    disappointing bagel

After going for a quick breakfast run, I am disappointed in the shape of my bagel. I assume that there was a bad batch produced, but it should be the managers job to communicate that customers should not receive these items. It was not worth spending money and receiving this.

Hash Browns--this is literally what I opened my bag to. Disgusting.
    Amy J.

I am mortified by my experience. To start, when approaching the window after ordering (keep in mind no one before me and no one behind me) I was asked who I was picking up for--um myself? The order the girl relayed back to me was completely wrong and insinuated that I had added new items to my existing order...false. After clarifying my order I paid and wasn't given a receipt. The two girls made me feel like I was in the wrong for them messing up my order. I get my food and I drive home. When I'm home I open my bag to see this- crushed hash browns and what is supposed to be a bacon egg and cheese bagel, but not a bagel. I thought whatever not a big deal things happen. I was so grossed out after one bite I had to throw it away. The amount of grease that poured out of the breading was repulsive. It's a 6 minute drive home, there's no reason my meal should have tasted like it just came out of the fridge. It was cold and horrible and I will never spend a dime at this location again.

    Caramel iced coffee

If I could give this place half or no stars I would. My fiancé and I were very disappointed. We had to wait about 10 mins for them to actually take our order. The girl taking our order had an attitude and was very quiet. We ordered two caramel iced coffees with cream, both barely had any cream in them all you could taste was a very strong coffee taste. Only one employee had a mask on and the other didn't. I get that they mostly have two worker but their service was horrible. I've gone here one other time and the service was amazing, they got my order quickly and had my drink ready to go when I go the the window.

I've driven by this place dozens, maybe even hundreds, of times, but had never stopped in. Part of…read morethe issue, at least for me, is that it's tucked into a strip mall behind a hill, so you really can't see it unless you're looking for it. The driveway is also a bit inconvenient to access. This time, I remembered and decided to stop in and check out the bakery. They also have a small coffee bar with a few café tables, so you can enjoy your bakery treats with a hot beverage. How great is that? Besides my drink and bakery item, I also picked up a four-pack of cupcakes that looked excellent. They had plenty to choose from, so it was a difficult decision. They also offer some gluten-free items, and I chose a Caramel Peanut Butter Cookie that was sweet and chewy. Food: They had an amazing assortment of fresh baked goods. There was a large selection of cupcakes, bars, croissants, scones, and more. I decided on a Chocolate Chip Scone with a mocha, which turned out to be an absolutely terrific combination. The mocha had a nice balance of coffee and chocolate, along with plenty of whipped cream on top. The scone had a great texture, with just the right amount of chocolate chips for sweetness. Next time, I will ask for the mocha to be a bit hotter. Service: I received a friendly greeting and a sincere smile from the barista/server. She did a great job explaining the bakery options and served my mocha in a large china mug. She checked in to see how I liked the food and drink and was exceptionally friendly the entire time. I was also offered a sample of the Black Forest Cupcake, which was delicious. Thanks, Kathy. Atmosphere: It's a large bakery operation, and you can see into the work area, which gives the impression of a high-quality operation. The café seating area is near the entrance, with lots of natural sunlight coming through the windows. I was the only customer there at the time, so it was very quiet and relaxing. So glad that I finally stopped in. I will definitely be back to try more of their delicious items.

The frosting seemed to be the same frosting but thinner and skimpy. my main disappointment was the dough. Disappointing. Chris.

What really caught my eye was their amazing assortment of filled coffee cakes. You could choose from custard, cream cheese, or buttercream fillings. All three sounded delicious, but I finally settled on the buttercream. Some people in our group thought it had a little too much buttercream. I, on the other hand, thought it was just about perfect! Service: A couple of very friendly employees helped me out. I couldn't decide what to get, and they never made me feel rushed. They even offered a few suggestions, which made the decision a little easier. Atmosphere: The bakery has a large, open layout with plenty of room to browse the display cases, tables, and refrigerated deli items. The large front windows let in lots of natural light, making the space feel bright and welcoming. There's also a large parking lot, so parking wasn't an issue. Definitely a place I'll be stopping at again, especially for that amazing buttercream-filled coffee cake.

Then I was in an airport and it was the only coffee option and ya girl needed coffee like someone stranded in the desert needs water. It was an absolute necessity. So, I ordered one of their seasonal lattes, thinking--let's hope I can get through this to get the caffeine flowing. But, wait... It was actually pretty good. So, I got back to Milwaukee and insisted my husband also try one of their seasonal lattes the week before Christmas. He tried to ignore and definitely rolled his eyes. And, may have muttered something like, 'seriously?! psh!' Then we stopped by here. We both ordered one of their seasonal lattes (yum!) and I got a breakfast sandwich (also yum!) and my husband got some sort of egg bites. There's no feeling more absurd than clunky-ordering at a well known chain where everyone there assumes you must know the drill. Because, why wouldn't you? It's Dunkin' after all?! We did not know the drill. But, I digress. Overall, it was a fine experience and definitely good to know that Dunkin' is an option when I'm out of town or at an airport and other local options aren't available. Or, really, just an option occasionally, Because, the coffee was good, my friends. And, my son is gloating. Get to it!

Today we dined for the first time since the Llazar Konda Group reopened the Belfré in its group of…read morerestaurants, which includes KAVOS, The Beach House Bistro and La Tavola, all in the area. We were thrilled with the familiarity but also with the newness of the menu. As it was far too hot to eat al fresco, we were given a table on the first floor near the window. We had 5:00 reservations and were seated immediately. Our server, Mason, was fun and efficient, but he also had to cover the bar so he was running. A few more staff would have been helpful as the tables filled up, and by 6:15, people were waiting outside to get a table. The age group of diners is varied, and everyone seemed to be very satisfied. We ordered the Bruschetta and the Salmon with Lemon Risotto, both of them prepared very well. The food tasted very fresh, and the presentation was lovely. I also ordered the Bolognese because I love a good dish of it. This one did not disappoint. However, the meat pieces were small pea-sized bits of beef, which tasted good, but looked a bit odd. I would like to know why, but I was too busy enjoying the dish. It is my birthday and so I was offered either a free cocktail or a dessert. I love a good treat so the flourless cake was my choice. It was a very nice birthday present. I really look forward to our next visit. The menu has lots of options I want to try.
