Seriously the BEST DUTCH BROS on the west side in AZ! They are always so great and give fabulous recommendations! I have been here 4 times now and EXCELLENT Customer Service! Our first visit they gave us a free drink!!! The location in Goodyear on Estrella is not good! Drinks have been messed up and have NEVER offered suggestions or a free drink! Wife and I closed on a new home in August 2019, and let's just say we are excited for this new Dutch Bros location. We went to their grand opening about an hour ago and the line was long, but the employees worked so efficiently. Also the employees were super fun and nice to everyone. We met a bunch of employees, but we only got 2 names. Juan (introduction and menu) and Korey (window) were super nice and friendly. Also it's amazing that the proceeds are going to the Buckeye School District. We definitely will be back to this location!!! read more

I'm writing this review a bit late but I'm stuck in the house because of "social distancing", and there's not much else to do. In addition, my last interaction with this particular Dutch stuck with me the most. I last went to Dutch this past Monday 3/23/20. Now, I'm very well aware that there's the stereotypical Dutch worker that shoves their head in the car window and harasses you until you tell them how your day has been. Some people just want their drink and to leave. Well if you ask me, those people should go to Starbucks off of Verrado. It's a great place to go to if you want absolutely 0 interaction with the workers. If you want to feel like your drink is made by a mindless robot just go there. Key word is mindless because they mess up on your drink 6/10 times. NOW TIME FOR MY ACTUAL REVIEW! Dutch has always had very nice and friendly workers. Unfortunately, I've sometimes felt that the interactions have been somewhat superficial. That is, until this particular day I went to this Buckeye location. Upon arriving, I was met with their usual line that seemed to go on forever. Once it was my turn to order, I prepared myself for some basic, nonsense interaction. That was far from what I received. Shawn, or Sean (I'm putting both because one has to be right) was great! He was super funny, down to earth and made a regular customer out of me. As someone who is a server at a restaurant I know how important it is to build relationships with customers to keep them coming back and that's exactly what he did. The line moved fairly fast, quicker than the line at Starbucks in Verrado. When I reached the window, I was greeted by a staff that was energetic and seemed like they were genuinely enjoying their time. Even they were really nice and welcoming. I will 110% be returning to this Dutch for all of my smoothie needs. I will be recommending this particular Dutch to anyone who hasn't been there already. read more

I went to get coffe threw the drive thrue when the car in front of me stop in the doorway were the employee entrance is and then 2 employee came out and greeted them no problem the problem came when they took almost 10minutes have a conversation with there friends in the car . When I asked them are they here to socialize or work the employee ran back in I asked to speak to the manager who was so unapologetic just had my order in here hand an said they were talking to a coworker who was off I said fine then why don't she move to the side and let me leave then when she went in to get my refund which by then I wanted I then heard here say to the car In front of me make here wait . I love this Dutch bros! I've always been a Starbucks person honestly, but since buckeye doesn't have a Starbucks drive thru off Watson, and my bf loves Dutch bros, I figured why not? For how long their lines are, they're surprisingly fast! Their coffee is yummy but most importantly, I LOVE their staff! I've gone probably four or five time and their staff has consistently been so pleasant and sweet. It really makes all the differences. Coming from the area where Dutch originated I was excited to see a local chain all the way in Arizona! The long line was a concern, but not the first time I've seen that at a DB stand! Well 40 minutes later I was flabbergasted at how slow this stand was! Sass To my surprise they brought my drink to me while I was 4th from the actual window. Same with the cars behind me. Sadly my freeze was melted, and I still had to wait for the cars in front of me to finish before I could leave. However we live in Arizona where it gets to be 115 and higher please provide your associates will sunblock, a hat or sunshade and a cooler with water so they can stay hydrated. Went here for the first time today.. took about 40 minutes in the drive thru. People who were attending were friendly. MY ONLY CONCERN: during this COVID-19 outbreak I pulled up to the window to get my coffee and no one was wearing gloves. Not that it's essential but the women who gave me my coffee asked if I wanted a straw. I said yes, she reached into the bucket of straws with bare hands (the straws are not wrapped like Starbucks are) and I watched her touch the straw and put it into my drink with her fingers touching the part my mouth would touch. Extremely unsanitary especially in a time like this. Not sure if they should be open for business if employees aren't taking extra precautionary measures to ensure the safety of their costumers. Definitely will not be going back. I also would have said no straw if I knew they were not wrapped. read more

I had the worst dutch bros experience I've ever had today and it's one that's so bad it makes me never want to go back again. To this location I'm not sure I ever will. I ordered the same drink I've been getting for literally years in this state and other states I've lived in and it's always been the same. Today I was handed something not even close, I knew it wasn't right before I even tasted it. The girl at the window said "it for SURE is" and when I reiterated that I always get the same thing and that it's definitely wrong she said "I don't know what to tell you. Take a drink" so I tasted it, it was of course not right, and she said "well sorry." and wouldn't remake it. I can't believe I wasted my money AND TIPPED for her to treat me like this! I just left because I was embarrassed at how she treated me and offended that she would talk to me like I'm just an idiot trying to get a free drink. I just threw it in the trash and went without. My husband and I absolutely love Dutch bro's; our experiences as of late have changed that. Most recently upon being asked to tip we declined as the young ladies attitude from the get go was off putting, she rudely stated "Good thing I am a high school student huh?" We proceeded to pick up our coffee, it wasn't ready which was not a big deal, waited an additional 10 minutes just for them to bring out the wrong drink. I can't leave an awful review because I still love my Dutch like any other typical teen in AZ, but this location is not up to par. The worker will hold on to my drinks and continue to hold me up at the window, I understand making conversations but if my drinks are ready I would like to be free. My order has also been messed up the past 3 times I've gone and when I notify them they just explain to me I am wrong, of course. This Dutch is awesome! I can only have decaf coffee for medical reasons. One time I stopped in before work, the coffee they gave me was not decaf. Total mistake. It happens. Sucked because I couldn't finish it but it wasn't a crisis because I caught it quickly. I went in the next time and asked them to double check or make a note that It has to be decaf. She felt bad that last time it wasn't correct so they gave me a free coffee. This happened one other time. I said something the next time and they gave me another free drink. After that every time I've gone back and ordered my decaf it is now written on the cup to keep the decaf and regular coffee separate. Normally I wouldn't give a place 5 stars for messing up my order. But the fact that they corrected it twice and added a new step by writing decaf of the cup made me realize they take their customer service seriously.
