Meh. Same old coffee as anywhere for almost $6, then they ask for a tip. That bugs me, let me decide to tip (which I often do even at drive thru coffee) without being asked. That only makes me not want to tip (which I did anyway from guilt) but not come back at all. Bad business practice IMO. read more

This was probably the slowest Dutch bros I have been to. The line was busy so we went to the walk up window where there was no one in line and it took 20 minutes to get our order. We should have just stayed in the 30 car line that was in the drive through! There were several people just standing around...thank goodness it was delicious! read more

Anyone that goes to Dutch Bros is used to long lines. This location was really slow. Waited 45 minutes with only 15 cars ahead of us. Ordered a latte with eggnog, it was just pure eggnog with no coffee. Hope they work out the kinks at this location. read more

This location is agonizingly slow EVERY time. I have no idea why. Normally at other locations the wait is 5 minutes or a little over. The past 4 times I've been to this location I have waited in line for at least 15 minutes, sometimes 20+. It just seems excessive, unless every single car in front of me ordered 4 drinks each.. plus the 2 lanes that merge at this location are super confusing and only marked by cones. I love Dutch, but avoid this location unless you have 30 minutes to spare. read more

I love Dutch with my whole heart! But every other location seems to run much smoother, faster etc. I went in the middle of the day and waited 40 minutes in the drive thru line for one drink and it was 90% ice 10% drink. Then my friend went through the next day and she waited over 35 minutes as well. Love that it's so close but just go to another coffee shop if you're in Draper! read more

The drinks are great, but way overpriced. The long lines are one thing, but who asks for a tip? I think it's so tacking and annoying. I don't know of any other business that even suggests leaving a tip. I mean it's coffee. Dump that part and I'll happily return. read more

Dutch is an experience, not just a coffee shop. If you want coffee without waiting in line, make it at home(: if you want coffee made with love come to Dutch. Always great drinks, and if they make a mistake, as humans do, they are happy to fix it for you. read more

The customer service here is superior! I am not a coffee drinker and while reading the online menu I didn't see coffee ingredients in the drink I wanted. I ordered it but went back around to pay for another one (w/o Coffee) and they were really nice about it and gave it to me for free! read more

Great coffee but incredibly slow line, I'm usually waiting half an hour plus for what doesn't look like very many cars. After about 20 minutes waiting they opened a second line and people behind me who had just gotten there flew on through and she took their orders first. Lame. read more

This location is SO SLOW. I went in Saturday evening and as always planned at minimum 15 minutes to get a coffee from this location, Saturday I had 20 minutes. I usually use the walk up so I walked up ordered my coffee and was told "give us a few minutes" which I know usually means 10-15. While waiting I saw only a few cars gets drinks in the drive through, staff goofing around and definitely not working hard at all. Yes, they were busy ish, but I have seen much worse. No one seemed to have any urgency and was more focused on singing, talking, and not making coffee. Another gentleman got out of his car and told me he had been waiting over 20 minutes for one drink and was still told it's a few drinks away. I waited a few more minutes, no coffee and finally talked to an employee. I told them how waiting this long is a little ridiculous when told the wait would be a few minutes. I got a very uncaring response telling me the walk up is no different than using the drive through. Which has NEVER been the case before. Plus, be honest about wait times if it will be 30 minutes for a drink, tell us before we pay and order because I would have left. I honestly don't understand with the number of people working how it took almost minutes to get a drink from a grumpy employee. TERRIBLE drive thru service. They have a sign that says "pick the shortest line". Ok, we did. Then the line behind us started to fill up because the girl taking the order was talking for a very long time to the car in front of us. Well, after waiting for over 15min patiently waiting our turn, we should have been next in line.. a car comes through the left lane literally cutting past 6 cars and she takes them first! When we complained, the girl taking orders goes "oh, the sign said to pick the shortest lane" Are you kidding me?! We had picked the shortest line originally! This guy just cut through! What kind of broken customer service is this? She had seen that we had gotten there first and had been waiting a long time. She saw that there was a bunch of cars behind us and that this guy just cut everyone. Like come on, it's pretty common sense on who should get first priority. I like the coffee but will definitely not be returning with how that situation was handled. read more

The service did not live up to the expectations. I am from AZ and go to multiple Dutch Bro's all the time and the service here in UT is not the same. I told some new people about Dutch because love their drinks and service is normally 10/10, but nobody was happy with their service tonight! There were no menus and when we asked for some recommendations he gave us one recommendation and told us to just google the menu instead......all we wanted was more than one recommendation?! We also sat in the drive-thru for about 5 minutes (which is not long for Dutch, but when there are only two cars in the drive thru‍).I ended up giving my recommendations and we all enjoyed the drinks but don't think the service at this Dutch is the best like the rest of them.... Maybe try another location if you want the full experience! Don't think I or the people I introduced to Dutch will be back to this location. read more
