This was my drink this morning. I only took 2 sips before this photo. Not even filled to the top like cmon.

Not like anyone would care but I'm done going to this Dutch Bros. 45% of the time my drinks are not made how I order them! They're either missing the syrups, coffee tastes bitter or is non existent, or missing the amount of shots I requested! Some of the staff are mid. My drink this morning 1.) did not have correct number of shots, 2.) DID NOT HAVE BANANA cream pie syrup at all. 3.) at first the guy was making it as a hot drink. ...(I always order the same drink and this one wasn't filled up like it usually is.) whatever. I didn't have time to wait for them to remake it. Just make it RIGHT the first time. I will not be going to this location and just stick to the Dutch bros on Lichen dr. They actually make my drink right every time.

Always friendly, always yummy ... if you're not sure what to try, just have a conversation with the order taker, they love to recommend based on your favorite flavors. The Golden Eagle has become my go-to - enjoy!

Stoped by this location for my birthday reward and got strawberry pineapple lemonade, the drink is average, will try different flavors next time. But the service is pretty good, felt welcomed and heart wormed . Drive through line was moving pretty quick. I liked this location plenty of space , clean.

These tasted like very healthy smoothies as well, and I decided to buy a dozen to use to fill in on days when I run too short on time. They have very nourishing, satisfying smoothies. I we'll come back to buy fill ins as needed in the future. If you don't have your own customized, nutritious smoothie down pat or just want the convenience of a quality smoothie to go, this is the place I would come.

Unfortunately, our visit on Friday, 8/28/26 was incredibly disappointing. The young woman working the counter seemed either very new or simply in need of additional support, because something was definitely off operationally. First, the vanilla machine was down, so that option was unavailable. Of course, that was no fault of hers and completely understandable. However, when my husband and I walked in, we were the only customers there. I'm still fairly new to the Pressed community and didn't have my membership barcode readily available. I was spending about $40, so I asked if she could look up my account using my phone number. She told me she couldn't. That honestly felt absurd and unnecessarily unhelpful. At places like Jamba, Starbucks, and countless other businesses, there is usually some alternative way to assist a customer when they don't have their barcode immediately available. Nonetheless, we placed our order. By the time we finished, two additional parties had come in, and she proceeded to take their orders before preparing ours. Fine. I understood that she was working the counter alone, and when someone is managing both the register and fulfillment, customers have to allow them some grace and time to balance both. The problem was that she never seemed to make that transition. As she continued taking orders, more customers entered, and she simply kept ringing people up without preparing any of the outstanding orders. The small lobby became increasingly crowded while completed orders remained nonexistent. My husband and I had an appointment and were already pressed for time. At one point, he tapped me and asked, "Is it always like this? Is she ever going to start making the orders so people can get out of here?" I finally asked her about the wait and mentioned that our order still hadn't been started. She told me she "needed to take all of the orders first." I asked, "Is that Pressed policy?" She said yes and continued ringing up several more customers before finally beginning our order. That made absolutely no sense to me. If that is truly Pressed policy, I would strongly encourage management to reconsider it. If it isn't, then this employee needs additional training on how to manage the counter efficiently when working alone. There has to be a reasonable rhythm--perhaps take two orders, fulfill two orders, then return to the register. Continuing to accept order after order while an increasingly crowded lobby waits for anyone's food to actually be made is inefficient and creates unnecessary frustration for everyone. As a business owner myself, I would have cringed watching the customer experience unfold this way. It wasn't simply that the location was busy; it was the lack of effective multitasking and workflow that created the backup. I've enjoyed Pressed enough that I'm not writing off the brand because of one poor experience, but this visit definitely missed the mark. And unfortunately, it was my husband's first impression. His final assessment was: "All this for some non-dairy ice cream? I'll pass." Not exactly the introduction to Pressed I was hoping to give him. I especially like that this version makes it clear you're not attacking the employee personally--you're calling out the lack of training, workflow, and customer service, which makes your complaint much stronger. Hopefully the next time I return, Cam will be there. She was a great front face for Pressed. I have to give Pressed a 2 stars for today. Subpar service, no vanilla, and long wait time. Hopefully next time will be better, and I'll get it points.

Those of you that know me already know that I am a big time meat eater. But I am always open to soy protein and impossible meat options. This takes me to the Arden neighborhood of Sacramento where I had the opportunity to try out "RAW Superfood Cafe". Located in the Howe Bout Arden shopping center, this place has been opened since early-2024 while replacing the once popular "CREAM" which was a surprise since they did not last long in this busy outdoor strip mall. Prior to coming here, I've already heard of RAW Superfood Cafe as they have 3 locations in the Bay Area; San Jose, Milpitas, and San Jose; and 2 locations in the Sacramento area; Elk Grove and this one that I am reviewing. I ended up coming here during the afternoon on Friday 6/5/2026 at around 5:15pm. The inside area is very bright, cheerful, and lively with a few tables with leather booth-seating, bamboo wood paneling, and fake grass with the business name aligned to it. Additionally, there is a large digital kiosk where you can place your order and pay using a card or smartphone. The specialty here are their blended and layered bowls which offer a huge assortment of customizable creations. This is where you can choose a base (for example, açaí, mango, dragonfruit, etc.) while picking various toppings (nuts, fruits, coconut chips, etc.) and finishing it off with a drizzle of vanilla, chocolate, or anything you might be craving. However, they also offer a vast amount of smoothies, protein shakes, wellness drinks, blended and iced coffee beverages, and even a respectable amount of food. When I say food, this just isn't a couple items; this is more a few dozen food items to choose from. Everything from various sandwiches, burgers, breakfast toasts, bagels, salads, and soups. Since I was craving an actual meal/drink, I went with their "Bánh Mì Sandwich" (priced at $13.95). This sandwich consisted of house Asian sauce, caramelized onions, pickled daikon, carrots, cilantro, mayo, jalapeño, and cucumber. I paired this a refreshingly cold-pressed Calamansi juice (priced at $5.50). I ordered this exclusively on the kiosk and paid for it digitally via-Apple Pay. Within 5-7 minutes, my drink and food was ready for pickup. I am quite picky about my Bánh Mì Sandwiches but for them to substitute this with vegan meat was an absolute win-win for me. The 'meat' was well-seasoned, tender, and packed with flavor while the bread was soft and made to perfection. Even my drink hit the spot on a seasonably warm 94°F day. I thoroughly enjoyed this while dining inside a very clean, sterile, and bright interior while the employees were absolutely friendly and accommodating. With that said and done, I am giving the Arden "RAW Superfood Cafe" a perfect and unanimous five-star rating.
