I frequently visit Dutch Bros in Folsom and, overall, the service is quite good. The staff at the drive-thru window are always friendly and talkative, which makes for a pleasant experience. However, I've encountered a few issues with the quality of the drinks. On several occasions, my drinks have been poorly made. One particular incident stands out: I noticed a comment on my receipt that said "Bad Drink," and unfortunately, by the time I got home, my drink had no sweetener and was essentially undrinkable. This was quite disappointing. Additionally, I find it awkward that the payment machines prompt for a tip while the staff is standing right there. It feels a bit uncomfortable and pressured. Despite these issues, I continue to visit because of the generally friendly service. I hope they can improve the consistency of their drink quality to match their great customer service. read more

Instead of listening to our concerns, we felt blamed for the interaction. There seemed to be little accountability or willingness to address the service problem. In addition, the drink quality at this location has been inconsistent. Several times the iced mochas were mostly filled with ice, which made the drinks feel watered down and not worth the price. It is unfortunate because we like Dutch Bros as a brand, but visiting this particular location has become frustrating enough that we now avoid it. We hope management takes customer feedback seriously and improves both service professionalism and drink consistency.
