I love Dutch already but this location is always great with drinks and service!! I wanted to leave a review today specifically because I ordered my usual, got home 10 minutes later, and dropped my drink in the street. I went back to order another and they were so kind to replace it for free though I would have happily paid another $6. First time at this location. Just had a bunch at a restaurant near by and I wanted to pick up my free birthday drink. I haven't had Dutch in a while but they never disappoint. It was a Saturday afternoon I was so happy to see the line wasn't long per usual. I ordered a large annihilator. The portion sizes here are different, I feel they are larger than your average large at other coffee chains, which is best! And they always make delicious iced coffee (never tried their hot). This is my neighborhood and I'm just disgusted today at the the trash thrown in the sidewalk and not just one little cup (even though that's bad) but there were like 20 cups just thrown on the sidewalk. What's even more upsetting is that this is right outside of Dutch Brothers so one of their employees could have/should have picked up the trash. I realize that a bunch of punks probably did this, but this is right outside Dutch Brothers, and that made the neighborhood look like trash. Did you know if you are waiting in line for Benaddiction Restaurant, you can get Dutch and they let you bring it in the restaurant! We waited for our name to be called and I asked a server if we can get Dutch can we bring it back. She said, "ABSOLUTELY"! This is rare so I highly recommend doing this. This was hands-down the slowest Dutch Bros I've ever been to. I could have brewed my own coffee at home, driven across town, and still gotten back before they even handed me my drink. The line barely moved, the employees looked like they were moving in slow motion, and when I finally did get my order it wasn't even right. I love this place. Staff are so friendly and always so energetic. I introduced this place to my daughter and now she is obsessed with their drinks. Every time when we have to run errands she will ask if we can make a quick Dutch run. The lines are usually long if you are in the drive thru. But, staff are usually pretty quick. Most of the time we go to the walk up window. Staff always strike up a conversation with us. We always feel very welcomed. Definitely worth the hype. At 11 am on a Saturday morning, there was a big line for drive thru so I decided to go to their walk up window. They were pretty quick as we watched the drive thru line dwindle and took care of the people who were also waiting outside the window. It was my first time trying them and ordered a medium cinnamon and oat milk latte iced which cost about $5-6. Super delicious and would definitely recommend if you've got the time to wait. read more

Giving this Dutch Bros 5 stars based on service. I personally think Dutch Bros' Coffee is far too sweet, but my boyfriend really likes it. Went in today to get a white chocolate ice blended mocha, which was $4.48. Instead of charging me $4.48, the cashier accidentally charged us $0.48. We told her to run our card again, but she insisted it was her mistake and that we would only be charged less than 50 cents for the drink. When they called our order, we noticed they had made a hot white chocolate mocha instead of it iced. We mentioned that we had wanted it iced and they told us to keep the hot one, and they would make us an iced mocha right away. Also, we have 2 dogs, and they gave both of them a puppachino. Love me some Dutch brothers! The lines is usually pretty long but they always have 1-2 runners so you never really have to wait that long. I'd almost say that they are too efficient because they usually come to my window before I can even think of what to order. Look up the menu and secret menu online before so you are not out on the spot but if you aren't sure what to get the bro-istas will always give you good recommendations based on what flavors you like. Lots of ways to customize your drinks here with almost every kind of milk and cream and soooo many flavored syrups that you will never get bored. My favorite drinks are the tigers blood rebel, German chocolate, Golden eagle or a Carmel nog. I also love coconut black iced tea and vanilla Italian cream sodas. Oh and do yourself a favor and get yourself one of their insulated bottles they are freakin' amazing! They will keep your hot drink hot all day and your blended drink will literally still be icy 10hrs later! Plus when you buy one they will fill it up with your choice of beverage for free or give you a card to redeem on your next visit. Each time you bring your bottle in to fill up you get a discount on your drink too. Only grip is that they do not have a full menu listed, at least list out the syrup flavors, so you need to look online or ask. After having bad luck at another Dutch bro's location I decided to stop here. I ordered the same drink I did previously. The pumpkin pie breve iced but this time I asked them to make it extra sweet. I got another drink as well, a cold brew cookie with caramel. The cashier was really friendly and helpful. I got my drinks and drove off. I tried the pumpkin breve and again it tasted like pure milk. Even though I had requested it to be extra sweet it wasn't sweet at all. I couldn't taste any pumpkin flavors either. I thought about driving back so they could fix it but decided not to because it was out of my way. I hate to say it but I think I'm done with Dutch Bros. read more

We turned to Yelp for highly rated coffee in town, and saw that Dunn Bros had great reviews. Yelp nailed it again! If you are the type that loves the art of coffee and the perfect espresso shot, this is not the place for you, as a purist. But if you basically want your coffee in the form of dessert (think: McDonald's frappe) then you're all set at Dutch Bros. There's no inside seating here - you park and walk up to a window, and wait for your order to come out in the heat of the valley... at least that's what we did in August. I always seem to have a problem with this location. My orders are never made right, and what sucks the most is that most of the time, I can't even drink it... I am allergic to milk, and every time I seem to get my drink, it tastes like milk was added instead of the other alternatives they have.... you can seriously hurt someone this way. I have dumped my drinks more than actually drinking it. And the last time I came, which was last week, my order was completely wrong, my wife's order was wrong as well, we ordered her a medium and she got a small, I got what was supoosed to be a oat milk sweet drink which tasted like raw milk and black coffee.
