Starbucks on figarden loop. I ordered a frap with one shot. Frap tasted like the manager is running the coffee filter over water. Little coffee flavor. Because I couldn't hear anyone at the speaker to make an order I drove up to the window and let them know I was unable to place an order can I just place an order with her at the drive-through window the employee told me that I had to drive back around in line to make an order. So I have been checking into this location the past few days and then I noticed my initial review from 5 years ago is gone! I have been coming here the past 5 years and this location has been here a good 7-8 years. I find it hard to believe there is only 1 review in the past 8 months. So I guess either the business deleted the original business page because all the other Starbucks in the area are "claimed". Anywhoo... Great location on the corner of Shaw and West in the ALDI shopping center. I decided to stop by on my way home for work to update some photos since there aren't many on the page. This location has a drive-thru although I have to admit I have never used it. I have always gone inside. The clerk that rang me up was friendly and greeted me immediately. I ordered a grande Chai Latte that was $4.75. My drink was made within 3-4 minutes. There was no one waiting for a drink before me and no one after me. However; there were several cars in the drive-thru. There is patio seating with several umbrellas covering the tables. There were 2 people seated inside working on laptops. In my original review 5 years ago, I came here nearly every day for a month to study for my board exams. I would buy a drink and sit down at one of the small round tables for 2-3 hours studying. This location has always been really clean, organized and the staff is helpful. Today a homeless man entered and asked for some water. They did not even protest, they just said okay and gave him a cup of water. They treat everyone with respect here! read more

Drive-thru! Getting breakfast for tomorrow 9/4/22. Long line. Moved at a slow pace. One tall Americana with nonfat milk and a grande Pikes coffee with nonfat milk along with a pumpkin muffin ordered. They were out of feta wraps. The worker was kind. It took a really REALLY long time! They were busy and at least the worker was nice. Wished a good day at checkout! Sunday has arrived! Got everything ready per usual. The pumpkin muffin half was delicious! Fresh and flavorful! Really good coffee too! I'm sure mother will feel the same when she wakes up to have it. Dang, I don't usually do reviews for big chain places but I just had to for a heads up on this specific location. Staff is always sooooo nice at the window, I've only done drive thru here, BUT never go in a hurry because specifically the drive thru is sooooo sllllllllllow. I work nearby so I'm here pretty often and have always been in line for at least 10 min with just a few cars in front of me. Granted, it has always been morning or lunch time and who knows maybe I just always get caught behind a slowpoke, complicated order, who knows but it's never fun when you're starting to get hangry... I'm only going to be doing pick up orders from now on, which I should have learned my lesson and started this a while back... Again, I just want to add this is the only down side I've experienced at this location and really am just writing about it as a heads up because seriously everything else is great. This review is only for Shaw/West ave location ....sounds pettie but says something about location ....went through dive up I paid w/cash/ the cashier dropped a penny told me I was short and waited for me to pay another penny ...he demonstrated No personality got the order wrong and then told me something I ordered wasn't available even though when I ordered was told item was available .... If wanting Starbucks I suggest Blackstone/Barstow location No matter the time of day the servers are pleasant polite seem to enjoy their job and their customers read more

Use your app and it all goes quickly. The drive-thru line is very long, as is typical with Starbucks. Service is quick and efficient, again as you would expect with Starbucks. The location is convenient, on the northwest corner of Shaw and West, driveway entries from both streets make for easy entry and exit. This place may get hectic by the beginning of 2021 as the Aldi grocery store is slated to open right behind this popular spot. read more

This particular location on West Shaw doesn't report the homeless encampments just West of their drive through. It's super smelly and filthy. I guess this Starbucks doesn't care about their customers. My friends and family go elsewhere now. read more

I'm not sure why I try to give this particular Starbucks a chance, more times than not it's a disappointment. From the lobby being closed, drive thru closed, insane wait times. This has been an issue for almost a decade now, I can't believe Starbucks allows this type of service. I frequent Starbucks often and this one just doesn't get better. I literally go down the street most of the time and goto the Starbucks In figarden even though it doesn't have a drive thru. I know the service will be on point and the drink will be quality. This Starbucks is by far the slowest and worst Starbucks in Fresno! We ordered 2 Chai Tea Lattes and they were terrible. Tasted like hot water with a splash of Chai. After waiting in the drive thru for more than 15 minutes with only 4 cars in front of us, it was absolutely disappointing! I'd have gone back in with them if I wasn't already annoyed, didn't want to have to wait another 15 minutes for them to figure out what to do and remake them. DO NOT GOT TO THIS LOCATION!! read more

