I have visited here just a hand full of time and it was mostly for the mini bagels filled with cream cheese. Love them as a small breakfast snack. I tried their mint signature coffee got it iced and it was alright. It wasn't bad but it wasn't amazingly delicious ether. I guess I was also expecting more of a mint chocolate coffee like the mint chocolate Girl Scout cookie flavor. Will try another flavor and update my review for coffee. Customer service was decent today but overall it's a very neutral experience. I didn't go inside usually just drive thru. Drive thru usually doesn't take long to order, pay, and receive items. I recommend to try and come up with your own opinion. read more

Consistently the worst donuts I've ever had. I've given them chance after chance (about once a year for the last 5 years) and every time the donuts are absolute garbage. Most recently I bought a double chocolate donut and it was so stale and dry it is unimaginable that it could've been made that same day, and it was still in the morning that I bought it!! The donut pretty much turned to dry powder when I bit into it. I could've choked to death. I don't know how they can run a donut business with old dry stale donuts. This place is worthless. read more

Dropped in for a quick seat after riding for. are hours. We were immediately greeted and the young lady who helped us was absolutely amazing! During a quick conversation, she overhead talking about our birthday and gave us a couple donuts as a gift . watching and listening to her help others, she was consistent and pleasant. and the $6 meal is a steal! yummy! eggs and cheese on a bagel, stoppp it. Thought I'd give Dunkin' a try for the first time. "Just one minute please," turned into ten and I left. I had my window down and as I was leaving I heard the girl at the window say, "good." Last time going to Dunkin and turned them into corporate. Apparently I'm not the only one who has had this experience. Will be looking into this further. read more

I love getting the butter pecan coffee with sweet cold foam! Can't beat it - if it's not on the menu you can order as the original blend coffee (butter pecan) with 2 cream, 2 sugar and sweet cold foam. Service is great as always, and interior is nice and welcoming. read more

Saw an advertisement when I was working out of town for the shine gold donuts, which proceeds were supposed to go to a good cause. Definitely wanted to support and thought the donut looks delicious along with everyone else. Drove to my local Dunkin in town, as I pull up, I see a big advertisement for the shine gold donut. Lo and behold, they do not have the shiny gold donut. I did not ask the employee (she is not the franchisee ) why they are advertising at this particular location the particular donut that they do not have. I have never been impressed with this location, but did not feel the need to comment about it. Maybe my expectations were high, when I lived on the East Coast, the Dunkins in DC, and even the small one on the military base was always good and consistent. I was excited to get one here in YC, but somehow they have figured out how to take a consistent product and make it mediocre. So long with the other small lack of attention to details and way, better donut competitors who are family owned and operated. There's no reason to come here. read more

This location is no good. I wouldn't be surprised if it shut down. Everything from this location taste like chemicals but today I got mini pancakes for my son and they smell so strong of a weird chemical like fake tan lotion I couldn't even give them to him. Pancakes should not smell like this and it makes me think they're not cleaning with the proper products for door surfaces. I will never be returning. I suggest to anybody he reading this do not waste your money. read more

I seriously LOVE this store. The staff is incredible. They're kind, patient, engaging and they make great coffee. I am a huge fan of a good cold brew with sweet foam. The staff know me by name and if my dog isn't with me they inquire where he is. They see so many customers a day, its really amazing that they can remember my name. Big shout out to Chelsea, Janeli, Carly, Anna and Amelia! You make my day everytime I see you. I'm sorry if I misspelled any names. read more

I have not been into this place in over 20 years. It was recently built in the area and so I decided to go on in for breakfast one day. I ordered their egg muffin sandwich, their hash browns, a glazed donut and an egg wrap. I wanted to try a little bit of everything. They forgot 1 of my egg muffins, so i had to go back to the counter and ask for it. They ended up tasting bland. The donut had too much dough, i do not like thick donuts. The mini egg wrap was ok. My family and I usually like to have an easy Sunday - so for dinner we decided on dinner and a snack using Door Dash. USUALLY we have great service from Door Dash and from the dinner we chose. I added on Dunkin Donuts as a "Double-Dash" as it was showing as a quick add-on. I chose the 6-pack and picked the 6 donuts. My husband opened the box WHICH COSTED ME AN ADDITIONAL TOTAL $20!! No kind of discounts or anything. So, why did they give me SUPER OLD DRY DONUTS! These had to be more than 3 days old~! They broke into crumbles and were so dry! Even the jelly filling was lacking! My husband called to see if this was their usual business practices and the person on the other line said they do this at the end of the day and they weren't going to fix their awful customer service! I am very upset with this business practice. My husband was very upset. I might as well have taken a $20 bill and flushed it down the toilet. My suggestion to anyone reading this - DO NOT GO TO DUNKIN DONUTS! Go to your local mom & pop donut shop. Those have never failed to be friendly and fresh. 2 THUMBS DOWN! I saw their commercial for avocado toast and wanted to try it, but we live an hour away.... Today, we had to go to Yuba City for something, so I spent the ride there looking at all of these awful reviews. My husband and I decided to go there because nothing could be THAT bad, right? I have to say either management listened to those reviews, or everyone was wrong because we had a 5 STAR experience! The staff was friendly and patient with my questions, and the food was PERFECT! My avocado toast looked exactly like the commercials, which is usually unheard of. My husband's sourdough sandwich was great, he said, and the eggs were moist, not dry, and his hash browns were golden and crispy! Worth the hour drive to come just just for them next time! read more

