every time I order through the drive-through there... And I mean every time... They messed something up. I know English is a second language in this Dunkin' Donuts, but come on it's not rocket science! I could say one time maybe two times messing up my order, but every time and guess what the shame is on me for continually going back. I was a long way from home and caffeine was needed! I stopped here on the way back down 95 south and hey didn't disappoint. I asked for and XX and it was almost perfect. I asked for extra cream and they didn't hassle me just handed it over, but she did say it was already extra cream inside. I also asked for a cup of ice and the young lady at the drive through quickly grabbed it for me. This Dunkin Donuts is by far the best Dunkin in Philadelphia that is close to my house. There are two other ones that are closer, one is nice but small and the other one is just horrendous. This one is huge and has plenty of seating both inside and out. The coffee is constantly good and brewed correctly. The breakfast sandwiches are always on point and the selection of donuts is really nice. The donutscarexalways fresh and delicious. It doesn't matter what time I come here it always seems to be bustling with people enjoying coffee and conversation. I rode by at 2 am one night and there were people seated outside enjoying the weather and conversation. When I am off and not pressed for time this is the Dunkin that I choose. The staff is friendly and professional and they always have a smile for you. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone in need of a nice hot cup of coffee or a quick breakfast or a dozen donuts. read more

This is a very popular Dunkin' and usually always busy. It's across the street from a mosque and in the same plaza as the Roosevelt Mall. So it's prone to be busy. Despite the wait or crowding it may have during most business hours. The service is wonderful. If you go in, it's much faster than the drive through. There's also a good amount of seating inside and plenty of TVs. Usually always playing Philly sports if there's a game of basketball, football, or hockey going. A downside to the place is the bathroom situation they've got going for them. They're not really clean at all and they're locked unless you ask a worker to unlock them for you. So that sucks. As mentioned before, this Dunkin' is across the street from a mosque and this isn't really a problem. But it does make it very busy and crowded. Sometimes if you were looking for a business meeting spot, this might not be the best spot due to many people being loud and just enjoying themselves. You'd probably want to go to the Starbucks on Bustleton and Bleigh inside the Target. read more

I go to maybe 3-4 different locations. And not one of them has consistently made my drink right. Most days it's messed up. I pay the extra few bucks to have a latte and most of the time I get a coffee as if I won't know the difference. I brought one before and decided to give them another chance and it was the same bull crap. They look like they didn't even try. I will never buy this again. Good evening to my Yelp Family!! I patronize this location quite often. I must report that one time that I went to this location, I ordered my usual hot decaf medium coffee with a flavor, coconut caramel and the coffee was lukewarm when I arrived back at the car. I debated whether I should take it back and I elected not to because I didn't want to be late for work. Today, when I visited on 2/21/2020, I must report that the coffee was simply delicious!! It was a fresh pot of decaf and it was incredible!! The coffee was hot, delicious and wonderful! I wanted more and I was so disappointed when I arrived at the last drop! I wish coffee were bottomless!!! The cashier was qingmei z. and they were friendly and polite. I was so impressed by the coffee, because it was not lukewarm. This location is convenient because I pass it on the way to work. They have plenty of parking and it is located near Roosevelt Mall. When I visited the bathroom in the past, it was clean. This is a great meeting place, many folks congregate here to text and do research on their tablets and lap-tops. Plus many folks meet here for breakfast, lunch, dinner or a quick snack. My main issues with location have yo do more with the customers than the employees. Especially when the weather is nice you can't sit outside unless you want to be surrounded by smokers. It can be difficult to get a seat inside because of people who it seems like have been there for hours. The coffee is consistently ok, and are decently quick. The workers are very polite. It's pretty much as good as a super busy store can get. They're ideal for if you're just trying to get a quick cup of coffee or a slightly stale donut and go about your business. read more

Nice seating both inside and outside. There are two area where there are small cushioned chairs next to a screen fire place. There are multiple tables with either 2 seater or 4 seater chairs around the rest of the cafe. Staff is usually always nice and prompt. I usually never visit, and have them tell me they're out of stock. Overall, a very nice DD, that you can socialize and/or work in. read more

This is the worst Dunkin that I have ever been to, consistently. The female manager who wears the blue button up has no customer service skills. Having to go in to work this Saturday morning to meet client deliverables aka company able to bill early or over original quote, I was forced to stop by this Cottman ave location to grab a caramel macchiato and to my surprise (after I leave) my drink has no caramel in it. Food tastes like your average dunkin donuts,but the pros about this place is that it's HUGE and they turn out food very quickly. I ordered an everything bagel with egg cheese and bacon. Tasted extremely average and not very flavorful (so I put ketchup on it) but I had it coupon so it was $2.19 with tax which is okay. The order literally came out in a minute since I was the only person in line at the time. They have free WiFi here and lots of seating so I saw a lot of people sitting and doing work here while eating or sipping coffee. They usually get my order right but sometimes they make your coffee way sweeter than you wanted it to be and the hash browns would definitely either be burnt or perfectly crispy. Today, I ordered the same thing as always, an iced french vanilla swirl coffee with no added sugar and a bagel with veggie spread. I got this around 9pm and I am literally taking a crap every hour. They even laugh at my dumb jokes I like to order a medium caramel iced coffee with no extra sugar, and milk... When I'm feeling frisky, a turbo shot (which is quite often apparently). Dunkin Donuts has gone down a lot in quality over the years in my opinion, but the same can be said for many quick service chains. Franchise owners don't get much say in that department, so this review is really based on the service of this particular location. I have been looking for a place to make a stop on the side of Roosevelt Boulevard that I take to get to work, and though this Dunkin is on Cottman Ave it really it was the closest. I have only been through the drive-thru, but I have made several visits now and each time I was so impressed with how fast the service was. There can be a line of cars, but I am still in and out in just a few minutes. Not only is the service fast, but I have never had any issues with my order. Everything is always accurate. I would definitely recommend this location if you are looking to make a quick stop in the morning during your commute. read more

Ever time I go to this one (after 9:30pm) apparently the latte machine is being cleaned. Which I know to be fact is around 5-10min process, but some how I always seem to arrive at the time it's being "cleaned" . So for fun the last time I said "ok well I'll wait, how long will it take"....after stuttering for a moment "it was now broken". And after being told that a few times I just go to the one on grant & bluegrass which is also open late.
