    Waiting and waiting...
    Bruce K.

If it's the morning rush, don't order anything in multiple parts using the app. From the parking lot, I ordered a donut and a coffee and a bagel. A few minutes later, I popped inside hoping to pick it up. Not on the "pick up" tray. So I waited. The bagel came out after five minutes. And a bunch of people came and went, some picking up orders and some placing their orders at the register. Coming and going. Still waiting. So another five minutes passes and when there was no wait, I finally go up to the cashier. Still waiting on mine. "Oh, here is the order slip. I'll make sure they get it now." Yeah, so if you just want a coffee, that would probably be okay. If you need more, do it at the register and don't order it on the app. [Review 15232 overall, 734 of 2021, number 1092 in Massachusetts.]

So I heard that Dunkin Donuts Headquarters is in MA, so when in Rome... I am not a big fan of donuts, and historically, I only eat the middle out of the filled ones, but I wanted to have the "Boston Creme" filled donut. Eh,, it was ok, if you like donuts. The creme didn't really taste like "cream". Not sure how they make it, but it doesn't taste "real" At least I can say I had one. The building is located around the corner from my office and if I were going there everyday, it might get on my list as a nice thing to do for other donut lovers in the office. But not for me..

The one on main St gives you old eggs been there three times last month and my eggs were a gray color I think that's nasty!! The one off moody at seven 11 make it fresh that's my favorite one! But I still don't ever get coffee there since 2006 because the coffee is watered down and they put more cream than coffee it's like you're drinking a milkshake no thank you! I love coffee to taste like coffee!

    Bagel With Cream Cheese

Mobile ordered a cold brew and a sausage egg and cheese sandwich this morning. They gave me a bagel with cream cheese instead which I did not discover until almost an hour later when I was too far away from the location to return. No way for me to get a refund on the app. Used to look forward to getting my weekly Dunkin, but this experience was the last straw and would rather bring my business elsewhere that gives a shit instead

Remodeled June 2016 Smaller sizes dunks that was recently remodeled to include a seating area and fancy tv menus. Mixed service but for the most part it's been okay. I typically only get the donuts and blueberry muffins with an iced coffee. Haven't had issues with the coffee flavor or freshness another's have said.

This is the worst Dunkin Donuts I have ever seen. Staffs are rude and always make mistakes on your orders.

Marble tables with mismatched chairs and beat up old leather sofas. Chandeliers that have to harken back to much older tenants in this space. The food is good, I had a ham egg and cheese on croissant and it was wonderful. The croissant was surprisingly fresh. The cappuccino was rounded and smooth and didn't taste at all burnt. Service was ok. Polite but not engaging, my cappuccino was forgotten entirely and I had to ask for it again but it was then made promptly. Regulars that came in behind me had a completely different experience. Service was bright and engaging for them. Again, there was nothing BAD about my service, it was just milquetoast and the baristas seemed disinterested. This is definitely a place where people come and linger and there were folks sprawled about the sofas and typing away at the tables. If I lived in Waltham, I's probably make it a staple in my routine. But I did not linger long, I ate my sandwich, sipped half my coffee and took the rest on my way. I have a feeling this is the kind of place that just grows on you overtime, that said, if you need a coffee or tea and a snack on your way, this may be worth a stop.

Upon entry I noticed a ton of Pizzi Farm dressings, rubs, seasonings and other farm packed items (peaches, pickles, ketchups to name a few). Deitz & Watson meat is the choice at the deli.....I had a roast beef panini, which was excellent. Bread was fresh...left on the grill for just the right amount of time and a perfect temperature on my first bite. 12.99 for the sandwich is kind of high but that is the market at any of the great deli's around (D'Agostino's, Bob's, Augusta's, Alpine) I am sure this place is very crowded at lunch and after dinner with their ice cream stand, which seems like a big part of the operation. The staff was very nice....young man who made my sandwich and girl who was at the register were both easy going and welcoming. I gave it 4 stars. Not quite near the top places but a decent stop and a place I would revisit in a pinch. Location is easy to get to, off of 128, makes it attractive, as well.

I genuinely don't understand the hype around Pizzi Farm Ice Cream. So many locals rave about it,…read moreand based on the overall ratings, I went in expecting something special, but it was a huge disappointment. For a place that prices their ice cream like it's small-batch, gourmet quality, the product just doesn't deliver. The texture, flavor, and overall taste were extremely underwhelming and honestly no better than what you would get at a typical chain ice cream shop. Nothing stood out, nothing felt premium, and nothing justified the cost. Speaking of price, nearly $9 for three tiny scoops feels excessive, especially given the quality. It felt like a complete waste of both money and calories. I would much rather grab a pint of Ben & Jerry's for less than half the price and enjoy it ten times more. Maybe this place was great at some point in the past, but based on my experience, it doesn't live up to its reputation anymore. Definitely not worth going out of your way for.
