Hit or miss. We don't have one near where we live. We have been to 2 different stores while on vacation. One in St. Joseph MO. Fantastic! Fresh, warm flaky sandwiches. The donuts were fresh and soft too. It was very clean. Then we went to Titusville FL and wow what a difference. The donuts were a bit stale. And wasn't very clean. If rating this dunkin 0 stars was possible than I would. I have ordered online from this dunkin a couple of times. Every time they have messed up my food order. Never have I gotten the correct donuts that I've ordered from here. They usually would get my drink right at first but the past couple of times it seems like they don't do any of the instructions that I give in the description. Absolutely terrible service still. Haven't been in about 9 months due to bad service. Today walked in and poor guy in front of me said he has been standing at order counter and no one acknowledged his existence. After about thirty seconds he yelled " can I place an order please". I have gone here twice. As another review posted, they will ask if you want sugar and cream. If you say yes, they mix it in for you (which was way too much on both for me). On my first visit I had the Bagel with Bacon, Egg, and Cheese. It was a very mediocre sandwich. I would not order it again. But on my 2nd visit I did really enjoy the Big N' Toasted Sandwich. We tried the donuts also, and they were average (which is not what I was expecting at their prices). QuikTrip has better and cheaper donuts. :( Now for the service. You are given a receipt with an Order Number for sandwiches so that you can get your order when you are called. Except they do not use it, they just call out what sandwich is ready. Sure enough, orders get messed up, and people take the wrong orders (yes - it happened to me). Simple to resolve if they would just use the order number they put on receipts. On my 2nd visit there were around 10 employees working, but most of them were goofing off. I wouldn't care, except there wasn't a clean table at which to sit in the restaurant. I actually did send them feedback via their website to let them know about the bad experience. The manager responded stating they are a new location and she talked to the crew. Most new restaurants (especially chains) usually are at their best when they first open. Not sure what to expect as time goes by. The parking lot is awkward, and you have to walk oddly around the drive through lane to get into the entrance to the store. One car was parked oddly in a driving lane in front of the restaurant, and someone had backed into a car while trying to navigate out of the parking lot. Take car as you pull into/through/out of the parking lot because the main entrance funnels traffic in oddly, and it is somewhat a free for all as everyone is comes in and out. read more

Drive thru order. 2 breakfast sandwiches. Told no regular eggs only veggie eggs. Ordered bacon cheese and veggie egg on English muffin and turkey sausage veggie egg and cheese on English muffin. Last time I came here I had problems, a worker by the name of Deborah D. was very rude and acted as if we wasn't in their to order food. Like we didn't exist, we had to ask her to take our order. Now the new owners have taken over and are making a difference. Leo was very nice, friendly to talk to and just seemed genuinely happy to make his customers happy, that's how you get customers to come back to your place of business!!! I got a frozen coffee with hazelnut flavor and it's so good, maybe better than Starbucks and I love Starbucks! They are the rudest workers and don't care about their customers. They also will lie and say that they are "" cleaning the ovens "because they are too lazy to make hot food. I come through every morning I order the same thing every day and before the morning girl retired the food, service and accuracy couldn't have been better. However; since her retirement we've gone to the dark side. As stated above I order the same thing every day and every day they tell me a different price. It's nuts really and when I question it the tattooed man at the window gives me an attitude every time. Matt who takes the money is always kind and apologetic but the other guy is a jerk! I called the supervisor last week and told him about the spotty service, long long lines and the pricing & screwed up orders and he said well I haven't gotten any complaints. I went here since it was within walking distance to my laundromat. The new store is beautiful! Even has a drive thru in such a tight location. But... I did not have a good employee experience there. I was the only person in line, and there were 4 workers running around (only about 3 cars in the drive thru) and no one was at the front counter. The person who was cleaning behind the counter finally put down her cleaning rag to ask me what I wanted... well, actually I wasn't sure she was talking to me because she never looked at me and positioned off to the side of the register. She asked "What can I get you"... and I didn't respond, so she asked again and I said, "Do you mean me?"... I ordered a coffee and asked for a vanilla coffee (mind you I am used to the places that have the cream/sugar/substitutes off to the side so you can put them in yourself) They seemed set off by my asking to put in the sweetener myself. And gave me 3 Splenda packets. I asked for a few more bec I like a little coffee with my Splenda. She looked at me for a minute and then went and got some more and placed it in the bag. I was tempted by a blueberry cake donut. Got one, and when I took a bite I wasn't thrilled and tossed it away... Not calorie worthy. Won't go back for coffee or donuts. But on the plus side the patio is awesome for good weather enjoyment. (though you might smell gas fumes from the drive thru) read more

I walked into the store at about 6:30 pm on a weeknight. No one was at the counter. I stood at the counter for about five minutes. There were two workers near the back talking to one another, I could only see the one with the headset. No one in the drive through, they were not working. The worker in the headset made eye contact and then continued to talk to his coworker. I left. I will not be returning to that location. read more

Came here 15 minutes ago and wanting to grab something to eat. Decided to get the munchkins. I saw they were out of the chocolate ones and asked if they had any, the guy at the counter was nice and asked his 2 co-workers if they had any back there. I guess we interrupted their conversation so one fellow yelled back, "NO!" That's not how someone should be answering, especially in a restaurant with customers. This location is the worst. I order cold brew or iced coffee and they put SO much ice in it that their medium doesn't even fill my tumbler halfway... and I already have ice and cream in it. I have to consistently ask for "light ice" but that stopped working so I started asking for "no ice". This morning I watched as they took out their jug of cold brew and diluted it with tap water. Been here multiple times.It definitely has its days. I stop in to get donuts for my kids on the way home from work. I don't like the drive thru so I chose to walk in and pick my donuts specific to my familys liking. Many times ive arrived at 630am to find the front door still locked when they are supposed to be open at 5am.Today was just that and I saw the employees out back of the building smoking or whatever. I asked if they were going to open the front. The employee said NO. There making donuts right now. But as im walking back past the front I can see the rack were already quite full of donuts. so aggravated I am. Even when I do gain entrance some times its like pulling teeth trying to get someone to help me at the front register. Like they completely ignore someone standing there waiting to be helped.
