Cars lined up on to Winchester and only 2 people inside waiting for their orders.
    Kay O.

I've only been here a handful of times and I don't have their app, but I know if one downloads the app, it's easier to order/pick up. I was able to order on a kiosk, since it was National Donut Day (6/4/25), there was a line out on to Winchester with cars. So I decided to walk in and to my surprise, there were 3 couples ahead of me that already ordered. So I was able to order 6 donuts and able to get in/out within 5 mins after I ordered. The donuts were fresh and surprisingly not too sweet! So I was happy as were my coworkers! I'll be back again when I'm craving something sweet!

Love Dunkins. Though the bay area locations aren't as great as the ones in East Coast atleast we finally have them here! Y usual is the double chocolate, chocolate glazed and the custard filled. Love the Lil munchkins too.

Ordered at the drive thru. Tried their Sabrina carpenter drink and a variety half dozen of donuts. Everything was delicious and service was fast!

I don't care too much for donuts and rarely eat at Dunkin', but I woke up with a migraine and wanted to try and numb it with sugar, carbs, and caffeine. Had my food delivered. The Ham and Cheese Stuffed Croissant was super delicious, but very small. The toasted English muffin with butter tasted great (kind of hard to screw up). The only thing I didn't care for was the Boston crème donut. It didn't taste fresh and needed more crème in the middle. Since I'm not a big donut fan in the first place, it could just be me. The food didn't help with my migraine, but that's not Dunkin's fault.

This DD has the most amazing young person who works there drive up window. I was there today for my third time and again Noah was my guy. Customer service is beyond fantastic. DD is lucky to have him. I can feel his energy before I get to the window. His smile is $1 million smile. If I owned a business, I would snipe him away and hire him. I really wanted to write him a review the first time I was there, but I forgot to get his name. I got it today. Noah - you're fabulous. I hope he reads this! They're lucky to have such a great team player.

Cookie butter cold brew in size medium. My fave!

I don't usually come to this location but it was the only one in my area that had my favorite seasonal drink available, the Cookie Butter cold brew! I placed my order via the app and also ordered a breakfast sandwich. I knew this location has a drive thru so I was looking forward to getting in and out, but not so much. When I arrived there was a line , almost to the street. I noticed their parking lot is super tight. So even if you wanted to go inside and grab and go, the parking spots are right by the drive thru line and there is no way you could back up your car if there is a long line. I don't think the drive thru idea works for this location. Not to mention it's right off a super busy street, Winchester. When I was leaving the pickup window I had to merge into the cars leaving the parking lot and the cars waiting to turn onto Winchester. It took me a minute to leave. This location lacks convenience during busy hours.Other than the business location inconvenience I had good service and my order was correct. I'm knocking off one star because of the logistics of the location.

    pumpkin spice latte

this is good, got it twice not long of a wait in drive thru, flavor of pumpkin spice can be tasted and not overpowering not too sugary or sweet

I usually dont come to dunkin but I wanted to try the viral matcha latte with marshmallow foam that I saw on tiktok. I wish I never discovered this because I love it! Just a bit unhealthy it is since their matcha powder comes presweetened. Even then it's only a light sweetness in the drink itself, most of the sugar was in the marshmallow foam. Overall a great balance and surprisingly better than some other matcha lattes ive tried at non specialized cafes

    Cathy D.

i've never been to dunkin and was treated by a coworker. i found a drink that's popular on tik tok and tried it out. the order is medium ice cold brew with sweet cold foam and 3 pumps vanilla bean coolatta swirl with oat milk in a large cup with extra ice. we ordered a few more things but i'll only speak about my drink. this crazy creation on tik tok is HELLA SWEET. diabetes sweet. i don't know how people drink this on a regular. i literally had to drive to a starbucks and order a double espresso shot just to help the sweetness and bring back that coffee taste. maybe next time ill just do one pump of vanilla bean coolatta swirl. but if im being honest, i'd only come to dunkin if someone else was paying. i'll stick to my starbucks.

    Lauren L.

I always preorder on the app so it's ready for me ahead of time. I gave it about 5 minutes and my order was promptly made. I also like you can make all the customizations on the app (even if you want extra pumps, flavors, ect). I will say depending on the day and the location Dunkin can be pretty inconsistent with the quality so it's a hit or miss. Prices I'd say are one down from your average Starbucks drinks. I like the seasonal add on flavors they roll out with. I also liked that they run a lot of promotions and deals through the app to entice customers.

Took me way too long to write this review, I hit this place every once in a while on the way to work. They offer avocado toast on their menu which is a good light lunch option, but they also have an option where you can add bacon for an extra $1. For an extra dollar you would assume they would actually put bacon on it, I've attached some photos of what I've gotten every time I've ordered one. This place sucks and their drinks taste different every single time I order them. They need decent management instead of a bunch of 14 year olds that don't wear gloves when they're making food. Never coming here again and I wouldn't suggest it to anyone unless you want to get brown water coffee and a scam of a piece of toast.

Don't sleep on the black pepper sausage danish: the croissant dough is crisp and flaky, and doesn't get soggy when baked around the sausage. It's comparable in execution to the Croissant Hot Dog served at Dominique Ansel Las Vegas (in Caesar's Palace), but at a way more accessible price point. Which isn't to say this place is cheap; like many artisanal bakeries in California, it comes with a premium price tag, but at least it's not Dominique Ansel pricy. Croissante's croissant dough baked goods (viennoiserie) is pun-intended "proof" that you get what you pay for. The dining space is limited and lively. Conversing is a little tough, but if you just need a place to sit while eating, it's just right. Extra special shout out this time to Dill who had informed me the fried chicken dishes today would be an hour and a half wait. After deciding there wasn't anything I wanted more than the Fried Chicken and Spiced Croffle (croissant dough baked in a waffle iron) and was happy to wait, they were nice enough to check in with the kitchen and see if it could be made sooner than that. It had a nice creama layer and a well balanced flavor. Not too acidic or bitter. I got the french onion soup, labeled as a popular item/staple of the bakery. It is quite a lot of soup, I wish it came with a side of bread/sourdough as towards the end it was all soup and nothing to contrast it. It was nicely broiled at the top with some small pieces of bread and a healthy layer of cheese that made it so exciting to eat. Even the crust of the bread had some crunch although fully soaked. I thought it was really cool that they have a slow coffee bar area specifically for pour overs (I think) where tech isn't allowed, so people are just supposed to sit and enjoy their coffee. I've never seen that before in a coffee shop. The menu is extensive. Since it was later in the day, the baked goods were half off, which was a nice surprise. I got a blueberry latte and an Asian fusion focaccia bread. Blueberry latte - I liked this! The blueberry flavor was subtle and not overly sweet or artificial tasting. It added a light fruity note to the coffee without overpowering it. Fusion focaccia bread - This was tasty, but I felt the original price was steep ($12). My piece was around 6" x 3". The shiitake mushroom flavor was strong and I loved the addition of scallions and Chinese sausage sprinkled throughout the bread.
