Nitro cold brew here is mostly foam for $4.55+... and at previous locations I've had it served with ice and mostly liquid.

I've come here multiple times and have been let down so many times. Abysmal customer service, having to wait long times with no other customers and getting orders wrong... I've learned to just get coffee elsewhere. It's sad because the location is convenient and I would come a lot more often if I had any pleasant experience here. The one saving grace is that it has been clean every time I go.

The store did not disappoint -- it's a baker's paradise in every sense. Every possible ingredient, tool, pan, piece of equipment, and baking mix you could imagine is here, beautifully displayed and easy to browse. The space is bright, immaculate, and extremely well organized, with helpful staff ready to answer questions or point you toward something new. There's also a demonstration kitchen and a café, which adds even more to the experience. While their website is fantastic (and what we've relied on for years), the in‑person store is absolutely worth the trip. Whether you're an avid baker or looking for the perfect gift for someone who is, this is a destination worth driving for. The lattes were pretty standard and the pastries were a bit disappointing. The flavor profile of the focaccia was odd - corn, tomato, and spicy mayo. They have a small parking lot next to the building. The spots are tight so be prepared to squeeze into and out of your vehicle. There are several steps up into the restaurant from the sidewalk. They offer breakfast all day so we both got what we wanted. I ordered eggs cooked my way and got their home made bread for a small up charge. The bread was a thick slice of tasty white that I enjoyed. They offer egg plates with a variety of items including meats and potatoes. The hamburger my dining companion ordered was a big portion with lots of fresh toppings cooked to the temperature he requested. Our waitress was very nice. She kept an eye on us, was efficient and pleasant. My coffee was good and came with those little single serve creamers. Nice little breakfast and lunch spot.

It is solid diner food. Big portions, tasty food and fast service makes a great trifecta. Any place offering tater tots is ok in my book! They make their desserts. There are more fruit and cream pies than I can remember: plus chocolate cake and carrot cake. The servings are HUGE and mighty yummy. They also sell muffin and other baked goods. Just after we were seated, 12 hungry college students walked in. These young men ate well, left sated and happy. If you are looking for good food and a relaxed atmosphere, The Fort is your place. But first, when you drive in, you will never think there is a restaurant here! And once you walk in, you definitely think you misunderstood the term, "restaurant." But keep walking to the back and towards the right, and you'll find a door that opens up to a whole, charming, old-fashioned slice of historic Lebanon, NH country restaurant. You can get breakfast, lunch or dinner here, and breakfast is served all day. So, unless you are looking for 24-hour breakfast at Denny's, this is the most awesome homestyle diner to eat at up through 6:30pm-ish (it clears out by 7:45 i think). There is a lot of charm to be had, here, including friendly waitresses and cantankerously-charming cooks. And did I mention that I loved the vintage country music?! :) There is a narrow U-shaped counter here with a fair amount of counter seating. Our server was fast and friendly. We really enjoyed it when one of the cooks came out who has just the right amount of self-depricating humor if you dare to banter with him. The hot cakes and biscuits are cooked on a real cast-iron griddle, here, and you can taste that flavor and how good it is. The biscuits are like nothing I've seen: cast iron grilled corn meal and wheat maybe? Not sure. They look like hamburger buns but have the mouth feel of a nice, firm cornbread - though not as sweet. Our biscuit was overcooked but if I get back there, next time I'll ask for it toasted light. This biscuit did have a good and unique flavor. You might ask for your hot cakes cooked light, as well, because one of those came out dark. And we had to send back the first order of pancakes because one was dark on the outside but raw batter burst through. It we go back and get our dishes served less brown I will upgrade my rating because I was delighted with The Fort, otherwise. We got a double side of mashed potatoes and gravy as an appetizer and it was delicious! They have an almost-whipped but definitely substantial feel, yet also firm and so buttery. Very good! You can tell the cooks put a lot of work into this food and that comes across in the flavors. We ordered a breakfast called the Lumberjack and it was gigantic! Two eggs, 3 slices of fresh, crispy bacon, big sausage patties, 2 gigantic slices of rye toast and well-seasoned potatoes. There was a very subtle taste of garlic seasoning and I loved it! The bacon was my favorite: tasty - oversized and light in flavor - vs. some of the real country bacon I've tasted a few times around here. Their sweet tea is good. It tastes like the homemade version of what Country Time Lemonade was modeled after. Their two dessert cases definitely serve up some tasty treats: homemade muffins, cruellers, donuts, pies, oversized brownies and gigantic coconut squares (chocolate chips, concise slivers, Oreo cookies and tons of other sweet goodies layered in). You can order 3 different types of pie slices for the same price of a half of a pie. We ordered: 1. Coconut Custard: sweet, coconut throughout the custard, with even sweeter whipped cream 2. Chocolate Peanut Butter Pie: smooth and sweet peanut butter filling with a very present flavor of Hershey's syrup. This is good and tastes like flavors i haven't enjoyed for decades. You will not find this anywhere else. 3. Cherry Pie: perfectly tart, round and plump cherries with a sweet sauce. I love that the cherries aren't over-baked and drowning in a sea of sauce in half sizes. The pie crust is thick and buttery. Order to go items by 7:30pm at the latest. Or be seated by 6:30pm latest because when they close at 8pm, customers are leaving by 7:45pm.

