I don't grab coffee out much because I don't go out in the morning much and the price hurts my frugal soul, so admittedly I can't make strong comparisons to this experience. That said, I feel really good about my trip to the drive thru at the Twin Oaks Dunkkn Donuts. I ordered a large iced latte with sugar free vanilla syrup and 2 Splendas as well as a French cruller and the snack bacon. Everything was ready as soon as I got to the window, even with no other customers ahead of me, so quick. The latte was absolutely perfect and the cruller, my favorite, hit the spot. The only disappointment was the bacon. The flavor wasn't very strong and overall it kind of tasted old. I'd definitely return for the iced latte if I feel like treating myself at that nearly $7 price point. The location is super convenient - just off 141 on Big Bend and the staff seemed friendly. Can't speak to the ambience inside, but the drive through area looked well maintained and clean. read more

Bad customer service. If a customer brings in complain the employees are rude and reluctant in fixing the issue. This has changed in the last few months only. Before that they had a really good service. Coffee is consistently not made according to what was asked. It tastes bad, but we do not bother going back to them to get it fixed because of the reaction of employees. read more

I don't go too many Dunkins in the area, but this is probably my favorite one. It is close to my house. The services usually pretty fast and if something is wrong, they will definitely make it. Sometimes my coffee, depending on the time a day is not as hot as I would like it, but I also do get the dark roast. read more

Maybe it was an off day... Bad service. Just wanted 12 donuts, the person started filling the box and was super put out when I asked to pick specific donuts. I was given the eye roll. Was then told that they do not let you pick the donut. Who new 2 butter crunch, 6 chocolate glazed, 2 glazed, 2 with sprinkles would have been so taxing. Not like I asked for 12 different donuts When I arrived home found out most of the donuts were dry and stale. Bad service, poor product = unlikely to return. read more

I had really high hopes for this since I love the product! This store had just been open a few weeks by now. Had to check it out so I grabbed another DD lover and we headed out for coffee. MY FIRST IMPRESSION WAS THE BACKGOUND MUSIC WAS TOO LOUD. With masks on you could barely hear each other and it was worse across the counter. There was one person working the inside counter, 1 person working the coffee bar and 3 people chatting by the drive-thru window. The place was more or less full so it could be that bad... ...and it wasn't one the music got turned down to a reasonable level. We ordered coffee and a few donuts and sat down to chat. The poor single workers at the counter and coffee bar were hustling while the others, well, all but 1 disappeared to the back. The place was relatively clean but I think if the employees have time to chat they can keep the dining area clean a bit better. It was some time before someone came and cleaned up the self serve sweetner area and the dining area but at least it was done. We do plan on heading back. The coffee and donuts were good. I have never had Dunkin' Donuts before, so I stopped after a 12 hour shift. The 2 donuts ordered we're fine but the sausage, egg and cheese. Sandwich was served on a burnt croissant. I really hope to update this and say it was growing pains but this location does not have it together. I ordered 4 doughnuts and 2 hot coffees. Both of the coffees came in hot cups but were freezing cold. When asked, the employee told us they were hot (that's why they were in the hot cup). I had to go home and reheat the coffee in the microwave to make it even room temperature. The doughnuts were okay though. And definitely avoid the drive through. We went inside and did all of this and the cars in the drive through didn't move at all, maybe one car? read more

Terrible every time but this is it for us. We've never had good service here. The selection is usually limited and the staff is rude. This time to avoid having to deal with the staff we door dashed. The donuts were packaged horribly as you can see. Most likely a franchise with an absentee owner that only cares about the bottom line on the spreadsheet. Hopefully corporate steps in. read more

No stars. The line was long. They dropped my credit card between my car and the window. I ordered 5 glazed donut nuts 5 chocolate long John's and 2 jelly. I got to the office and then had 2 jelly and the rest chocolate!!!!!!!! When I called their reply was "my bad". If you can come back I'll give them to you???? They will give them to me? I asked to have them delivered as their posting says they deliver. She said no, they door dash. I then asked them to be door dashed and she said I would have them call them. Then I asked for her to call them so they would not have to pay and she said she could not. read more

