My friend took me to one and i loved their service, attitude and DRINKS! I'm a huge fan of the Dutch Freeze and my hubby is no coffee drinker...and they have SMOOTHIES!!! EVERY TIME I come here, they get my order wrong! I come from Washington and like getting my white coffee white chocolate, coconut syrup iced americano with breve. They always manage to mess my order up, they will repeat it to me wrong so I'll correct them. We did this SEVEN times! And I left with the wrong drink AGAIN! Stop hiring people without brain cells. This is my PLACE! I'm from Sacramento and have to drive to Grass Valley everyday for work, and I try to stop by this place at least once every week (if I was made of money, I'd stop by here twice a DAY). The coffee and snacks here are the bomb, while the staff is the fuse. They are always friendly and bumpin' to loud tunes as I pull up. Even if you don't get anything caffeinated there, you are sure to get a buzz just from their energy. The choices for their drinks are almost limitless, since you can ask for any drink to be soy, sugar free, extra flavor added, or you ask them to you kick you in the pants by adding even MORE shots of caffeine if you want to boost. I will say, I'm new to ordering their food items, though I'm already hooked on their orange-cranberry muffin tops. Muffin TOPS you guys! You know that crappy lower piece of muffins that you just AHHH want to chuck after you've greedily gobbled up the top... yeah those. Ain't no body got time for those, and neither does Dutch Bro's. I don't think its just the coffee its the peripheral atmosphere of loving a place you work at and sharing this with the customer. I was in wedding hangover mode driving home and was in need of a good wake me up. I saw the Dutch brothers sign and remembered my friend telling me how good their coffee is. I've always wanted to try it but I had never seen an establishment until that moment. I decided to detour off my GPS route and give it a try. Firstly I was greeted by a lovely enthusiastic employee who recommended the cold brew. Of course I went with the recommendation and when I pulled up to the window to pay for the coffee i was greeted by another lovely employee. The experience of ordering the coffee was almost as good as the coffee itself. What a lovely way to start my trip back home. I've been to Dutch Bros. three times and I'll never touch another Starbucks as long as I live. The staff is awesome. Always so friendly and smiling and helpful! It definitely looks like a fun place to work. The only thing I wish was different is the location! It's a tight squeeze into the parking lot if you didn't bring your Fiat or Prius (slight exaggeration). Oh, but it's so worth it. The coffee is great, not the sugared up version that most coffee shops offer. You can actually TASTE the COFFEE in these drinks. I highly recommend the eggnog latte if you're in the mood for holiday drinks, shortly followed by the peppermint one. My favorite regular drink is the Kicker. Ugh, so good. My first taste of the Kicker was the moment I pledged my heart to Dutch Bros. Ah, and the prices. It was $11 for my mom, my sister, and I to get one each of the medium-size holiday drinks. The morale of the crew means the whole experience is not stuffy and boring as it is with certain international corporate competitors. Stopped by in a full car of 7 people on the way back from a mini snow trip in Reno. I don't drink coffee much but I've wanted to try Dutch Bros ever since Elissa Alva vouched for it on IG! My cousin goes to the one next to UC Davis a lot so I kept reading the reviews for that location. Great drinks, awesome workers -- why wouldn't we want to stop by since it was conveniently on our way back to San Jose? We got 6 different drinks (8 in total!) and we loved every single one of them: iced Cocomo, hot Annihilator, iced Chai Latte, iced White Russian, iced Dirty Macchiato, and iced Cookie. Just like that we got 8 stamps on our stamp card! One sip and I was HOOKED. The Annihilator, Chai, White Russian, and Cookie weren't too sweet but of course that depends on your sweetness preference. The Cocomo had just the right amount of coconut, so I was surprised because I thought the coconut flavor would overpower the drink. As we sat in our car waiting for our drinks, the worker who took our order noticed how packed our car was so he asked us how our day was and why our car was so stuffed. I didn't catch his name but he was very personable and genuinely wanted to know what we were up to! It didn't seem forced at all. I peeked inside and saw the workers laughing and happily making our large order so that was nice to see! They seemed to be full of energy, making drinks and singing along to the music. We weren't sure if we were supposed to wrap around the other side of the drive-thru to pick up our drinks so he told us the two windows on opposite sides were just two separate lines. He guessed correctly that this was our first time so after confirming that, he pulled out two more stamp cards and gave us 10 stamps on each to redeem for a free drink! He even asked me to give him the original stamp card so he could fill in the last two stamps! Even though lots of reviews kept saying that most times they'll give you a free drink if you tell them it's your first time, we didn't expect to get anything at all! As you can probably tell, I was very excited. :) So we left with three full stamp cards but I didn't know when we'd get the chance to use them since the closest Dutch Bros is over 1.5 hours away from home. Much to our surprise, as we left to head back on the freeway, we noticed another Dutch Bros on the same main street!!! We just had to stop by to redeem all three free drinks!!! I had read that there's no restriction on your free drink so we ordered all large sizes because why not?? I just wish they'd open a location in the South Bay. Until next time, Dutch Bros.
