What can I say about this little, blue building? It is the coffee stand I frequent on my drive to work, and though I couldn't tell you their names, I've come to appreciate several of the baristas there. Funny enough, I doubt they know my name, but a few of them know my dog is Tucker. Any of them reading this probably know who's writing it now. Particularly the sweet girl who makes his puppuccino with crumbled dog treats on it. He may not care, but this touch makes me smile. On days when I pull up and say, "I don't know what I want," the baristas who know me make recommendations, and they have a 99.9% hit rate with that! Usually love Dutch Bros but stopped by last night at about 9PM and there was some monkey business going on. Two cars were ahead of me, one driver of the car kept leaving his car and going in the building for ten seconds then going back into his car and then he would go up to the car at the window and talk for a few seconds and go back to his car....it looked weird. The employee inside kept talking to the car at the window and the driver of the other car, while not making drinks or doing a thing. I know he saw us though because we were in a truck that was much higher than the two cars ahead of us. I went to this Dutch Bros on Easter on my way out of town and got my first golden eagle of my life. I'm saddened to say that this is my first one ever and I'm mad at myself for never getting one before. I'm the person who generally makes a ton of modifications to my drink but I thought if this is one of their most popular drinks I'm going to get it exactly how it's served and see how it is before I modify it and boy I'm glad I trusted my gut. It was so good I wish I would've gotten a bigger size. The gentlemen working, it was an all male staff that day, were so sweet and kind to me no matter the fact that there was 15 cars in line and they had so much energy. I gave them a $5 tip which was about the cost of my drink because it was a holiday and they had such a great attitude. I came from the Seattle area and we do not have a Dutch Bros over here near me. I wish there was. To the owner of this stand... ROCK ON! You have an incredible staff!! I was there at 11:30am on Easter so you can track who was working. They KILLED IT. read more

Wow on all fronts! This was my first time... and I deeply regret the years I've spent here and not stopped in! Lightning fast - I couldn't believe it! I was 6th in line and didn't even spend 5 mins waiting. A super friendly worker came out on a tablet and that really expedited the line! Delicious, so delicious! So usually i love dutch bros, the service is always great, and drinks are sooo good. But the last couple of times i've gone there the baristas have been so utterly rude it astonished me, me and my friend felt quite literally bullied by both the baristas working in there for asking for a hot drink as a cold drink which isn't hard, and definitely something that gets asked often but the barista seemed upset by the question so i told her nevermind and asked for a different drink instead and she told me no 3 times and said she'll make it so i gave up on ordering something different, but right after she insisted on making the drink she started complaining about ringing it up for a solid 5 minutes straight to my face, asked ME how she should put it in twice to which i ignored cus wtf, and then showed her coworker and laughed blatantly at us for ordering it. I'm very genuinely suprised by that experience, ive worked in the service industry 3 years and never once have I ever even thought to treat a customer like that or have been treated like that by any waitress or barista it actually is so mind boggling and i'm very disappointed read more

We were on our way to visit our daughter ( who loves Dutch Bros.) at the University of Montana. This was the closest Dutch Bros. to Missoula. We brought a cooler to keep it cold. When we explained why we needed is for the cooler, she put the drink on the house, gave her to free cans of Rebel and made sure her drink was properly iced and would not budge. Went for morning coffee with some friends and the wife. Terrible white Angels. Ordered two and both tasted like hot milk, has absolutely no flavor and hardly sweet. My wife ordered an iced Carmelizer which tasted great. The issue is the lid they put on the cup does not fit properly, the drink leaks and the lid pops off. Not entirely sure how the staff missed that. read more

I LOVE their staff! They greet me EVERY TIME--IMMEDIATELY when I pull through. They are very personable, ask me how my day is going or what I'm up to. Every employee always has a smile on their face. They let me try my drink before I head off and have given me a double stamp when I was almost charged the wrong amount. I normally order an Americano which I think is a GREAT price. I love when I pull away and hear almost everyone in the stand say "Have a good day" or "Thank you". There are barely any places anymore with this great of service. I seriously love you guys! I love Dutch Bro's. I love the sugary goodness of the carmilizer and the rest of their caffeinated drinks. But above all I love the staff. I have been to my fair share of DB locations but this is by far my favorite one to visit. Everyone is so friendly. They are so nice and they always remember me. It's an alright place, I don't go very often to Dutch bros because of the price and I just don't see the value in what they offer compared to other stands but it's not location specific just Dutch bros in general, I will say that the crew that works there makes you feel a bit awkward when acting like babbling hyper teenagers. I am by no means old either but when three guys are crowded around the window talking at the same time when you ask a question or they clearly aren't paying attention it's a bit perturbing. read more

I'm so disappointed by the service at this location. We recently moved here from Spokane, and I have such a great relationship with my baristas at my old Dutch Bros I was hoping to be able to develop the same relationships here. Sadly after several attempts to force myself into liking this location in CDA, I've given up and am now going to a new local coffee stand. They're lacking in energy, and the last time I went they made my drink with coconut milk instead of almond. I miss my old Dutch Bros and am so sad to have to go elsewhere for my morning coffee and pick me up. read more
