I have come here multiple times. I will be the only person in the place and it still takes me 15 minutes to get my iced coffee. I wanted them to use a free drink, only after leaving realizing they charged my card instead of using my drink. My iced coffee is always super watered down. I had a Door Dash order that originally was cancelled because they were out of something I wanted but I wasn't sure exactly what it was so I called and the girl or woman on the phone was very helpful and informed me that the donut I wanted was out so when I ordered again we both agreed to just put another donut on there. But instead this time I was like what the heck I'll order a muffin instead, so I called and said thanks anyways I don't need the donut in just gonna get a muffin! Then she called me back and said that they didn't have the muffin I wanted so we finally agreed on a donut again for me to have instead. When I got my order they gave me two extra donuts which is so sweet! I understand how things can run out so easily so I appreciate you taking the time to make my day better with what you did have! Came here mostly for coffee, but never coming back. One of their night employees had a horrible attitude with customers. The coffee and donuts were fine, but he just ruined the night for me. He also kept going outside to just sit on the chairs instead of helping out the female employee. He would also yell at her and the customers whenever he got agitated, such as when they were put of donuts. read more

I am a born and raised New Englander that just so happens to be misplaced over here in the LA area. I have very high standards about my Dunkin ice coffee and this specific location really needs to up their knowledge of their drinks. A regular medium dunkin iced has 3 cream and 3 sugars, Large has 4 cream and 4 sugar. And no sane person orders a small...so when someone comes in and asks for a medium iced caramel swirl, regular...don't ask if they want cream and sugar...regular means they do... The staff here is completely incompetent. The cashier didn't know anything about the products, she said they carried soy milk and they didn't, she didn't know how to ring me up, and she had no idea what the donut flavors were. The guy making he drink made my drink completely wrong and said no one ever showed him how to make it right (seriously guy.) I generally like Dunkin more than other coffee places, but this location used to be a Starbucks and I wish it had stayed that way. I have never opened Yelp to write a review so quickly. My boyfriend and I were excited to try their coffee as we had never been here before. I couldn't decide what flavor iced coffee to order and asked the cashier, Dawson, for a suggestion. He said "I don't drink coffee." So I ordered an iced coffee with toasted almond syrup and he replied "yeah, we don't even have that". My boyfriend and I are standing there like "....uhh okay.." lol! After telling myself 3 times now that i shouldnt come back, my last visit sealed the deal. When ordering coffee and breakfast sandwhiches, the expediting process seems to be confusing to the workers. My coffee was ready before my breakfast sandwhich was so the person making my coffee called my order and tried to send me on my way. I said, "well what about the rest of my order?" she replied, "what did you order then", in a rude manner. I waited another minute or so for the rest of my order all while the coffee lady was talking smack under her breath about my order. We just bought the chocolate cream with barely any chocolate inside and no powdered sugar on the outside! 1st off I'm happy to say we have a Dunkin in this part of town. The coffee is great and the food is good. I do have to point out that the service is exceptionally slow and the restaurant is not set up well. The cream/sugar bar is set up in the middle of the line so you have to fight your way through to get to what you need. I know this is a new location, but service is always very slow. Even when there is no one in line you can expect to wait several minutes for your food and drink. For a newer location that is supposed to compete with Starbucks I would expect a little more read more

I've been here two times since they opened . The donuts are on a back wall behind counter which is hard to see . I ordered a jelly donut which I thought was glazed and it was not. It was shaped like a heart and it was not Valentine's Day but it didn't taste fresh at 2 pm so maybe they made it 3 days ago. My friend got a very firm chewy bagel which again was not fresh. The crew doesn't seem to know how to make certain coffee drinks or how to ring on the register . Won't be back till they get all their employees trained and they sell fresh food. So many of their reviews complain about dry donuts which means OLD donuts. Not good if you want your business to thrive and grow. read more

Today was my fourth visit to a Dunkin' Donuts. The first was a few years ago at the Canyon Country store. Service was so slow I never went back though the donuts were good and fresh. ? Today I went to the Bouquet Canyon store for the third time. The first two times the service was slow but moving I figured it was new and they would improve. This morning I was 8th in line, would have been 10th but the 2 people in front of me left. The young man taking the orders was very friendly and eager to please but had to stop many times to get answers to questions. 30 minutes later, after getting my dozen of assorted donuts that were not very fresh, I left along with several people that were waiting in the long line behind me.
