Blonde girl with bad roots was so nasty to me. Sweet drive through woman asked me to pull up to the white line to the right, by the sign that says "spot 1 for drive thru" to wait for drinks, 30 seconds later they came out with the blonde girl. I wasn't blocking anyone from leaving, not in the way, and she nastily said "white lines here by the way" and pointed to the white line that would've blocked the drive thru window. Yes, I had an issue with products I received from this location, but received a kind callback from the managers to understand and solve the matter. Initially accepting the offer, I realized I cannot go on with their reimbursement for certain reasons, so I contacted Dunkin' for alternatives. Their automated system replied to inform I would be contacted within 48 hours; however, there was no response to my two separate efforts, each creating another case. Service here is a hit or a miss. Don't have your heart set on specific bagels or donuts when you order as they tend to run low or out of certain items frequently. Like this morning they did not have everything bagels so I had to settle for poppy seed. If you're willing to compromise your order a bit take the chance with this location. But keep in mind it's a fast food establishment and it's usually quick and painless when you need to get a coffee and snack. The parking situation/ drive thru is pretty annoying. As the lot is a limited one way and the drive thru line can/will block the entrance to the parking lot. Also to note that you can only make a right hand turn when exiting from the drive thru or parking lot onto Forest Hill. So if you need to make a left or get back into the plaza your best bet is to park on the surrounding lots and just walk over. It will be more convenient when leaving! read more

Every single time I go there the coffee is nasty. I love Dunkin Donuts, and I've been to several, this location for years has gone down hill. This has nothing to do with COVID. Do NOT waste your money. If you ask to have it remade because it tastes awful, you get the exact same nasty coffee. The Dunkin Donuts off Wellington Trace and Greenview Shores is incredible and 5 minutes drive from this location. They are family run and strive to get your order right every time. I placed my order through the drive-thru. When I arrived to the window the lady who was assisting me was wearing her mask under her nose. I looked at the rest of the staff and they were all wearing their masks under there noses. The lady of the drive through was clearly sick as she kept sneezing into a tissue she kept in her hand. She went on to wipe her nose and hair with this tissue. She used that same hand with the tissue and germs to hand me my card and food. Then she took her mask down to her chin to talk to me. In a time when there is a pandemic we need to be careful. However the mishandling of food was atrocious. I will never go back to that location again. read more

I went in today and It had been a while so I noticed the breakfast items on the menu were different so decided to try. For some reason the fried food always has an aftertaste like propane. So....I have gone back to this location twice recently as I was closer while out and about. The drive-thru has changed in just the fact that they have apparently put a nice person on speaker/window. The parking lot is still terrible and going inside to order is a known 20 minute ordeal but I am glad that at least some of the attitudes have changed for the better. Let me first admit that this was not my first choice for a Dunkin' Donuts. But my app took me to the store so I went with it. I go to open up the front door and it's locked. it's 3 PM and it's locked after knocking a couple of times and ringing what I thought was a doorbell one of the employees came in let me in never said hello never said what the reason for the lock was never even looked up at me until I got to the register and I said I'm here to pick up an order, she then rolls her eyes and says pick up is down there so when I finally caught her gaze, I said you mean to tell me that pick ups down there pointing to the sign . Poor dear , she took it personally told me I had an attitude problem and wanted to argue with me. I was then greeted by another person who told me that my order was never placed and when I showed it to her on the app she told me someone could have just picked it up. You mean to tell me that there was another order number 509 and that you just gave it to them without checking? I will never step foot nor order anything from you ever again. To anyone reading this Please don't waste your time , your money or your patience. To the manager of this establishment if I may give you some constructive criticism number one make sure your employees always greet your patrons with their eyes and a smile to please make sure that they know that you are their manager not their supervisor as this young lady called you. I started coming to this location due to a work location change. I have to say I was much happier at the other DD I frequented they remember what you normally get and create loyalty. This service at this location is beyond terrible. You go inside because the drive thru line is long and inside seems empty. Only to be ignored or wait just as long. When i went to the window after saying my order I then had to repeat my order to a frustrated woman who knew only 2 out of the 6 things I had ordered, just 2 iced coffees. One was black, which they did OK with, one I asked for 1 cream and 1 sugar; but that was completely disregarded. I asked for a blueberry bagel and recieved a sesame seed one. Are those even remotely similar? Pretty noticeable difference IMO. Only thing that was remotely well-done was the fact they gave us 2 hashbrown orders when we asked for one. I don't reccomend this Dunkin at all. Don't waste your time and instead go to one of the 2 other ones in Wellington and Royal Palm, you'll save time doing that rather than waiting inside or in the drive-thru of this one.
