Arguably the best donuts in SaMo. The trifecta of good service, product, and ambiance is in full effect here. I usually come in late, and the smell of fresh donuts wakes your taste buds up. I've tried a wide variety, from classic donuts to bacon donuts and in between. They are the perfect sweet treat, and they're all yummy. Parking is okay, and you're in close proximity of the beach. Definitely a spot to try!

We stopped in today as we are currently on a "Donut Tour" lol. The line was out the door so we had to choose quickly. We had the Famous Glazed donut which was good, light, and a little bit greasy. It was tasty and sugary just like a donut should be. We also had the regular glazed donut that was light and sweet. The store isn't very big so expect a line.

A co-worker was kind enough to bring some donuts to chase away the Monday blues. This 24-hour family-owned shop has been frying up donuts for over 40 years. Batches are made fresh throughout the day and you'll find a selection of over 100 different varieties, including Vegan & Gluten free, in addition to ONuts (like a cronut) & WowNuts (Waffle + donut hybrid). I would have loved to have tried one of those. However, the box contained a dozen of their famous glazed. The donut was large & fluffy and the gaze was light and not too sweet. It was a nice treat to get through the day. I'm intrigued to pay their store a visit and try some of the creative flavor combinations and a WowNut.

This place has been here for decades, even better, now The owners are usually there, all hours. The employee told me the owners cover the late nite hours. Everything is now made to order & huge. I ordered avocado buritto & my friend got a ham egg & avocado croissant sandwich, highly recommend, away from the tourists don't be intimidated by the homeless out front.....

This place is fantastic!!! Definitely a wonderful go-to local donut shop with the best flavors of donuts, the friendliest staff, and the cutest and coziest vibe!!

24 hour donut shop, I'm in! I loved how many flavors they had and they were unique. It's a small shop but stuffed with donuts. It was tough just to pick six. Donuts I tried: Ube Purple Yam Donut Crumb Butterfly Taro Matcha Oreo #onut Lychee Carnival Fruity Pebbles Glazed French cruller They are good but pretty sweet. It's hard to tell when each donut is fresh. I probably would limit to just a few at a time if I were a local.

Ordered: DK'S Famous Glazed O-Nut (~$5) Aya's take: After watching The Donut King documentary, I knew I had to swing by the next time I was in SoCal. The rags to riches story of owner Ted Ngoy was intriguing enough but DK's Donut also offers their Famous Glazed O-Nut which is Los Angeles' first twist on the popular croissant and donut hybrid. They're open 24/7 and despite getting there a little before 8pm, the donut was surprisingly soft & fresh! I love the croissant/donut hybrid which makes it more pillowy and airy. As far as the glaze, it's a nostalgic, comforting, and delicately sweet layer that won't make you feel overindulgent. They have an insane selection to choose from. Worth a try if you're in the area!

I heard a patron say she drives all the way here JUST for their donuts!! Service is awesome! Staff is welcoming and friendly. Private parking lot and also easy walk up. Place has pictures of food items and bakery display looks mouth watering delicious! This is the spot for main foods and sweet treats. I had a burger and a donut and they were so so fresh and tasty! One can eat in the place or take to go. I really plan to go again next time I am in town. And I will say just like the previous patron stated. Food is yummingly great!

Service is fast and donut options are endless! Donuts are fresh and delicious and they have their own lot for parking. They also have great hours of service!

We were celebrating a birthday, and wanted to make it extra special. While a lot of donut shops make good donuts, especially in various pockets of LA, none make them look quite as creative as DK's Donuts does. They have the Cookie Monster donut, and other interesting flavors such as strawberry shortcake, mango, pistachio, blueberry, and so many other creative specialty donuts, I had to drive all the way here at 7:15am on a Saturday morning. They also have regular donuts. I bought a half-a-dozen of specialty and half-a-dozen of regular options (which I could get at any donut shops). The staff here is polite, not pushy, and efficient. This place doesn't have any seating, but then again, does any donut shop? I can see myself coming here again.