Nothing but bad things about this Starbucks, the manager is very unprofessional and most of the workers follow his lead (just bad) . I know how these places should and could run and disorganized is a problem from the start. Learn how to deal with your customers and no matter how bad the customer treats you , always show them respect. Making me wait for my order that I placed from my driveway atleast 6 minutes before getting there then waiting in drive thru for a few more to be told to pull up front so they can help the next car ... really ?? is the only place I've experienced this from a Starbucks. Will go to milburn from now on they know me and show the care . FYI over filling the drink, then pouring out from the cup after the most expensive part of the drink is layered at the top of a macchiato (5 shots), put the shot back that you poured out or remake it properly.$7.50 plus $1 tip is a lot to be wasting what I expected to get. went to get a vanilla sweet cream cold brew with extra sweet cream. They didn't add the extra sweet cream could tell by the color and then read the tag and was right. asked nicely for the extra sweet cream willing to pay the extra even tho already charged. The girl said she would have to ask her manager. Then very rude said no! there's sweet cream in the drink already and it's already made and refused the extra cream. When I called to complain they didn't even offer to fix my drink. I had to throw it away because it was not what I wanted. I don't understand why she was on a power trip and refusing to sell me extra sweet cream even tho it was what I ordered. I've have never had this happen at other Starbucks. We'll first off lets just say this location always seems short staffed, but even so I have received great customer service. With such a diverse group of people the,morning and mid day shifts really make my day. Forgive me if I dont know all their names,but to name a few Ivet always seems to be on top of her game greeting me with a smile and conversation. Anthony always seems to be in a cheerful mood and knows my drink by heart. The morning gal with red hair may always look busy but can make my latte like no other. They. Are. AWESOME!!!! I come to this Starbucks almost everyday and order my standard Venti 8 shot soy cappuccino... yes, I said "EIGHT SHOT". The staff is friendly, AND have fun with their customers (see the image below - LOL - this totally made my night). This is my favorite, local Starbucks store by a mile. The baristas are always super friendly, they work quickly during the rushes to get your items out in a hurry, yet they still take the time for good customer service. This store also frequently has a really great selection of gift items and cups in stock, so if you're looking for a specific mug or tumbler, they might be a best bet. This store also seems to always be finding ways to support local charities whether it's through collecting donations for those in need or providing coffee travelers for free to local schools for children's events (requests need to be made in advance, ask a manager during a non-rush time). I don't usually write reviews but this was something I just needed to express about this specific Starbucks. Not only is the team hard-working but you can tell that they truly love to be in place they are in. Everyone's laughing and having smiling faces and this is truly some of the best customer service I've ever had at a Starbucks. Most importantly I wanted to give a shout out to the two baristas on the floor who definitely made my day that much brighter. I didn't catch both their names but one was a man with curly hair and the other was a young girl with blonde streaks in her hair. My drink was made wrong and she went above and beyond to remake it, whilst taking orders on drive thru, and while helping out her team alongside her. Friendly staff, went in because the drive thru lines was jammed packed but I'm glad I went inside to get the full experience. The staff greeted me with hospitality and one of them was even a sports fan, Go BEARS! and Eagles are okay as well. Went when they were not busy. They got my order correct and I left happy. My order: I ordered a iced venti green latte nonfat no swtner and a Thai chicken salad wrap for lunch. They were fast n efficient so no complaints there. Taste: my latte was jus right. The Thai salad was delicious and well it's less than 500 calories with over 50g of protein so that was a plus for me. Hi, I'm the Misty Milan F. Was ragging on in a yelp review-unfortunately that's not what happened at all and I'm laughing because it's hilarious what she just made up! (They were all new baristas, a week on the job and yes it was my job to ask them if they needed help, my shift was over. And I stayed to help AND the lady left without her sandwiches because she ordered and continued to drive through- didn't pay didn't say anything just left) ANYWAYS about a year and half out of the company, there is new management here and THEY ARE AMAZING!
