As someone who has gone to Dunkin' Donuts 5x a week for the last five years ( in two other states), this is unfortunately the WORST. I have been several times, always asked for the same order. It's beyond me how one can mess up an order of a "toasted bagel" and coffee. The first time I ordered an everything bagel toasted with plain cream cheese. It was a warmed (microwaved) PLAIN bagel. I'm not sure why they are warming up their bagels in the warmer when they have a toaster for their bagels. Anyways, the next time I went through the drive thru again, and this time went for a PLAIN bagel, and I made sure to tell them about how I didn't want it warmed up in the warmer that I wanted it TOASTED toasted. The order actually came out correct. Went back the next day, same order, and this time I receive a cold bagel with a giant scoop of cold cream cheese. My coffee order which had been well made until today, had so many pumps of creamer I couldn't even drink it. Super disappointed and won't be going back read more

The drink and doughnut I had...perfectly fine! The service? Not so much. The cashier rung up our order incorrectly unbeknownst to us. When we realized everything wasn't in our bags, we asked why? Instead of trying to understand the issue and correct it, the STAFF (not just one) came over to tell us to basically get over it. First time here... last time here. This location has a super fast drive-thru. The staff makes sure your order is right even in the drive-thru. It is easy to get to from 204.

This place is going downhill by each passing day. I don't think I've had a correct order in months. If management could keep employees it might help, but waiting 20 minutes for a breakfast sandwich and coffee is ridiculous, especially when it's 6am and not busy. This location is awful! So glad there is one opening on Derenne. Every single time we've been here they are out of almost everything we try to order. One day the latte machine is broken, the next time they don't have jelly or chocolate glazed doughnuts. The last time we went they didn't have any donuts we wanted AND the latte machine is broken. Most of our trips there are morning to late afternoon, we are not going right before they close. It's really disappointing. I've lived in many cities and been to plenty of Dunkins and I have never run into these issues. Being out of something once in awhile is one thing, but this dunkin is consistently out of basic essentials and many times when they do have what you want it's stale. This dunkin is run terribly. Never seen this before at any other dunkin. You'd think the only dunkin for miles would try to provide excellent service, but I guess being the only one they feel like they can get away with mediocrity because there's no other option. Well lucky for us one is opening much closer to home, and soon people will start going to that one and maybe this one will get their act together. read more

Considering it's the ONLY dunkin donuts near Savannah I give this location 5 stars for the morning crew who always make my coffees the way I ask. Night crew needs to step up their game and make sure fresh coffee is brewed, and coffee is the way customers ask. Other than that, friendly staff and I always use the walk in :) read more

I go to this location 3-4 times a week religiously . For the past year you are very lucky to get ur order correctly handed to u . I always get beverages w no straws , oatmeal with no spoon and have to ask several times for napkins . The doughnuts are usually upside down so icing goes all in the bag . Hell they completely forgot the entire third order for my mother so we had to turn around or just not let her eat honestly 1 in every 3 days is good . I guess that one day the descent employee is working but for the thousands I spend there I'm better off hunting threw my cabinets . Not sure why there is an ice coffee menu anymore - every drink taste like watered down coffee water - dark roast my ass . Shameful - of management really cared this could be fixed - but what do I know , I only spend thousands there . wtf read more

Delicious coffee that can be different every time you come. Biggest problem I have had at this location is that every time I have asked for soy I have been given real milk. Additionally, the customer service can be great or it can be horrible. read more

I used to come here daily, over the past year the service has really diminished. There seems to be too much employee turnover. I now only go once or twice a week, and that seems to be too much to handle. Please learn how to make coffee, and a better breakfast sandwich. read more

Just went through the drive thru this morning to order a egg and cheese wrap. Wouldn't you know they are out of tortilla wraps. I was offered to have it on flat bread instead and I said okay not knowing there would be a $1.50 upcharge for a piece of bread. When I asked the cashier about it she was rude and walked away. Another cashier had to come complete my transaction. I usually stop there at lease 3 times a week but I am done with them. On top of this I wanted to order donuts for my child's class for Valentines and kept calling the number they have listed and it is disconnected. I had to drive 6 miles to place the order and then go back to pick it up. I don't usually take to social media but this is ridiculous customer service I will never stop there again. read more

Definitely THE best DD that i've had south of Boston. My coffee "bar" is set pretty high being from Maine, but even my husband agrees that this Dunkin tastes like home! The staff is super nice and we've had very few orders that haven't been spot on. That's a pretty good track record since we have been there almost EVERY morning since we PCS'd here in June. This is probably the worst Dunkin' Donuts I have ever visited. To start with, lines took way too long and once we reached the register the cashier walked to the back room for 5 minutes. After we placed our order, they messed up 4 items in which we had to go back twice!! Unbelievable on the staff side of DD and I've visited better. read more

Typical Dunkin Donuts fare. It's a self-standing building (ie. not a strip mall, not inside a gas station shop) so you have to deliberately go there. The seating area is large with some couches as well as tables (indoors and out). It's got a drive thru that's generally fast. Highly recommend. read more

Love my local Dunkin Donuts! I am a member of the Perk award app and they have great coffee and a donut selection. The coffee is better, in my opinion, than Starbucks and definitely a lot cheaper. read more

I've tried this place a few times, each time giving them the benefit of doubt but nope they don't know how to make drinks. The worst Dunkin Donute in the South, especially in Savannah, GA. Why? Where do i start, how about cold food, not cooked. I mean this is not rocket science, you have a microwave, put the food in and press a button. Then we have drinking energy drinks and talking about how they party the night before, then cop an altitude when you bring back the cold food. Almost like why are you interrupting us when we are talking about our party time. Went in late in the afternoon and there were very few donuts left. The young man offered to cook a dozen of the old fashioned cake donuts for us while we waited. My kids love Dunkin Doughnuts but we went there on a early Saturday afternoon and it was a big disappointment. The doughnuts were dry as if not fresh. We also ordered the September special apple caramel doughnut, which looked nothing like the poster on their walls. There was no apple filling in it and no caramel drizzle.
