Dunkin' Donuts (May 7 & 8, 2023) Your typical Dunkin', but located very conveniently at the Tower City Station. You get to the station, leave it and escalator upstairs, and there it is ready to serve you Ordered Sunday and Monday through the App while sitting in the lobby area, and within 2 minutes, the food was ready. Very, very efficient crew. Note to Dunkin' Corporate, bring some stores to the Seattle area. Starbucks does not cut it for me at all. Happy Eating !!!! read more

Went to this location today for an egg, ham & cheese croissant and hash browns. Very busy morning and had a difficult time understanding the South Asian cashier but when I got my receipt, it said Swiss & ham. No Egg, even though I asked & I didn't want Swiss cheese. When I informed the lady that I did not want Swiss, she stated clearly that they did NOT have/serve Swiss cheese. I also asked if I could get a few packs of ketchup and salt and she pauses, looks at me & informs me that she can ONLY give me one pack & 1 pack of ketchup I did get & no salt pack...no napkins. The worst of it was when I opened the croissant there was no egg & of course Swiss cheese. The croissant does not look like a traditional croissant but instead a small closed little croissant thingy‍. I think I'll dunk in somewhere else for breakfast from now on. read more

I went in to buy some coffee as I'm trying to buy the coffee there was an Indian girl on the floor speaking and their language to the guy the guy asked me what would I like to order I told him I wanted the signature I saw today she starts speaking to him again saying they will not serve anymore for the night and I was there 15 minutes before they closed they were very rude and disrespectful and I will never go there again I feel if you cannot be polite to your customers you shouldn't work in an industry would you deal with people I give this place zero Stars and I hope the manager sees it read more

I walk to this Dunkin regularly during my work week- they are my favorite! The guy who is usually there is SO incredibly kind- they always put a smile on my face on even the toughest days!! Not to mention, they make the most delicious coffee mocha :-) 10/10! read more

If you're ever around Aurora, OH and are looking to get some coffee and a donut, skip Dunkin Donuts. I went inside and there was a young lady who said "Somebody will be right with you". I'm the only one there. After 10 minutes I say "hello" and the guy at the drive thru window says "somebody will be right with you", and I hear the first young lady say, that's what I said and she won't stop staring at me. Ummm, hello. Sorry for asking you to do your job. She gets back on the register and glares at me. I place my order. She does not speak to me through out the whole transaction. I mean. I don't usually go for dunkin but I did today and I regret it. Though the staff is patient and kind and do there best to keep the line down Ive heard several horror stories from this particular location. I ordered a toasted almond latte, with 2 bacon egg and cheese bagels. First my bagels for the bacon egg and cheese were stiff as a board, to top it off theres was *drum roll please* a hair cooked into the cheese. Very nice people. Just don't order a large iced coffee. When the girl stirs it, her long acrylic nails go inside the cup with the stirrer. People don't noticed because the coffee is stirred out of view. Just observe next time. Just get regular coffee. read more

I usually stop here on my way to work. Forget stopping if you are in a rush. There almost always a line. And their service is super slow. Ie I got a bagel and cream cheese, and I watch the girl put all the cream cheese on one side and she took forever trying to make it perfect, which I some what appreciate. But you have a 10+ person line. Lets get real. Just do a quick smear a send it. The manager jay is awesome she always gives me a smile, something her employees should learn to do, always refreshing to see her. DD is there if you need it, and have the time. read more

Was visiting from Boston and had to hunt down a Dunkin Donuts around the Cleveland Area.. Ended up needing some auto repairs done at a Dealership that was close by and found this DD! well it wasn't all that bad and I had to tell the person making my coffee how to make it 3 times... My frozen caramel coffee was decent, but I wish they have sugar free options. Getting the flavored iced teas from this brand from now on, those are usually very unsweetened. :) Good customer service at this location. read more

I love this place! The manager here is wonderful. She catches on to people's names now that the app is up and running. It's so easy to place ur order and pick it up so when you're working you can leave your desk and walk down and it'll be ready for pick up by the time you get down there. The staff makes sure to greet each and every customer. They're all nice. Never any issues when you place an order. Now if you don't have the app and it's the morning rush, be prepared to wait. It's a small location and with Sherwin being attached to tower city it gets packed! There is always tons of donuts to chose from. I don't think I have ever seen an empty shelf in that place. The counters are clean, the small tables are clean, nothing on the ground there. The stand where the straws sugar and stuff are is always full and clean as well. They have more than coffee btw! Their peach tea is GREAT! Use the app!! Make sure to say hi to them if you use the app! Let them know they're doing a great job and say thank you! read more