Honest review experience- I've been multiple times to this…read morelocation, hoping the next time, each time would be a better experience. I am realizing, that sometimes, something broken beyond repair cannot be fixed. Including this franchise location. Upon entering, its evident, that no one is going to take your order, as All the menus are off the wall, and look like an hideous space of loneliness... and 2 kiosks sit in the middle of the room, screaming, order your food yourself, or you get nothing. After waiting a short time, our name was called to pick up our food at the counter. Had I not looked through my order in the bag before leaving, I would not have noticed that an item was missing, nor that they do not even sell such an item any longer That was still on the kiosk menu to order. When I approached the counter to ask about the mistake, I was treated as if I was a bother, then was told the item that was missing, is no longer being sold at that location anymore, and instead, they are automatically substituting it for something else of their choice(which I would have ordered, Had I wanted it- which I didn't). A few questions come to mind... -Why was that item still on the Kiosk Menu order form to order? -Why was I not notified when I picked up my order, that they no longer have that item in stock? -Why was I not given the choice to cancel that item off my order, instead of being forced to accept the substitution? -And where was that substitution in the first place? -it wasn't in my bag. I Showed the employee, that there was no substitution in my bag. At that time the employee, went to the back, and returned with 3 donut holes in a small French fry type wrapper, and more or less pushed it at me, then walked away. I was stunned, as I didn't want these things, and honestly, the description of the item sounded gross. - I tried one, and yes, confirmed, they are- Nasty. Hot donut holes, with warm flour/vanilla-type flavor mush inside. I get back home, and realize the order is completely wrong anyways. No tomatoes on one sandwich, but they did add extra cheese (which I didn't order, or want).. which ended up being closer to a cruddy grilled cheese with dog food flavored meat.. than anything I would have imagined I ordered. .. and the other sandwich had minimal tomatoes, when I asked for double, and barely any sour cream(which actually tasted like ranch anyways), and of course, that dog food flavored meat. [I say dog food flavored, as it smelled like dry kibble dog food, so I would imagine that is what it might also taste like]. These sandwiches bread items even smelled like wood chips. All for the Bargain price of $15. This was it, the LAST time. I will not be returning. I don't want any complimentary anything, don't want any apologies, I want Nothing from this place. Just wanted to put my own opinion out here, to let people know of this experience. It's Disgusting, and for anyone who still eats this garbage, I doubt your tastebuds Are still in working order. I'll be Saving that $15 from now on, and going to Five Guys. At least it's REAL Quality food With FLAVOR.
