Very knowledgeable about the menu and what options were available. Her assistant, An, was so sweet and friendly. He always had a smile on his face and even offered to take our photo when I pulled out my phone. The table was beautifully appointed. Every item we ordered was delicious. We started with the Cheddar Biscuits- grilled benton's bacon, pimento cheese, pickled onion. Very tasty. I ordered the king trumpet pasta and added chicken. The chicken was tender and the pasta dish had good flavor. My husband ordered the salmon with Risotto. He orders salmon quite often and said this was one of the best salmon dishes he has ever eaten. Our friends ordered the shorts ribs as well as a salad and added chicken. Both really enjoyed their meals. I would say they could have done a better job with the martini. There must be a business relationship with the lodging's time-share business, because there were a few overly 'entitled' diners. I get it: you're an 'Owner', but hey- it's a timeshare... you're not *that* fancy :) Definitely recommend - and everyone be good to your servers and they'll return the karma.
