The coffee is great because Dutch Bros is fantastic. However, this location has been very slow because of the chatty Kathy girl in the drive thru. Whenever we pull up after 15 minutes in line, multiple ready orders are sitting next to her and she can be seen actively engaged in lengthy conversation with customers ahead. She's sweet and all, but some people have to get to work on time, so maybe the other location would be best for those in a hurry. read more

Yesterday, we let the order taker know we would be separate and five people would be ordering drinks. Informed that only two orders could be placed separately. It was a rule. Told we should go the walk up window in the future for separate orders. We were taken back by this as we have always order separately at this location for last year or so. At the window when asked about the rule: get this ----" Its a corporate policy." The two females I spoke were unpleasant about being questioned regarding the "THE RULE". Really! As a result only one drink was ordered the franchise owner didn't loose much just the cost of four drinks. read more

Came here expecting to get our drinks in under 20 minutes, ended up waiting here watching about 7 employees shotgunning rebels! There was literally 20 vehicles in line and they're just all standing around around laughing. This is absolutely ridiculous service! Do better you guys, won't ever be back to this location read more

Sooooo slow. When I arrived yesterday, I was the 5th car. It took nearly 30 minutes to get my drink and on with my day. There was no respect for our time. I'm going to stick with Starbucks even if I have to drive a little further. read more

Great coffee shop however can only drive thru so not a sit down but that is perfect when passing through town. Servers super friendly and this is based on going twice on same day, once in morning and then again in the afternoon. Had a bit of wait in afternoon but line moved quickly. They have over 60 different options/ flavors that can be made into different drinks ranging from mochas, smoothies, hot, iced, and even like a milkshake. My only complaint is they have got me hooked but do not have a location in Texas yet. Oh and make sure to ask for a punch card because you will get to that 10th drink quickly. read more
