They ignored the back/hatch of my car repeatedly and after saying something about it they would wash the mat but not vacuum and leave lots of visible dirt behind. The kicker (on the same visit) was when they dried the outside of my car and the door jams and then took the same dirty rag to wipe down the inside and my seats. That was exactly when I left, wouldn't let them finish.

Some of the glass wasn't cleaned and still had my dog's nose art all over it. Seats were vacuumed but not wiped (dried applesauce on door panel and headrest) I ended up wiping the inside down with armor all wipes the next day. This car was cleaned for 2 hours. Our other car was vacuumed, and the dash was dusted and wiped. Cup holders and seats were still a bit dirty. Nate did mention that the carpet had a few deep stains that needed an extractor. This car was cleaned for 1 hour. Wish a little more time was spent on this one.

Before he began, he asked if I had any questions and he answered any of my concerns. He spent about 4 hours reviving my 2014 minivan and it looked pretty awesome afterwards. I did noticed a couple of minor deficiencies and he quickly addressed and rectified them. The service cost is a bit high but I was pleased with his efforts and his results. I said I saw $23 but he said it went up. he rang me up, I paid, then he wrote on the back of the receipt $3 off car wash. I guess that promotion is gone also. I just looked at the receipt today: $27.99 + $2.41 tax = $30.40. I paid with $100 bill and received $68 in change. I guess they include gratuity like a restaurant would?! Even if there is a line it does not take too long to move. The crew vacuums the car and prep it to go through the wash belt. There is a waiting area in the shop with a small restroom. After it comes out of the car wash, there are a few guys that wipe down the outside. Now using Yelp, it is good to know they have a yelp check in offer for ten percent off.

Following up to this as I forgot to give a final update after!…read more Well this place absolutely sucks and RUINED my car. My accident affected my front tire and bumper, no engine damage or any sort of damage that would have required them to mess around with the inside of my car. Immediately after driving my car, I knew it was not the same anymore. My car would shake like the tires weren't aligned properly, my trunk would open out of nowhere (especially while on a highway), and just drove overall poorly. Before my accident, the car drove just great at 66,000 miles. I don't want to believe they swapped out parts while having my car for that long, but I guess I'll never know what went on behind closed doors. It got to the point where I didn't feel safe in my car and ended up getting rid of it and buying a brand new car. Such a shame.