It gets really busy at times but we appreciate the workers and their attentiveness. If your order is ever wrong they are happy to fix it per your request. I think people need to learn to be a bit more patient especially during peak times. I really love this location thanks for being in the community. read more

i constantly find myself being let down by all of the dunkin' donuts in this area. mostly poor service, but today was wayyyy worse. as nice as the workers were, there was hair in the food and it was like $3 and change. it isn't that much money but fairly aggravating since it was the only food i bought. this is the second hair i've found in my food, just not this location. :( read more

I wish I could give zero stars...I told myself to not go here again but I was craving an iced Caramel Craze latte. But of course it was going to be another terrible experience. This Dunkin' is right by my house so I really wish I could love it bc it's so convenient but I will never be back. The drive thru was around the building but I waited, the person taking my order was as usual short and rude. After giving my order the line took about 20 minutes to move, which I already expected. The girl at the window was expectedly rude and shoved my coffee and donut at me and off I went. I knew I would receive terrible service but they usually can manage to make a latte, but not anymore...I put my straw in for a sip that I've been waiting for and the coffee is not even flavored, it's literally just ice and coffee, no sugar no caramel no flavor...like it's been sitting by the drive thru window for me while we sat for 20 minutes. And the 1 glazed donut I got was smashed to oblivion at the bottom of the bag and went straight in the trash just like the coffee. Please save your time and money, trust the reviews, don't ruin your morning with these rude people, don't go to this Dunkin' Donuts, they soil the good Dunkin' name. read more

Our last visit the staff member making the hot items would toss them in the bags then slam them on the counter. They also were loudly discussing how much they couldn't stand certain customers they had had in the morning. Icing on the cake, the person filling the donut orders snapping at kids who didn't move quick enough. Not a fan of this location. read more

I went to the new location on Big Bend in Twin Oaks and I was not impressed. I ordered avocado toast and a vanilla iced coffee and both items were a huge waste of money. The avocado toast was $3 for one small piece of toast, with a tiny bit of avocado smeared on it and it was so burnt and hard that I couldn't eat it. They also forgot the vanilla in my iced coffee so it was just bitter, plain coffee over ice for $5. The employees were not friendly and I spent just as much money, as I would have if I had gone to Starbucks. I wanted to like Dunkin and I was excited that the new location was built so close to my house, but I will not be back. read more

I was very excited for the Dunkin Donuts to open so close to my house. Went here for the first time today with my elderly father. Ordered two turkey sausage egg and cheese sandwiches, some donuts to go, a coffee for my father and a glass of water. The coffee was handed to me first, and I took it and it was hot so I walked over to a table to hand it to my father and the man at the counter called out very loudly...ma'am...were you going to pay for that...as if I was going to go running out of the store without paying...for a coffee...even though I also had a credit card in my hand when the coffee was handed to me. I said of course, paid, and then walked over to get my food at the pickup area. Sat down to eat and realized I did not have the glass of water I ordered and went up to get it and the man at the counter thought about it and said...umm...that will be about $2 for a glass of water. I said no thank you and we ate and left. Sandwiches were very good and the donuts, which I ate later that day were fantastic but the manners of the employees and service were seriously lacking and need improvement. I will give them another try over the next few months as they have not been open very long and I understand that it takes a bit of time for a new restaurant to run like a well oiled machine. if you want to find the world's best coffee, look no further. whenever i am craving an iced latte, i come to this location. the workers are helpful & i always leave satisfied. along with the donuts & hash browns, dunkin also sells more amazing foods. this place is one of my favorite go-to coffee shops & i highly recommend coming here. read more

this location is the second closest to my house and the least busiest, probably because of the attitude you get when you go, so it's location is the only reason i still go. every once in a while i don't have a completely rude person taking my order, but not often. this morning i pulled up at like 9:45 and the girl taking orders just said 'what do u want' .... i said oh hi i'll take an iced pumpkin spice signature latte she said 'anything else' in the most annoyed tone and didn't give me a total just blew me off, told me to pull around for it. when i got the window the girl there was nice i guess until i told her to have a good day and got a window slammed in my face. i understand you probably get some shitty people in there you deal with, but never once have i given any of your employees a reason to be so rude and unwelcoming. i work in customer service and it's embarassing that you're willing to employ people who make your customers feel like a burden. i was literally at the dmv before going in the drive thru and the ladies there were nicer than your workers. i don't even like starbucks but at least they're nice when i pay for my overpriced coffee so looks like i'll be seeing them a lot more. read more
