Ordered from here today and sadly, multiple items were missing. When we tried calling the store about it, nobody picks up and we're sent to an already full voicemail box. It's so frustrating when you order delivery, and don't get what you're expecting, and people don't get the meals they expect! I would ask management to step in and ensure that whoever is packing things up for pickup, ensure the correct food is actually in there, but based on many of these reviews I'm guessing that's not likely. We will not be getting food from here again and wouldn't recommend this location to anyone. read more

Came to finally try out the avocado toast with roasted tomatoes and yummm! It did not disappoint!! I have gotten it twice now. My only complaint is the inconsistency of the amount of tomatoes that are on top of the toast. The first time I came there were only 5 pieces of tomato total versus when I went today (as shown in the photo) there were a lot more. Wow - I was pleasantly surprised by this store. The selection of donuts/breakfast options was huge! And the customer service was absolutely fantastic. The two cashiers took great care of us and answered our questions. I also took notice of how clean the store was and the cute seating areas. I love how many coffee options they have also. My husband tried the hot brew and I opted for the mocha latte. It had a thick froth and a great flavor. We also tried the black pepper bacon sandwich, which was excellent, both savory and sweet. Yummm and those hash browns!!! Very tasty little bites. I work near this location so I'll definitely visit again. I used to be sad that the previous Starbucks left this location, but this is just as good! read more

This was my first curbside visit to Dunkin Donuts and my first time using the their app. It all went very well, the service was quick and the pumpkin donuts, a Halloween specialty are delicious. I grew up in New Jersey where we tend to eat the more dense cake like donuts. Dunkin is originally an east coast chain. Out in California there are different varieties of more fried and light style donuts. I like both types but I think I'd your in the mood for a cake style donut go Dunkin! Stop by this location this morning before heading to the Antelope Valley Poppy Reserve. Walked in and was greeted by an older lady who was very sweet. I ordered a small iced coffee with French vanilla with cream, hash browns and a everything bagel sandwich for my friend. I was able to scan my perks card for both mine and my friends order. My drink wasn't that good but it was still coffee so I drank most of it and ate all my hash browns. My friend enjoyed her sandwich as well. read more

I hardly come to this Dunkin' donut but I've been here four different times already and I must say almost everyone lacks professionalism. Some red hair lady Was behind the counter talking about all the things she has to do while she waited for her item being loud and disruptive to the people actually work. Im assuming she work there but wasn't on the clock. I don't feel like anyone should be interrupted while working to listen to how YOU (red hair) will be late. Im going to be late because half of the staff is gossiping and listening to your nonsense instead of working. If you're not on the clock stand behind the counter like the rest of the customers and let your employees work. This Dunkin' already struggles with being efficient and polite. When there's a handful of people working there you would to think people would get the proper training on greeting and professionalism. On another note: almost every coffee had a sticker that stated they were out. What's that all about? And before you question why I come here, it's because my daughter likes your sandwiches and I try to give you a chance but enough is enough someone corporate or the owner should read some of these reviews and really spend thine with the employees. read more

They looked better then they tasted. We picked up a half dozen around 10am. They were already out of 85% of their selections. We got the remaining ones on the shelf: toasted coconut, sour cream, lemon jelly filled & Bavarian cream. There were still a few left of Boston and strawberry sprinkles & we got one of each those too. Unfortunately, the texture already had gotten dry, the donuts all seemed almost a day old. The lemon jelly donuts tasted like chemicals. The cream filled flavors were just OK, the cream inside of them were almost translucent-like almost like a mayonnaise texture. I'm sure like all donut joints you gotta go when they are fresh out of the oven within the hour. The girl at the counter said they would be baking a second round by noon. I've been in here a few times. The other night came in with everyone, they don't have much of a selection at 8pm since they close soon. I ended up grabbing a chocolate covered donut, it was good still soft but now I know to come back earlier in the day to get it warm. We got a fairly large order today and more than half of it was inedible. One of our coffees tasted like milk only, both sandwiches were made wrong and were cold. The sandwiches and our hash browns had a weird burnt plastic taste to the point I had to rinse my mouth out. They have great donuts as well as a wide selection of breakfast items. Their menu is really cheap which is a plus!! They have a Dunkin' app which gives you rewards and lots of free items! Its the new kid on the block. I was happy to see them opening across from Starsucks because I cannot drink their house swill. The time I went all coffee drinks were $1.50 which was a nice surprise. The vanilla latte was very sweet and frothy. At first I thought it was too sweet and then I started to enjoy it more. I don't eat donuts but my kids enjoyed a half dozen and said they were great.
