Don't come here. I was trying to order and I heard a man cussing in the speaker. He said "this n**** needs to speak the fuck up." Not someone I would trust with my food. I'd give 0 starts if I could. Waited 25 minutes in the drive thru for an unsweet tea and a bagel at 8 am on a Thursday morning. They gave me the wrong drink and weren't even apologetic. The lady at the window rolled her eyes when I told her that they gave me the incorrect drink. For a "fast food" breakfast place, the drive thru needs to get it together. read more

This DD Location is open 24 hrs a day, 7 days a week! It's located right near the hospital and mall. From the looks of it, it used to be a gas station. They made the covered area where you'd pump gas into an outdoor seating area. I used the drive thru. Just a heads up, the turns around the building are quite tight. Only qualm is that I ordered one of their special "Halloween Pumpkin Donuts" that they are advertising. I bit into it expecting delicious buttercream (like in the ad I saw) and instead it was that PUDDING-stuff! Blah! I would have thought that if there were more than one filling, they would have asked me which I'd like. It was kind of a disappointment because I don't get donuts too often. One of my guilty pleasures in life is DD! I grew up on Krispy Kreme, and still love it, but I really immersed myself into giving DD a shot about ten years ago. As for this location, I've never had the issues others are saying on Yelp. This morning the coffee was hot, lines a bit long, but the staff was at least apologetic. It's a bit odd of a building setup as it's a old service station. There's ample parking for those of us who want to go inside to see what you want to order, and a drive thru for those who don't! read more

Today I, the whole restaurant, and maybe south west Winston learned about health code violations and the correct way to do things. Let me stop there and just say when in a restaurant the three words you don't want to hear is health code violation let alone "that is a health code violation". While standing in line waiting to order. The manager was barking (about the nicest way I can put it) at the employees. First thing I hear "you can't do that, it is a health code violation. You can't leave the scoop for the ice in the machine." Then I hear her barking off another possible violation "you can't cook it at that temperature that is a health code violation and could cause issues". I almost wanted at that time to shout out to see if everyone washed their hands as I know that too is a health violation and want to ensure we were ok. As I stand in line I then hear the manager telling an employee how they are making the drinks wrong and how they aren't filling them up all the way and how they need to make two at the same time. But the instructions given was so everyone waiting now knew the correct way of doing things. Even with the manager being so harsh towards the employee the employee themselves were very helpful and friendly. The donuts were a nice change as I typically don't come to Dunkin Donuts, but today's visit isn't marking me wanting to rush back. read more

Being a sweet fan I am very picky about my donuts when I chose to get them. I decided to head over here on my early mornings for a quick "dunkichino" and donut and it hits the spot every time. They are friendly to their customers and are quick to get your order out. They rotate different donuts out for the holidays too, my favorite being the brownie mix filled donut. Yes.. Brownie mix in a donut... so bad but so good. I appreciate that they decorate the inside of the store for every holiday and it's always clean too. Make sure you get a DD perks card (free), which will reward you for visits and fill out the survey on your receipt for a free donut on your next visit. read more

I travel a lot for work and visit many different Dunkin Donuts for coffee and breakfast. This one is by far the best. Sandwiches are well put together which is rare for Dunkin. Donuts taste extremely fresh. Coffee is fantastic. The staff was by far the friendliest staff I've ever dealt with in fast food. read more

A regular customer I'm in this store everyday, despite a Krispy Kreme that opened a year ago down the street. I've always received excellent service until today. All week I purchased coffee and donuts at regular price. Seeing a sign for happy hour between 2-6 I decided to take advantage of it today. After ordering 4 drinks at .99 I was surprised that the total was almost $8. I asked what about the promotion and was told it was only one per order. I pointed to the sign that didn't list the exclusion and asked for that price. Arguing with me they said they would have to ring the order up individually. They took more time ringing up sale then it took to make 4 ice coffees. I received 3 receipts for 1.06 and one for 1.38. This is not the first time I've taken advantage of this Summer promotion, but the first time I was given such a hard time and ripped off .32. Think I'll try the Krispy down the street from now on. read more