This donut shop is open 24 hours and has a wide selection to choose from. They have donuts, breakfast, and lunch as well. Their specialty donuts are really cute!! The service is efficient . I like getting the #13 which is a croissant sandwich that comes with eggs, bacon and cheese. I pay an additional charge to get avocado and sausage added to that, and it is so delicious. It's very filling so I usually just eat half. I tried the strawberry banana smoothie, and it was decent. Since this place is open 24hrs, I'm not sure when they make the donuts and how fresh they are.

Stopped by after visiting Malibu. Very good donuts and they use good ingredients too. I use to work at a donut shop for summer and winter breaks for years. Came around 4:30 pm and donut still tasted fresh. Plenty of variety of specialty donuts and some vegan options. Their DK original was my fav.

Famous Glaze Donut and Red Velvet Oreo
    Nikita K.

Solid donuts at a good price.I tried the Famous Glazed Donut and the Oreo Red Velvet -- both were puffy, fresh, and tasty, though quite sweet. I also ordered an iced latte, but unfortunately, about three-quarters of the cup was ice. Service was good, and the ambiance was decent, though it could have been a bit cleaner.

Does the physical store accept credit cards- American Express? I know online ordering does through Uber eats etc..

No, just like Big Jo's down the street, it's cash only, in the store.

Do they always have their Texas sized donuts available or are they preorder only?

Sure they don't we just call them

Hi! I was just at your establishment 5/23/21 around 11:12PM. I purchased 8 items: an original glazed, raspberry filled, carnival, white chocolate pistachio, lavender, thin and minty, apple fritter, and taro. I was charged $21.25. Is that correct?

This is correct. Our specialty donuts are around $2.95 each. Thank you!

What’s the current name of the donut filled with whipped cream and glazed with chocolate? It used to be Canadian Creme when I first got it years ago, but on UberEats the photo is for Creme de la Creme.

HI CK, Thank you for bringing this up to my attention!…

Does anyone know if they are still open during COVID-19 stay at home order?

Yes, they are still open. Donuts are essential.

How much is the huge donut cake, also just 1 huge donut?

I bought one a couple of years ago and it was $25. I'm not sure if they increased the price.

Are they able to accommodate a nut allergy?

    How's the vegan donut?

They only have one and it's a regular glazed donut. It is very tasty but oily and a little crumbly. I'm never able to eat a whole one by myself bc it's too oily. But it's still yummy! Haha. My preference is Trejo's donuts for vegan donuts or even…

I did ask the gal working if they were made that day and she said yes. We ordered a raspberry, an orange, a coffee bean and the popular mango. This was my 2nd time trying these and our hopes were high BUT the raspberry was just awful the filling was strange and it had just raspberry jam inside,I dint eat it. The mango was okay so we shared that. The coffee bean was just awful as well so we didn't finish that either. The orange was the best of the group but overall just a disappointing experience once again because these are not cheap. I'm starting to think I might just have to give up my journey to find these although there are some places in Vegas that look promising. I don't think Reno has any bakeries that make these. They look so beautiful but the taste is a let down.

Sinners & Saints Desserts offers a splurge for a luscious dessert, yet scrumptious for those that need gluten-free treats. Be mindful that their kitchen is not a dedicated gluten-free one, but precautions are taken to minimize cross contamination. I used to work in the area & came across this bakery, but never got around to trying them out. Since my daughter's birthday was coming up, I thought about trying them out since their desserts were beautifully displayed... they should taste good, right? I ordered the current favorite flavor: red velvet, & asked if they could decorate it with pink flowers & birthday message in red. The cake looks plain with just 3 pink roses, but the birthday cursive was pretty good; however, for the price, it wasn't worth eating a super dry cake. Our family of 4 barely ate 1/3, & tried giving it away to our neighbors, who were also unimpressed. The Smack Pie was supposedly a decadent chocolate lover's sinful treat. It was meh... the ganache wasn't silky-smooth but did taste fudgy, the caramel was hard, & the peanuts were stale. We did enjoy the Banana Cream & Lemon Blueberry Tarts to offset the very dry birthday cake. Luckily, I bought these to compensate for the cake so the birthday girl was happy in the end. Sinners & Saints Desserts sounds like a deliciously tempting bakery but some of their goods miss the mark. I don't think I'll be purposely sinning here much.
