The person behind the counter was very friendly and served us with a warm smile. The donut selection was good despite our afternoon visit. Our coffee treats were tasty. That's is what I'd hoped to find. My only quibble is the restaurant cleanliness. The floor was filthy. I spotted bits of food on the entire dining area. There looked like a rip in the wallpaper too. This shows a lack of focus on details. It's important to present a total picture to customers. Having a dirty dining area is not a good sign. read more

This location today has a total of 6 employees that were working and out of those 6 only 1 was working the counter and that employee was also stocking for all other employees which were only working the drive thru. Instead of working together so all the customers received the same level of service the inside customer suffers so the outside customer can receive better services than the customer that comes inside. This is the second time I ordered a dozen donuts and only got 11. At this point, it feels like it's being done on purpose. They did offer to give me 1 donut to complete the dozen that I paid for. The other issue is, when I called and asked for a manager. The lady ID'd herself as the manager and when I told her what happened I was placed on hold then said she spoke to the manager. I stopped in here this afternoon for a quick cuppa. Since it's at the end of a shopping center, it's an odd place for a drive-thru, but once you realize that you just go through the light and enter at the very last drive way, you're good to go. When I approached the speaker, a cheery voice asked me if I wanted to participate in the Happy Hour, sure, why not, even though I wasn't sure what the deal was. She explained and I accepted, for $1.09 for a med. Iced coffee, it was awesome. I also got myself a chocolate glazed donut. There was no issue with service, it was quick and polite. The Ckn NoChz Flat was delicious and promptly made by_________, the cashier ( Mackenna S ). I'm sorry that I didn't take notice of the names of both women working both the drive thru and the Eat In part of the restaurant. Since I normally don't eat out at Dunkin' Donuts I asked the woman who did the preparing of my delicious sandwich, which one would she recommend. I'm glad I got the munchies after having a late lunch with Michele at Café Alfresco, whose food doesn't disappoint me ever. However the parking situation in Dunedin is appalling. How they got a subsidy from the spill in the Gulf of Mexico baffles me. The parking situation which developed from the greed of Dunedin' s board simplified a parking town into one that constantly fines you $3.00 every time you take the time to visit what used to be a wonderful town. All this greediness to steal from loyal locals for the use of a parking spot for a few hours has discouraged me from buying season tickets at the Blue Jays' training site, and also the Threshers. I feel sorry to the crew of Café Alfresco whose clientele has disappeared. Definitely I will boycott Dunedin, if I can't walk/cycle to this town. I'm not patronizing any business that doesn't offer free parking for at least 3 hours. How the citizens of this town were bamboozled by a corrupt board of directors is a warning to Tarpon Springs' board whose code enforcement is now run by the TSP Police Department. I find this to be a breach of the Code of Ethics. Imagine them utilizing the town's right of eminent domain to build a park next to the Spring Bayou, just to put out of business a fellow Greek. They need to fix their hot coffee machine, I've gotten half for what I've paid for 3 times and finally when I've complained they said it's just the machine preset setting and the foam deflating but did nothing to really fix that issue considering it will affect others drink too. This DD customer service is awful. They need to replace the weekend manager. I've gotten the wrong order for what I've paid for to include food that is cold and unedible, products that were incorrectly made and finally when I've complained the MANAGER said "Smh Whats the Big Deal" and rolled her eyes. I have complained to Corporate, they just brushed it under the rug. Well, I was spending about a $100 dollars a month at this location and because of the incompetence of the team (especially the Manager), I have moved to another location, I highly suggest the one on US 19! If I could give 0 stars I would. I've seen other reviews stating what a horrible location this is. I came mostly b/c its on my way to work. They have repeatedly messed up my order time and time again. I have always called when I have noticed the mess (no egg on an egg/cheese/sausage wrap, no sausage on same wrap, no cheese on same wrap, all ingredients on the outside of the wrap, stale donuts, etc). Each time when I have called (I haven't called everytime as its almost always), they said they would give me another once made correctly. This happened again this past Monday 1/4/20 and they told me they would replace it on Wednesday. Today I went in to order my usual (hot chocolate, munchkins, egg/cheese/sausage wrap). When I placed the order I explained the sandwich was supposed to be no charge. The girl (apparently the "shift lead" named Kelsey) immediately got an attitude and walked away from the cash register, without communicating what she walked away for. She then came back and said they were not going to be doing this any more. I explained that it was THEIR mistakes, so confused as to why I was being punished. Kelsey walked away and about 3 minutes later someone came over and basically tossed the bag at me. No comment, nothing. I then asked the gentleman who had come over if I could order the rest of what I wanted. I ordered the munchkins and hot chocolate (I usually ask for the medium or large but to put in a larger cup with more whip cream) which is what I did again today. When Kelsey filled it in a smaller cup, the gentleman said "she wanted it in a larger cup". Kelsey's response was "well doesn't that just suck". I walked to the other end to pick up the drink and I asked Kelsey at that point who the manager was. She pointed to another girl about 2 feet away. That girl (apparently the manager named Dawn Rae) completely ignored me. I stood for about 2 minutes and then asked if I could speak to the manager. Dawn Rae came over and said "what do you want". I explained the situation and how rude Kelsey was, at which point Kelsey came back over and raised her voice saying "I wasn't rude!", Dawn Rae told her to walk away. I proceeded to explain how many times my order is messed up and that I take pictures and call every time. Dawn Rae said "well then why do you continue to come here if we keep messing up your order?" in a very condescending manner. I told her I come there b/c its on my way to work, I also asked why they keep messing up the orders, which she had no response. I asked for the owner's name and she said she was not giving me that information. I told her I would be contacting corporate and she said "go ahead", so I walked out. I have NEVER been treated the way I was today at ANY establishment I've ever been to. The "shift lead" was beyond rude, the order was incorrect and I'm pretty sure after being called out on her rudeness, the "shift lead" purposely messed up my drink order on top of it. The hot chocolate tasted like brown water. The "manager" was also beyond rude and did nothing to ensure customer service. I work at a local (very popular) hospital and have shared this experience with everyone I work with as well as clients. The behavior exhibited today by these two girls was beyond unprofessional. I reached out to corporate and will hopefully be hearing from someone today. read more

