Standard Dunkin Donuts. Incredibly slow in the morning, not necessarily due to employees, but just the sheer mass of people who show up to get their daily dose. I find their coffee to be lackluster, their bagels disgusting, and their donuts so so. Several other better options for your morning Joe and breakfast. Would not recommend. read more

There are good, but not the best. I favor the ham & cheese bakery sandwich. It's a deliciously toasted sandwich on a deli roll, has sliced ham, swiss cheese and dijon mustard. I could eat these every day of the week! When I went this morning, it was if the whole town of Queen Creek was there. The drive through had a line wrapped around the building, the parking lot was full, and the establishment was bursting at the seems with the amount of people in the store. One of the best Dunkin' Doughnuts I've been to and I think I've been to most in the valley by now. They are quick and friendly. They seem to know how to make my favorite iced drink properly which is a Carmel macchiato with an extra shot of espresso. Husband and I decided to grab coffee at this location, horrible service. The staff did not greet me for a very long time, when the gal finally came over she asked if I had a mobile order. ‍ I asked if they had my favorite donut the vanilla cream to which she looked dazed and confused and said... slowly.... No. I said well, you do so are you saying your out? To which she s-l-o-w-l-y said with uncertainty we don't have that donut. I had to drop that convo. or I'd still be there. I asked about another donut and realized I was talked to a door knob who then walked around aimlessly with two cups in her hand not knowing what to do. The staff in back all looked just as dazed and confused. Another customer walked in whom they ignored and he was frustrated and left. And the donuts were gross. We have been coming here for years. It is a shame that this is the closest location to me because I have tried ordering 7 different times for various donuts, and only 1 out of the 7 times the donuts actually were soft, the other 6 the donuts were rock hard, stale, and tasted terrible. The iced coffee is the only reason I gave the 2 star review because that has been the only thing worth trying at DD. The staff is friendly, the donuts just happen to taste terrible. I come here almost every morning before work. I get everyone gets busy in the mornings but i am just getting fed up! On Friday morning I ordered an Ice coffee with cream, sugar and mocha! Which turned out to be TEA which was absolutely disgusting and a waste of money! And here I am today ordered a sadwich on an English muffin and the english muffin is so hard I cant even eat it. Another waste of money! It bad enough wasting money but having to repeat your order many times at the register bc the girl working cant manage a simple coffee order. Ugh! What should I say! My dad worked as a manager for 15 years for a Dunkin donuts in New York. So im quit familiar how things are suppose to go. I go here often because this is the only place near by that has breakfast. So when I'm done with my night shift use the drive thru. There is always a wait at least 15-20 minutes at the drive thru. Half the time they burn my egg and cheese croissant the other half the time they don't cook it long enough and it's like eating raw dough What annoys me the most and the offense to him is woody the obnoxious guy taking orders I know he is trying to be funny but it's annoying. He doesn't even let you finish your statement and does " what would you like to wash that down with"!? The got my order wrong and then blamed me. I got vanilla cream and there was not enough cream in them. I had a chocolate glazed that was good. I ordered and iced coffee drink and the charged me for a medium before even asking me what size I wanted. The coffee drink was awful. read more

The drive-through literally took 20 minutes to go through because the person taking orders cannot seem to speed things up at all. It takes each car five to 10 minutes to order. Went on this location around 4pm to get my donut cravings but was so disappointed because once i took a bit of the donut it was hard and stale. Last time I go to this Dunkin Dounuts! This is what I get going to a Dunkin Donuts in Queen Creek... Order was totally wrong. I asked the lady to repeat my order there at the window. They ran out of the croissant bread, no problem then put it on a regular bread. While waiting at window asked if my hot chocolate is the Mint one. She said no its the regular one. Told her I requested mint... Then I got my order and drove off. Once I got here at work they gave me the wrong sandwich. I called the place and gave them heads up, not pleased about this. So basically I paid $5.68 for a hot chocolate. Gave the sandwich to someone else. ugh... I'm a frequent customer and tried a coolata as a switch up from my regular order. I paid a little over $4, but noticed it wasn't sweet to my liking, so I went back in and told Dallas. Dallas is awesome!! He remade my coolata and it tasted great; Bonus, he upgraded my drink size too! He had no problem remaking it and had such a positive attitude. I realized this is the same guy who says "de nada" after taking my orders. As a regular, I love coming here not just for good coffee but because of the service! Three times in a row....and the younger staff are busy talking to each other most of the times (when we are visiting). The drive thru and entrance is not convenient. The patio furniture is dirty. I come here a lot and I never have a problem in the afternoon. I seem to always have problems in the morning. First of all I was waiting inside for 20 minutes because there was only one person on the window, one at the counter inside, and one making everything. There were multiple people who left fed up. Well today there I went at 7 am and there were only two cars in the drive thru so they weren't busy at all. I ordered a French vanilla iced coffee WITH cream & sugar and two donuts. I get to the window and she asked me if I had two or three donuts and proceeds to give me the wrong kind.
