Fast friendly service. Clean and convenient location. The egg whites hit the spot for a quick healthy-ish breakfast. Inflation is real...egg bites and medium iced coffee came to nearly $12.

We were on vacation, and this was the only place that was open for an early breakfast. They had Valentine's Day decorations and the staff, especially the young man at the front, was very pleasant. Will come again if in the area.

    Sad

Went today to go get a free coffee with purchase for national coffee day and unfortunately had one of the rudest encounters with an employee. Being very aggressive when I ordered and gave me attitude when I was just trying to order. Then when my drinks were done she put them by the window and threw the straws on the counter. Maybe she's miserable because she looks like it. Very disappointing and uncalled for.

Donuts - 4 stars Food - 2 stars Service - 3 stars The donuts are consistently good. Since Dunkin is rebranded by dropping the "Donuts" they might wanna step up and improve their drink and food. The hash brown bites are no longer spicy like I prefer. They were warm but could've been crunchier. Will no longer bother with the food. The All Day Breakfast Wrap (for meat I chose turkey sausage) had enough sausage but is subpar fast food. Only the warm melted yes processed cheese was enjoyable. At least the prices were decent for breakfast choices. At $1.69 a donut, still a great value and taste. They are fresh and light. Some flavors like the yummy Cookie Dough Crumble are $.30. It helps to label all extra priced ones like the Long Johns. -Boston Creme - they make the best one. Good amount of custard and the Chocolate frosting is perfectly sweet. -No Cruellers made today early on a Saturday what the heck? That's one of my faves. Their Munchkins are a guilt-free small bite! If it's busy they recommend ordering at one of two kiosks for quicker service. Service is ok. Please offer a receipt. Plenty of indoor and out seating. Appreciate their own parking lot, too and Curbside Pick Up.

So burnt, barely any bacon, don't even feel safe eating it

NEVER GO HERE!!!! I hate doing this, but we've had enough with this place. Soooo much money wasted on food that's burnt and poorly made, drinks that aren't even what we ordered. And the staff are HORRIBLE and MISERABLE people. We don't even feel safe eating this!! This was THE LAST STRAW. And the manager was as even working. This was $25 worth of waste of time. Why even have the store open if the employees are so miserable

Lamest apple fritter ever. One star . What the heck is this ⁉ Straight garbage very disappointed . Will not return. Go to Randys or Sidecar. Trash flavor threw it out waste of time and money

Not my favorite brand of donuts but ok if you have sugar cravings. Their coffee is ok as well.

A greasy mess of a beautiful looking donut. Used to be my favorite

Now that the excitement of the first SoCal DD has subsided, this place deserves the 5 stars. Fast friendly service every visit thus far

The donuts aren't tasty. You'll eat almost half the jelly donut before you reach jelly. The TV continually pumps out the fake CNN news.

We started with a 4-pack just to try them and somehow left with two 9-packs. They're that easy to keep eating. The classic glazed and cinnamon sugar were standouts, but honestly everything was good. The matcha and chai were both smooth and not overly sweet. They were perfect with the donuts. The space was bright and calm. Don't underestimate how many you'll want. We miss them already.

I just had a savory meal and almost didn't walk in because I was already full. Thankfully, I still had some time to wait so I thought, you know what, treat yourself to something sweet. I kid you not, so glad I did. I love the fact that it's a simple menu, the donuts are made to order and what topped it off, it's Hawaiian, seriously was sold! I opted for their limited season "Black Sabbath" and it was sinfully delicious. It was warm and full of flavor, just so good. Yes, the donut is on the smaller side, but you're getting quality. I also had their Hawaii vanilla latte, good as well! The gentleman that helped me at the register was very cheery and full of energy. He was helpful with recommendations and was hospitable. This location is a bit far for me, but definitely will want to check the Long Beach location out soon. Go get you some of these donuts!

The slightly smaller giant donut out front never stops being charming, and having its own parking lot is a huge bonus on busy Wilshire Blvd. The customer service here is consistently excellent. Everyone is friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful, which is exactly what you need when you're staring at a case full of donuts and trying to narrow down your choices. My longtime favorite is the bacon maple Long John -- sweet, salty, soft, and just ridiculously good every single time. The iced coffee was strong and smooth, a perfect match for something sweet. It's an easy place to love: iconic look, great service, and donuts that never disappoint. I'll keep coming back.

I was actually searching…read morefor a breakfast burrito, but everything nearby seemed closed, so I figured I'd settle for a donut and coffee. As I was about to pay for a glazed buttermilk donut and coffee, I asked if they had anything savory. The employee mentioned they had several breakfast items, so I ordered the bacon and egg burrito, which sounded like exactly what I was craving. Unfortunately, the experience went downhill from there. The burrito came out piping hot, but it was obvious it had been reheated rather than freshly made. It tasted like it had been microwaved, which isn't something I personally enjoy. I prefer food made fresh whenever possible. The donut was also disappointing. It didn't taste fresh and seemed stale, as if it had been sitting around for at least a day. I was happy to discover they offered savory breakfast options, but the quality didn't meet my expectations. Between the reheated burrito and stale donut, this wasn't a breakfast experience I'd repeat. Sadly, I don't see myself returning.
