very simple request from us - two medium unsweetened ice teas. She asked what size drink I repeated medium she asked for the other drink I said medium. She asked if it was unsweetened I said yes to both. She than asked again what size and again if it was unsweetened. I was trying so hard not to laugh because it was just going round in circles. The drinks tasted awful by the way. The second time was again at the drive thru with a different lady. She got our order of two unsweetened ice teas correct and two avocado toasts. We pulled over in the parking lot to enjoy but ended up spitting out the bite of avocado toast. It tasted like cleaner! My wife went in to tell them. She said they said "oh wow"and gave her another avocado toast. She took a bite of the toast and again it tasted like cleaner! That's not only gross but could be dangerous. We just took off and swore we won't come back to this location. This place needs to really inspect their protocols because other locations aren't having these issues. read more

All I ask for is consistency. Sometimes my large hot coffee has the 1 extra sugar I asked for, sometimes not. Today it does not. Sometimes the cheese on the Beyond Sausage sandwich is melted and hot, sometimes it's cold and stiff. It is definitely hit or miss at this location. It's not that hard people! I'm not asking for a color match at the paint department! Be consistently bad and I'll go somewhere else, but the tease of what will I get today is just annoying. read more

Possibly the worst dunkin in MD. Just got a latte via the drive through that was seriously just milk. It's not the first bad experience I've had. A drink with 1 pump of mocha comes out black, a toasted bagel come out like charcoal, I've been double charged. The real problem is the special orders and not knowing what you want when you get there. 98% of men in line move fast because they don't order hooker drinks and fruity special garbage. We've been going there for years and were always able to order a dozen donuts at the drive up window telling them exactly what we want. We're courteous and know what we want before ordering. We order the food that needs to be "cooked" first and then the donuts so that we don't slow the drive thru line up. Well we went there this past weekend and were told in a rude way that they no longer allow you to order specific donuts at the window. No explanation. Just assorted only. Take it leave it. We'll be leaving it from now on. There are other, better places with drive thrus where we can to get the donuts and breakfast foods exactly as we want. read more

I usually go to the dunkin near me which is outstanding, but since i was around this at the time i decided I'll stop here....bad idea. I asked for a iced coffee with almond milk and mocha. They charge 50 cents for their almond milk where as mine is only 30 cents. I understand they are individually owned but why the big difference? The coffee was so nasty. Customer service was absolutely terrible. When I pulled up to the voice box, they made me wait 10 mins and then when they came back said "what do you want". I ordered two sandwiches and they were cold. When I paid I was not acknowledged, they took my card and handed me my cold sandwiches with no words spoken. I ordered from the app before I left the house, and while I live close, my food was not ready when I got there. I chose drive thru so I wouldnt have to take the kids in and they did the old "please pull around and wait out front for your sandwich" trick to help their statistics and so that they didn't have a line at the drive-through. Let me start off by saying I LOVE DUNKIN DONUTS and I go everyday. I switch up which Dunkin I go to depending on traffic and how late I am running. This Dunkin makes very watery drinks. I feel like there are never flavorful enough or not sweet to my liking. The main reason I am giving two stars is because I witnessed a manger being extremely rude to an employee and made some comments in from of me to the employee that were very demeaning. This has to be the worst Dunkin Donuts in the world. I can't imagine one that is worse. My order is ALWAYS wrong. Every single time, something is incorrect. My last visit they didn't toast the bagels, gave us the wrong cream cheese, and asked if we could "scaddadle" as soon as we get our food because they wanted to close the lobby. Not to mention when we walked in, the manager was yelling at another coworker in the lobby causing quite a scene. On another occasion, I was given a hot latte when I ordered an iced latte. I politely told the worker and he proceeded to pour the same hot coffee over a cup with a few ice cubes. They do not care about their products. They are constantly out of items and do not care or respect their customers. This is very upsetting because the location is so convenient. However, the overall horrible experience every time I've decided to give them another shot has caused me to travel out of my way to the Dunkin on Bel Air Road (which is awesome by the way). The Honeygo Shopping Center location gets my drive-thru order correct, maybe 2/5 times. It's convenient, but not worth the frustration. -- Today, I ordered an egg and cheese on a croissant. They informed me they were out of croissants, and I agreed to have it on a bagel. I received, and was charged for a sausage, egg, and cheese (I don't eat meat). -- Last time, they forget to put sugar in my coffee - I had to whip around the store to park and go inside. The employee's response was to call out another employee for making me have to get out of my car, and then they bickered between themselves, about which employee was less competent at completing drive-thru orders. read more

This DD location is so sad IMO. There was not a single person in the place on a Tuesday night and the staff seemed a little uninterested in taking our order. My nephew had wanted a powdered sugar and glazed chocolate donut hole which I thought was pretty basic but they were out of chocolate glaze. I went ahead and ordered a pink lemonade coolatta since it was a nice summer night and I was in the mood for something refreshing, but I knew from the minute I looked at the cup that there was something wrong. It was completely white in color and watery. Isn't pink lemonade supposed to be pink? I thought to myself maybe this was a new concept that I was unaware of but nope. The taste was just as bland as the color. It was basically sugar water with blended ice. I really don't understand why they served it to me like this but I know that I won't ever be likely to order from this location again unless I'm super desperate and my mouth feels like the Sahara in the dead heat of summer lol. I had to throw it out after a few sips. One upside is that they serve Baskin Robbins ice cream at this location and they also have free wifi available with a laptop friendly hightop table right in the middle of the establishment, but this DD is not located in one of those mainstream places where you would just hop on over to get some work done. It's DD. What do you expect? This place is pretty consistent if you just order a large coffee, cream and sugar. If you deviate from that I'm anyway you aren't going to get what you want. I like that they are changing their signage to a more SB feel but.... In order to get SB like drinks some training must be done to get these employees in line. Like let's say I order a Sugar Cookie Latte at Xmas. I'm expecting- espresso, steamed milk and sugar cookie flavoring. Instead if I'm not specific I end up with espresso, steamed milk, sugar cookie flavoring, cream and sugar and that's just gross. They don't understand simple coffee house terms like double, triple, etc.... The biggest pet peeve I have is that they don't make enough double chocolate donuts.