I am less than impressed with this place. I have only been here a few times, and only ever in the drive-thru, but after my experience on Monday, I definitely won't be returned at all. I had went by only to get a coffee for my husband, but then ended up ordering two donuts and a hashbrown for my kids. I ordered on the app and went through the drive-thru for pick up. When I got to the window, they first tried to only give me the coffee and were like "bye!" and when I said that I had other items, they got a bit of an attitude and gave me someone else's order. Not that big of a deal, whatever. But when they finally gave me the right order- the donuts were squished together with the icing side of each one facing each other and the hash browns were overly cooked and reeked of gross oil. I pulled them out of the bag and asked if they were supposed to look like this (knowing that the correct answer was no!) and was told "I guess so". Awesome customer service... they were disgusting. Anyways, I've never had stellar experiences at Dunkin, and now this bad experience. I will not return, ever, to this location. read more

The coffee is so inconsistent, the service is slow and the staff is never friendly or helpful. This place would be much better if they had better management to better train these people and correct these issues. I asked for extra cold foam so I got less coffee??? Why didn't they just put it in a bigger cup and give the same amount of coffee and add the extra cold foam they charged me for?? read more

I Dig Dunkin' Donuts. I've been to this location twice now. Yes already.... both times were excellent. Yuba City is coming up in the world. Panera Bread and now Dunkin'. So, my coffee is always delicious and so are the donuts, but their breakfast food items always have a chemical smell, maybe it's just me, but they always seem undercooked and have a very distinct odor. I've tried different items and visited several times before posting this review. I've had to throw away my food every time. The staff were all wonderful!! read more

So right now I've been sitting in line almost 20 min only two cars ahead of me. How does a doughnut place take so long! I figure it will be a total of 30 min just to get a coffee and doughnut. I would not recommend this place at all unless your tired and need to take a nap before getting on the road in the drive thru! read more

Woke up early today and decided I wanted to enjoy coffee and a donut for breakfast. I made the short journey out to Dunkin because I have never been to one in my life. Needless to say, I see why and I am not going to ever return to one again. Tiny parking lot available and it seems that they do most of their business through the drive thru option. The interior of the shop was clean and it appeared that everything was full stocked which made it look nice and inviting at first glance. I was not greeted by any of the workers and they all ignored me when I walked in. I was browsing the menu deciding what to order when the customer service rep was rude and asked me to hurry up. She seemed to roll her eyes at me as if she absolutely hated her job and woke up on the wrong side of the bed with no coffee (photo). She walked away from the register and sighed out loud multiple times while I tried to figure out what I wanted to order. Eventually I settled on cold brew and a strawberry glazed donut with sprinkles. The donut tastes like chemical flavoring and the coffee was watered down, worse than Folgers. I should have stayed home and saved my money! Truly regretting that I didn't waste my gas driving there either. I won't be back. read more

They were not busy so there was no valid reason why the tables and chairs were filthy. The coffee arrived about three minutes after I finished my breakfast sandwich. Price is okay. Food and coffee are okay even if not served together. read more

Soooo..... as with other DD's, donuts are consistent and the coffee was nice and hot.... they don't get to pick their parking lot size so if it's too small..... go through the drive through..... good location.... on 20 right off of 99..... Quick service.... I was 2nd in line and the manager opened the second register and took me.... order was perfect..... Boston Cream was excellent as was the French Cruller... These donuts are baked, not fried..... Not sure why you mark 'em down for quality and selection.... you don't mark down a place with only a Budweiser tap because they don't have Sierra Nevada.... lol... maybe you do.... The coffee is not as good as Starbucks, but it does the job at half the price! The donuts are fresh and squishy. The drive thru is always busy and the parking lot is really small. I've seen people park in the Food Maxx parking lot and walk over. Try the munchkin donuts! read more

I ordered an iced butterbeer latte and it was AMAZING! In terms of service, we arrived when they first opened. There was only one barista working, and he did warn us because it was only him it would be a little long so to be patient. It did take us a while to get our food and drinks. But honestly so worth it! I would say just be prepared to wait a little bit, especially if you come on a holiday weekend.

I was highly involved with Palestine solidarity movement during college and felt very disconnected upon coming back to Yuba but this place rlly helped merge the gaps for me. It's truly showcasing the beauty of Palestinian hospitality while also bringing the local community together. From submitting my grad school apps to getting accepted to finding out I will be getting fully funded -- everything happened right here!! My sister watched the entire interaction play out and was incredibly upset on my behalf because of how disrespectful Trinity was to me, especially since I was being super polite to begin with.My sister felt compelled to speak with Trinity directly about her behavior right then and there. It is highly disappointing to see such a blatant lack of professionalism in a customer service role. While anyone can have an off day, taking it out on a polite customer and ignoring her own coworker's polite request is unacceptable.It is a cute place with potential, but customer service is everything. I am a regular customer at the Dunkin' Donuts in Roseville and have always been happy with the food and service. However, I was very disappointed with my experience at the Yuba City location. The coffee tasted soapy or similar to a household chemical, and the plant-based sandwich I ordered contained eggs and dairy, which I am severely allergic to. I am not sure if this is a one-time issue or if the coffee and food at the Yuba City location are consistently subpar. I hope that the management will investigate this matter and take corrective action. In the meantime, I will be avoiding this location. read more

I came here today while I was on a work road trip. I stopped off around lunch time. I ordered the hash browns, and they were pretty soggy and tasted like they had been sitting in the paper bag for a long time, and there was like 4 pieces. Pretty disgusting. I also got a caramel iced coffee which was decent, which is why I am giving it two stars versus 1. The food would probably be good, if it was made fresh. I suspect it's a management issue. read more
