Finally, a Dutch Bros Coffee closer to my home. I stopped by today for they're Grand Opening I've been waiting for this location to open and it was definitely the worth the wait. We arrive and it is a complete cluster if you choose to take the drive thru route today. It's much easier to just go inside as you will get your order taken faster and receive your drink faster than drive thru. The time does pass pretty quick since they are playing so really good jams while you wait. They staff since really upbeat probably full of energy from coffee, they are passing out gifts and posting all the action on social media. If you bring your youngsters they are hooking them up with a little something extra! Dutch Bros Love the kids! I decide to order a Caramelizer and Strawberry smoothie since Strawberry is the only flavor they have today and both were quite refreshing. I normally like making my Coffee at home, but Dutch Bros is on point and way better than your major chain coffee joints. read more

Originally posted because I waited 35 minutes for a coffee and was trapped between two cars and a cement barrier- so I couldn't leave. But I guess my review was flagged because it was not thorough enough. So here we go again; I will never visit this store now for 2 reasons: 1. The wait for a coffee is ridiculous. No one should wait 35 minutes; or at least at minimum should've be told how long the wait could be and give an option to leave- not be trapped. 2. Apparently my first post which was very light hearted and on the fence of satire was too much and had to be removed. Instead of addressing the issue by asking ME directly; my post gets flagged... This is one customer that will never ever EVER come back, and I will continue telling people of my experience at this location strictly to spread word, and out of spite. My daughter came up from Los Angeles. She loves this place. Every time we come...the staff is so energized. They try to get to know you like asking about your day. If you are not sure what kind of drink you want..they can help you...all their drinks are online too and it describes what is in it. The large..is very large. The medium is like starbucks venti. You for sure get your money's worth. I love going here. When you order a drink that is chocolate..they use chocolate milk. It makes the drinks a little sweet...so make a note of that if you are like me as and dont like real sweet drinks. They will also give you a stamp card...every 10th drink free. This location is a drive through and a walk in. It is very fast getting your drink. They make every effort to get you in and out in a timely fashion without forgetting the quality of your drink... They are becoming way too chatty!! You're in line much longer than you need to be and the way the drive up lines are set up needs improvement. There could be a long line in one lane and another car pulls up into the empty lane and receives assistance before the customers who were waiting in line prior. They really need to STOP holding 5 min conversations at the pickup window.. read more

I definitely like the location and drive through layout which makes it super easy to get in and out and rotate into a good position. This keeps things safe and convenient. Ordered a mango smoothie to give it a try since I'm not usually a fan of the caffeine or blended fruity drinks here and after about 40 minutes my smoothie began to separate between a clear liquid and mango powder? This location sucks. The people who take your orders really have no idea what's "first come first serve" means. Because they have two lines that turns into one. There's no etiquette on who's next. They just go to anyone. I was waiting for about 10 mins in one line, another car pulled up into the second lane and the girl who was taking the order in front of me just goes to that car who just pulled up and takes their order. Wtf. I was already waiting for 10 mins and she just skips me. This is stupid. You need to train your people if they don't know who is next. This Dutch bros Near the el dorado savings bank on winding way opens as early as five am which is when I like to go. The drive thru is super easy, there's also a walk in option if you wish. I typically order a 911 (6 shots of espresso) with coconut milk and no whip (vegans pay attention) and a pupaccino. This usually comes to five bucks before tip, enjoy! read more

There is hardly ever a line... it's like my own secret little Dutch Bros. And luckily for me, it is closer than the other locations. Even when there is a line, it moves pretty quick. They did not say hello when I came to the window, they talked about drinking and partying together for someone's birthday and began cussing with my kids in the car. Visiting from Los Angeles, we heard about this place and decided to give it a shot. We simply pulled up in the drive thru and were provided excellent service by Garrett. He was awesome. He let us know what they offered and explained the different options. My wife and I wound up ordering a large... which, unlike Starbucks, is a really... big.... "large". I left with a caramel frap (8 espresso shots lol, vacay!) And my wife ordered a... snickers frap? Haha, it was glorious! This is by far one of my absolute favorite coffee stops in all of Sacramento! The place is more of a drive-thru base, though there is an option to walk up and receive service. they are usually very crowded but that's because they are so great! My suggestion would be to put on your patience cap and get ready to enjoy a worth waiting beverage! The staff is always sweet and welcoming. There have been countless of times I've asked for assistance and the staff has always suggested awesome choices! This round I ordered the 911. It is highly caffeinated but it gives that boost needed on occasion. Because I'm more of a sweet flavor type of person when I purchase coffee, the staff suggested added in more of the Irish coffee. I assumed the person out front with the tablet was a courtesy like Inn and Out when the line is very long. I assumed that an order could still be placed at the window if there was no line. I can tell you that the Dutch Bros. location on Madison and San Juan allows orders from the window. I have ordered from the window there on more than one occasion. read more

I'm not going to give it for five stars because I'm very picky about my coffee's but let me just say that Dutch brothers the fleck is the best coffee I have Had it's absolutely delicious and I think even though I'm pregnant and the baby doesn't like coffee I'm going to force-feed it because I have been craving it it is so good and yeah I got nothing bad about dutch brothers I truly enjoy the beverages I think they are a lot stronger and better quality than Starbucks but the only thing I usually get at Starbucks is there Chai lattes anyway. I havent been here for over a month and decided to go see what's new on the menu...I'm headed into the drive thru with my dog in the back since we came from an hour in the dog park so of course I also my to treat him. They are not super rude, but they are very short and make you feel rushed to order. Drinks are made with good care, and my orders are always right.
