Service by a older lady there was terrible. Dont work in customer service if you cant be polite.

Very slow service, Took 20 mins for a drink order with an empty store. Along with the coffee being watered down.

Coffee tasted a teeny bit burnt but the service was fast and with a smile. Also I stopped by around 3:00pm on a Thursday and so I'm not sure how often they make their coffee but I'm sure it would be more-fresh in the AM. Cannot comment too much on the ambiance as I was a drive through customer. Had to repeat my order a couple times but they got it right and I was overall pretty happy with the service :) read more

If I could leave no stars i would. I have been going to this specific store at 1050 rt 28 south Yarmouth for a while now. My coffee order seems to be fine most of the time but the employees are rude, lazy, and lie instead of actually doing there job. An example of this which has happened now on multiple occasions at the same dunkin with the same employees working is when I order a coffee roll and I ask for it to be warmed but they tell me they can't do it which is funny because every dunkin I've ever been to does it no problem. The first time they said there oven was broken which was funny because there was hot food being made for other customers. The second time I asked a week later they said they can't do it with no explanation so I asked why? Is your oven broken? The girl who is assumed was being told to say this by her co workers could not give me an explanation through the speaker so I drove to the window and asked again which I was given two different excuses 1.) ITS REALLY BUSY AND 2.) ITS TOO MESSY. BOTH EXCUSES BEING COMPLETELY RIDICULOUS AND LIES. There was one other car in the drive thru with one customer inside with at least 3 workers that I could see and I used to work at dunkin where I would warm coffee rolls for customers every day and it made no such mess. It was easy as laying a parchment paper down, putting the coffee roll down and putting it in for 10 seconds and then in a bag. There is NO MESS. I believe that these employees are making up there own rules and lies to not have to do their job. I am tired of spending my money here every day and leaving tips to be treated like a fool. Nobody could give me a straight answer or respect me like I respect them and just say I DONT WANT TO DO MY JOB TODAY SO THAT'S WHY I DONT WANT TO WARM YOUR COFFEE ROLL. I'm sick of going to the same dunkin every day and the same employees I see every day don't even say hello or use manners. I'm a simple person and easy going but when I feel disrespected I'm going to say and do something about it. Every time I go to this Dunkin, I always think to myself, maybe it was just a bad day for someone. I really don't want to drive around town just for a coffee. So I go to the one right by my house AND EVERY TIME it is terrible. I purposely make my order simple now (Black coffee, unsweetened tea or food without modifications) and for some reason something is always wrong. It doesn't matter what time of year it is (Winter, the slow seasons, or Summer the ragingly busy season). I don't write this review because I'm angry, I write it because every person who has never been to this location before and is thinking about making it part of their normal commute to work or home, shouldn't. I'm always disappointed. Just alone today, against my better judgement I ordered a wrap with bacon in it, a doughnut and a sweet tea; they under-cooked my bacon, gave me sugar packets to put in my drink because they forgot to do it themselves and additionally never even gave me the doughnut, I had to ask for it a second time. Not to mention, they have awful drive-thru workers (they don't actually make the order, just pass it to you). They put your order on hold to talk to a coworker, or give you an order and walk away without checking to see you're sitting there in your car still waiting for an item. Then they give you attitude when THEY get YOUR order wrong or give you someone else's order. 0/10 Worst take-out experience. read more

I'm a teacher who likes to surprise my students after a great job completed . I will visit this location at 6pm and they have always been very kind and donates donuts that will be tossed that night. Tonight a customer rep. behind counter started out nice but then asked for a tip . I went on to explain that he needs to learn to wait to see a customer gives a tip but never ask. I proceeded to give him a five dollar bill and he said to me do you want four dollars back? I said no thank you keep it as a reminder that you do not ask a customer for a tip. Nice old Dunkin Dounuts. Drive through has a long line in the mornings. They run out of donuts also quite often. Nice people working there. Convenient location, but there are a bunch other DDs around. Parking lot gets full also. Great donuts and sandwiches and wonderful coffee. A great New England tradition. read more

This is the worst Dunkins I have ever experienced. My first experience was so awful that I swore I would never go back and yet here I was again today at their mercy. I sat at the drive thru order board for almost 10 minutes when an employee came out to tell me the microphone was broken and to pull to the window. I sat at the window waiting when someone finally came over to tell me to go inside to place my order. Seriously?!? Whoever owns this Dunkins needs to fire everyone there and start over. Worst service ever. 20 people behind counter. Took me 30 minutes for 2 ice coffees. They do the orders in order. So if you have 10 sandwiches , they'll do that first before your 2 ice coffees. This dunkins is right around the corner from my house, but I will drive to a farther one if I want to go to dunkins. This is absolutely the worst one I have ever gone to and that is based on MULTIPLE visits to this location. Poorly managed location with untrained staff. Every time I go it appears to be the first day of the person who is working the counter. They are always nice but no one is training them or they are doing a poor job of it. On one occasion I asked for an ice coffee with cream and they gave me skim. When I told the person who made it that I asked for cream they said it was cream.... I have had like a thousand iced coffees from dunks and used to be a barista (for 12 years)... I know what cream looks like in coffee and they put skim. It's not a big deal but don't argue with me, just fix it! Eventually the manager came over and agreed with me that it was not cream and they made me a new one. Funny thing is that once I got home I looked in the cup and there was a bug in it, so after all that I still didn't get to drink it. I recently witnessed a new employee struggling by himself at the counter ask the manager or at least the girl that was supposed to be training him, for help, and she yelled at him in front of multiple customers because she was busy. Poor guy, I would have walked out but he was very nice and trying his best. They should have the manager from the dunks next to tiki port in Hyannis come and whip this team into shape, she is a great manager and runs a tight ship at that location. read more

Horrible customer service at the Dunkins in South Yarmouth MA on route 28. We order from Dunkins all the time and this is the first time we have ever had this happen. We ordered from the on the go app and my husband went in to pick it up. The girl was so rude saying it never went through and to show her. So my husband pulls up our receipt with all the info and she goes to press a button on my cell phone and yells "show me"! My husband scrolls down and shows her the paid with card area and she goes "well call them"! Meaning to call customer service to get our money back. We called customer service and they didn't even answer after 20 minutes on wait. So we never got our food and never got our money back! Horrendous service and I'm never going back there. That store definitely needs to hire better people. This could have been any easy fix. read more

This Dunkin Donuts is always very slow. I have been in there a few times and for a few days each time my coffee was made completely wrong and it is too busy for me to ask for them to fix it! I also ask for cream and sugar in my coffee and more than once have they given me cream that tasted like it had gone bad. I always go to this one because it is closest to where I work but I definitely think they could do a better job, and at least know how to make a coffee. read more
