David literally eyeballed it after testing my samples and mixing the formula, he said I'm gonna add 3oz of white to bring it up a bit. I just got done doing the repaint and waiting to dry the first walk in and it is a PERFECT match. Above and beyond helping my OCD here! I couldn't believe how perfect it is. Big props David!

A rep named Carlos came right over to assist me. His experience was evident, plus he was genuine in his effort and care in helping me. He was so kind. I first gathered color samples (from a wide selection) to take back home, to be sure they'd work. They did. I returned the next day to buy the paint. Carlos, again, was so helpful, as was Cameron, who helped me pick an angled brush, and a nice young lady behind the counter helped as well. It was like my own team of professionals assisting me - in my purchase of a quart of paint. This level of service was impressive in times when customer service is not as common as it once was. At the register, more good news: there was a sale, so I got 40% off the 'Duration' primer/paint all-in-one Interior paint; a happy surprise and a great value. At home, the coverage was beautiful. I was painting over a saturated, Dark color, and was pleasantly surprised that just one coat of Sherwin Williams paint covered it completely! I also notice Sherwin Williams paints in many high-end decorating magazines; I now see why. I'm a new fan. I'm going back this week for more paint to refresh our dining room. Casa Grande Store -Pinal Rd…read more I asked Nathan if they could do a color match. I had a Behr color that was the perfect color for my cabinets. Nathan looked in the computer and said , "yes we have the formula." I asked for a quart so I could see it in my kitchen. The color was never opened as they usually do and present it to the customer. I took it home and the color difference was significant. My painter uses Sherwinn Williams paint and I wanted to be sure the color match was close. The can with the discount was about $40.00. I went back to the store and thought for sure it was just a transposed number. Nathan checked and the formula in the computer was correct. They did a color match vs uses the computer suggested formula and again it was off. Nathan had to run an errand to the bank and his co worker took over. She tried playing with the formula and could not get a close match. When I mentioned that $40.00 for a quart was a lot of money to spend with an unresolved outcome. Her response was that she wasted $40.00 in paint playing with the formula. She claimed that it was the Behr base. I do not feel that this should have been my problem. At no point did they say, we may not be successful. Had I inspected it before I paid for it, I would not have added it to my to purchase. I have done many color matches and they were perfect. She was very unprofessional to make a comment like that. I had no problems paying $40.00 for the paint if it was correct. I wish my painter did not use Sherwinn Williams. Someone should help her with her customer service skills. What has happened to Customer Service? Disappointed.

The pieces were left behind on the ground. The mat either became airborne or something took it to a lower wall. We think it might have been the javelina but really can't be sure what it was. A weird mystery. They have their own parking lot and Wi-Fi in the building.
