Title: Charged Extra for No Ice? Double-Charged for One Drink? Unacceptable. I visited this Dunkin' before April 1st, 2025--and no, sadly, this isn't some twisted April Fools' prank. I was charged extra for requesting no ice in my drink, and then charged twice for the same drink. When I politely asked the staff, they explained that the general manager, Kim, has a policy of charging employees for water and ice. Let me repeat that--employees must pay to stay hydrated while working. That's not just petty--it's inhumane. The staff were incredibly kind and professional, which makes it even more disturbing to hear they're being treated like this. These kinds of policies don't just show poor leadership--they border on discriminatory, especially for individuals with health conditions or disabilities. This Dunkin' in Tarpon Springs, a corporate location, is being reported to the Department of Labor and other regulatory agencies for unfair labor practices and possible ADA violations. To the owner of this franchise: You will be receiving a certified letter in the mail and should prepare for a proper investigation. Store is clean. Arrows on the floor direct customers around the store. Social distancing is encouraged. Masks are worn by the staff, who are quick, friendly and efficient. This is my 3rd visit this year, and each time was good. I used drive through first two times. This time, I walked in. Masks are for sale at the counter, by the way, if you need one. Incredibly rude and nasty staff. Staff looks young, under 20, so their behavior seemed normal. But the manager, wide short lady, seemed to be flirting with her young staff and making fun of customers in their drive thru while I was in the store. I used their restroom and while I was walking to their restroom, I could hear the manager giggling and making side comments about me, probably trying to impress her young coworkers who probably just want a raise. Very very weird woman... but all in all. Staff acts as if they're all still in highschool. Maybe they were losers in highschool so they're making up for it now, working at Dunkin' Donuts acting like mean girls at 20-45 years old. Manager way too old to be acting like that... embarrassing. Came here with my 2 kids, my toddler was screaming for a pink donut my teenager didn't know what he wanted, I had no idea how to order a coffee (I don't usually get coffee outside my home) Selena was so sweet & patient. Went inside late Saturday a.m. April 3rd (no line inside - drive thru typical number of cars waiting). Let's just say the employees hate their jobs, hate each other more, and hate the customers even more than they hate each other. While waiting for my food, the crew didn't hold back on their feelings in the least. They were f-bombing on the phone to an apparent employee calling in late, they called a girl that picked up her food via on-line ordering "tall skinny bitch" - and then announced they were out of f-ing wraps. There was a family eating the dining area, which got up and left. When my small food order was finally slapped on the counter - I didn't feel comfortable eating it. Accurate and friendly service is a must, and DD falls short in this category at most locations, but not here. The staff here always has a smile in their voice and on their face. Also, with the handful of times I've visited this spot, I've always received an accurate and fresh order. 11 PM at night and the Boston creams are never stale. I had a terrible experience at my local Dunkin Donuts. And the sad part is that today was NOT the first time! To start, today, I was ordering my order and the cashier was not very friendly. I asked for a vanilla iced coffee. Of course they were out of vanilla, they always are. The cashier kept interrupting me, almost trying to "guess" what I wanted to order. Would not just listen to what I wanted! Next, when she told me my items were going to be at the other counter, I waited for about 10 minutes. The crew members realized I had been waiting still and asked, "what are you waiting for". When I told them my sandwich and hashbrowns, they started talking amongst themselves and told me they had given my food to the wrong person in the drive through. Then proceeded to LAUGH and JOKE about it! NOT FUNNY! Then the lady asked me what I was waiting for I told her a ham,egg, and cheese croissant and hashbrowns, she said "bacon egg and cheese?" I said no, ham egg and cheese. Then they kept laughing and talking amongst each other. Finally I received my food. When I got to work, guess what I had. BACON, egg, and cheese! And to top it off, my hashbrowns were hard as could be. Over cooked. I had a terrible experience and I will not be returning to my local Dunkin. This isn't the first problem I have had here... it was just the icing on the cake. I am so over the RUDE employees! They don't care about the customers! Plus they are always out of large straws in the holders and there is always a mess on the floors. I have had my drink thrown on the counter toward my direction, and landed on it's side at this same location because the employee had an attitude. It did not spill (thank GOD). I am a huge Dunkin' fan but this one always messes up my food every time I go. I kept going because of the employee star makes my coffee perfect. The food is NEVER right. I called today to tell them they charged cream cheese and didn't put it on the bagel her response was "you can pull around and we will give you a side of cream cheese" I'm no longer in that area and didn't notice until I got to church that there was no cream cheese.