Nothing but greatness is what i receive from this store. It's right down the street from my house. Always order a large Iced coffee to go and it's always made to perfection. Although I ordered a medium frozen coffee today for my sister and it wasn't great. I tried it and it didn't taste like coffee at all. I simply called back to let the store know, spoke to Molly. She apologized and assured me to come back next time and I would get 2 free orders next time I visited. I don't know what happened 5+ months ago, but customer service is never a problem any time I go. Friendly staff, great smiles all around, my favorite DD in the county! read more

I go to this location every morning. And when they all know how I take my iced coffee. This morning when I went. The lady running the register ignored that I ask her to water it down. She made it so strong I couldn't even drink it. Then the manager remade my iced coffee and then it was to sweet. So when I got to work I had to put more water in my coffee. The guy at the window took my payment walked away for a good five minutes until a guy making coffee that I just witnessed him wipe another customers coffee with his apron ask what I'm waiting for. I told him my order and watched him make my coffee as another employee is glaring at me. The guy who took my order came back asking me what I'm waiting on... MY WHOLE ORDER. Christian at this Dunkin Donuts is so very sweet and really cares about his customers. I have been served by him before but today he was extremely kind. I was really embarrassed when my card got declined. I'm not a person to go through a drive through knowing I don't have any money. So I was extremely embarrassed, I was willing to give my order back. I had $6 in cash and I told him I could pay and take the stuff that totaled to $6. He made my bill $6 and I got to keep my entire order. He told me it was fine and made feel less embarrassed about the situation. I couldn't thank him enough not for just what he did but for making my morning and rest of my day.
