I have to say, the few times in the past that I've been to Dunkin' Donuts were fairly disappointing (with the previous visit being the worst -- the coffee literally tasted disgusting, no exaggeration) but when I stopped by today before heading into work, I was pleasantly surprised. I ordered a medium coffee with some flavoring, as well as an everything bagel and their hash browns (which, by the way, are definitely the best part of their menu in my opinion). I was surprised by how quickly my order was made, mainly because an issue with my past visits to this location as well as the one on Sierra Highway was the fact that they took soooo long to prepare everything! This time it was speedy and delicious, and the coffee was much better than my previous experience had shown. As for their prices, I'd say that they're modest, but you get a better deal at places like Yum Yum donuts or even Starbucks. Dunkin' Donuts is okay, but like another reviewer mentioned, I would've much preferred that Krispy Kreme or even a Yum Yum had been opened up in this spot instead. I've never been to a Dunkin Donuts that didn't have good donuts. I bought a glazed, a jelly and a Boston creme. Glazed was cold and hard. Tasted like it was made yesterday. Same with jelly. The creme in the Boston was good as was the icing. But the donut itself was not. Their iced latte was good. There is another Dunkin Donuts on the other side of town that is excellent. The staff here was super nice and friend. The floors were very dirty. This place is new. Hopefully they'll get it worked out. read more

3 stars cause Ive been going for years. The donut sizes have gotten way smaller. The donuts although tasting good are very stale. I ordered a vanilla coffee and it was litterally just a normal coffee that had alittle more water in it. Very disappointed with Dunkin Donuts in Bouquet. Sunday afternoon = messy and unclean. Employee just standing behind register. Could have quickly tidied up the eating area but instead raced out declaring "GOING HOME!". Very poorly trained employees running the cash register. New Dunkin' in the Santa Clarita Valley! Baked freshly every day, the donuts are crisp and warm. Quality of the donuts are just as great as found in the east coast, with good staff. Although I didn't try out their coffee, I've only heard the best from those who ordered it in front of me in line, and will be sure to order one the next time I'm there. I Love Dunkin! I even purchase their merchandise and some people in my family members have worked with them, they are a great franchise. That said, I think that this Dunkin is a good one. 1) They don't fill the cream filled donuts to full capacity 2) They have given me coffees with sweetener in it on several occasions when I ordered otherwise 3) they've only accepted cash on some instances 4) the outside tables are wobbly and difficult to use 5) Most of all, there costumer service is THE WORST that I have experienced in a Dunkin shop (I've been told to where a mask "properly" in an incurteous manner when I was whereing one, told in a rude manner they where closed without being informed when they would be open, never been compensated or kindly apologized to when they get my order wrong, etc) It bothers me enough to spend time writing the only bad review on a Dunkin shop I have ever written, the sad thing is that they could fix most of these things quite easily. read more

This place never has any donuts. I ordered a dozen online through post mates and they didn't have a single glazed donut. When you go in there, the lines are so long and everything is ridiculous unorganized. I once ordered a pick up mobile order and my iced coffee and hot sandwich was just sitting there in the pick up section and the donuts I ordered weren't there. This donut shop really needs some help. I've been this location twice and its been very disappointing. I ordered Postmates for delivery because my kids and I wanted something sweet. These guys (Drake) who was a manager told me that he should of used a box to separate the donuts. But decided to cram all the donors in one bag. Maplebar icing smeared on other donuts. I come here at least twice a week for their fantastic and fresh coffee and their glazed and sprinkled donuts which my kids love. I especially enjoy their great customer service, most notably April and Tayrn (I think that's her name, young girl might be the manager) They are always smiling and helpful and very polite. April is the sweetest, she always welcomes me with a big smile and "good morning." Love this location! read more

I bought a bag of Dunkin' Original whole bean coffee to brew at home. Upon opening the bag, I detected the faint aroma of hazelnut. Why am I smelling hazelnut in what is supposed to be a bag of original coffee? At first I thought maybe this bag was stored with other bags of hazelnut and the aroma was really on the outside of the bag. Nope. Upon grinding and brewing the beans the hazelnut aroma and taste was present in the brewed coffee. I find flavored coffees rather off-putting so this is unacceptable for me. read more

Nice new and clean location, very sweet, nice, helpful workers. But if you have a hinkering for a doughnut, it might not cut it. Dunkin is my favorite place to get coffee and in my opinion, WAY better than Starbucks. I never liked coffee until I tried Dunkin. They have such a variety of donuts and flavors for coffee. The service is so good and I would like to give a shout-out to Paige, who is my favorite employee! Very bad customer service. Second time coming here. The first time, it was my first time getting Dunkin' Donuts, So I asked a couple of questions. The teenage girls staff were not very friendly and sent off annoyed vibe. I would've understood, if there was a long line behind me. However, we were the only customers there at that time. The second time was a Saturday morning. My daughter really likes their cold brew so we decide to stop by and get one. She was in a line for a long time only to be told later that it was cash only. She had enough cash so she decided to continue to wait in line. When it was finally her turn, a teenage girl staff looked at her and completely ignored her. She left her like that without saying anything for good five minutes. Finally, sensing the awkward silence, anther another employee informed her that she was resetting the register. By then it had been good 15 min. wait. No apologies or timely explanation whatsoever. I understand things happen and your registers can break down. However, a good business will train their employees to treat their customers professionally with courtesy. She did not get her coffee, and we won't be coming back anymore. read more

Visited this Dunkin Donut location on Friday 02-09-18 in the AM hours. The female cashier who rang me up was so incredibly rude to me, blew me off, and clearly was unhappy to be at work. Maybe my expectations are set to high. I have been hearing for years how awesome DD is and my wife was excited when one finally opened near us. So we went. I don't know why they call it a donut shop, they had so few donuts. They had muffins and bagels and breakfast sandwiches but hardly any donuts. (Maybe it should be called a bake shop). We each ordered a donut, my wife had an apple fritter that didn't have any apples, it had an apple jam. I don't even remember exactly what it was I ordered, it was so unimpressive. I had a pretty poor experience with curbside pickup. An order was made and I arrived at the location 10 minutes later. I saw a line build up outside and waited 20 more minutes. I called inside and was advised they were short staffed and are preparing my order. 30 minutes later and I go inside the store since they are no longer answering the phone. Keep in mind I requested curbside delivery due to being immunocompromised. I ask the workers what happened with my order and they had no clue. I overhear them saying they dropped my order receipt on the floor. I told them I'd wait in the car again 5 mins later my order is delivered. I ask what happened and she said it was because of short staffing. I asked about the dropped receipt and she didn't even reply. This isn't the first time I've dealt with understaffed service at this location. But the disregard for my time and lack of apology was bad. The drinks were half melted. While o was waiting in the car for an hour I can see the line build up and shrink and at times see when the store was empty. Worst service ever! read more

We just tried the Strawberry Coconut milk refresher and it was DISGUSTING. It tasted like they mixed medicine, diet sprite, protein powder, (disgusting protein powder may I add) old mushy strawberry's, and expired coconut water. I also got the chocolate donuts holes and the flavor was good but it was very dry. It was almost as if they mixed flour, Cocoa powder, and water together and baked it at 800°. I finally went to DD and I'm originally from the east coast. The service was great, but my two breakfast sandwiches were only ok. The donut and frozen caramel were great. I will go back again soon, but wish there was another location in Valencia. I think they have become better that they are not so new now. There are way too many Starbucks instead.
