I love Dutch Bros so it sucks to have to write this review. I was met by the lady outside my car to take my order. I asked her if I could give her a phone number for the Dutch Bros account and she said she was sorry but they can't. This is the first time they have never been able to take my phone number. So if it is a new policy than that policy sucks. If it's just because the employee didn't want to put it in herself then she needs to be retrained or evaluated. Then I get to the window and my cupholders were full so I asked if I could hand her one of my empty cups to throw in their garbage. She said she can't do that. That's a bummer. I didn't think I was asking too much. And I tipped them $2 for the drinks. Kind of wish I didn't waste that two dollars. read more

I am a big fan of Dutch Bros, I used to live in Oregon and I'm delighted whenever I see one. I stopped here before driving back to the bay area. I ordered the following; iced Christmas morning chai, raspberry lemonade, and a lemon cranberry muffin top. Iced Christmas morning chai - This drink is my absolute favorite, just enough sweetness from the white chocolate and it complements the chai. Raspberry lemonade - This was my sister's drink, she drank it up fast. It's great for hot temperatures. Lemon cranberry muffin top -I saved this to give to my Mom back home as she loves the muffin tops. They're great when you heat them in the microwave for 10 seconds! Overall, great and friendly service. The line was a little long when I went but it also went by fast. It's nice to see everybody quite upbeat during the time we're in. I also forgot how big the sizes are here, I ordered a medium for my chai and it looked like a large. Perfect for the long drive home! I'll be back when passing through the area. read more

I have never been so disappointed by a Dutch Bros in my entire life. Usually you are greeted by friendly staff who are excited at their jobs and welcoming, however tonight I did not experience that at all. Although I can understand frustrations when you order more than 3 drinks (I ordered 7) I made it clear I was ordering for my co-workers and apologized although there was nobody else in line. As I started to order I asked if BEVIN, (the girl) preferred if I read the order or let her read it because I had it written down. She asked me to read it and as I started she said "yeah I'm going to stop you right there. Never order like that again." I was super confused because I had l asked for a Capri sun rebel but with raz instead of cherry since they don't have any. She told me that I need to know the order because new hires aren't going to know what it is when there's no longer a button. I believe that there are way better ways for her to have addressed and started that conversation rather than taking an attitude and barking at me that I should never order like that again. Then she kept running back-and-forth from the inside to the outside and finally we pulled forward and someone else took our order and got frustrated when we didn't tip it and was talking about us to the other employees. I'm sorry, but after being spoken to like that I don't believe there should be a tip. As someone who works in customer service as a teenager I understand when people get upset with you and having frustration sometimes but that was completely unexpected and unacceptable and I will no longer be going to this Dutch Bros. Also when I had asked for the girls name I had to explain that she was rude in order to get it from her because she refused to give it to me. Updated: half of the drinks were incorrect anyways. I am extremely disappointed by my service and I just hope that this girl does not treat any other customers like that ever again. read more

I love love love this place! I am so thankful that they have a newer location in a Folsom now! It's a great and friendly addition to the city. The service is super, above and beyond! Everyone serving me is always very nice and helpful. Plus the coffee is always spot on. I've never had a bad experience here, the coffee taste is never (burnt) or overdone tasting. It's always a tasty, creamy brew- the way coffee should be! Currently they have a seasonal menu. That's a really fun perk. I indulged recently and got a pumpkin spice cold brew. Phenomenal! I totally suggest it. Any of their signatures, like the iced white chocolate latte or their 9-1-1, is also a go to! The price is fair. And the sizes are very generous. The medium is a large! After only 5 visits, three of which were for our children, we won't be returning to this location. Yesterday we went at 5:15 pm and they were closed! There were SIX people inside, but they said they didn't have enough employees to make beverages. They closed early the night before, too. Does corporate allow this? Besides that, the coffee is weak - are they shots of Americano??? We might try a different location, but not likely. The kids can have their fad, I'll save my money and keep making espresso at home for pennies a shot. My husband and I are originally from gilroy near San Jose and i had only been to Dutch bro's once in Oregon and loved it. While visiting the Sacramento area on our way to apple hill in Placerville I remembered the area had Dutch bro's so we stopped here on our way and the staff was super friendly and outgoing even though they were super busy and it was so hot outside already. I come to this location frequently and they have the best staff. They do a great job keeping the line moving and keeping the guests happy. They often have music playing and have such a upbeat and positive work environment. I have no complaints!!! Also, Brendon specifically was super helpful, kind, and friendly as well as their manager who I spoke to for a moment. I noticed many reviews mentioned the fact that they stopped stamping cards for free beverages. I appreciate the extreme safety precautions this facility is taking in keeping us safe. It is slightly disappointing to not get every 11th drink free but I am satisfied with their decision to temporarily suspend stamp cards because I know they are simply prioritizing mine and all the other guests safety. Yeah yeah yeah the line is long - it moves pretty quick usually. It's worth it! They do a great job making coffee! My only problem with this location is that zero times have I been able to get a sticker. ZERO. Any other location and I can get one each month. To begin, Dutch Bros. Folsom advertises as a 24 hour stand. My friend and I had got to the stand at around 11:30 at night. After a couple minutes a broista had popped his head out the window and had told us they were closed for the night. As we were asking him what other stands might be open, he cut us off and just told us to leave. My friend and I were both in shock about his attitude and rude tone. Before we left he tried to patch things up by giving us only one stamp card. He made it sound like he was going to comp us *both* but he just wrote "DB Folsom Loves You" on the stamp card. He then told us to leave again with attitude. After that my friend and I had went to DB Sac and they apologized for Folsom's behavior. It's a shame when a different stand has to take responsibility for another's attitude problem. read more

I come to this location every morning for coffee. The one barista with redish hair always gives me really bad attitude and messes up my drinks. Today, for example, I ordered the same thing I order EVERY. SINGLE. DAY. 2 large picture perfect 911's and 1 large strawberry/peach/pineapple/raspberry rebel. She looks at the iPad, grabs a large cup, then grabs a medium cup, and makes my drink (the rebel) medium. After repeating to me that it was large. This happens nearly everyday. Whether it be the size or her making my blended drink iced. No other barista seems to have this issue. Very poor customer service, and I wish I had her name.
