If I good give zero stores I would. This has to be the absolute worst Dutch in Gilbert. This is the only location that I have continued issues with. They don't care about your quality of your beverage and they don't even care to have correct information when you're ordering. I continue to give them opportunities to prove that they're better and every time I go, I am once again disappointed and regretful of spending my money at this location. I worked in the coffee business for 30 years and the fact that this location knows of these issues and still continues to not get their employees to become better not only at their craft, but also at engaging with customers. It's not an issue that I have to pay extra for something. The issue is that I continue to pay extra for something and continue to not get what I asked for even when brought up in person saying it's not what I want. Any other location I ask for extra cold foam I was taught by other employees at different locations to ask for five times extra foam for the amount that I want which in reality is literally from the first line right above the D on Dutch Bros on the cup. At every location, they give it to me perfectly now when I come here, they will charge me for it and hardly give me anything and today they tried today tell me that the max that they could give me was three times I didn't want to sit there and argue with them that that has never been told to me before so I said fine then they give my drink and I am posting a picture to show you and see if someone at Dutch Bros can answer me insane does this even look like the normal amount that you would put without even asking for extra? Because I literally have hardly any. So once again anybody that has an opportunity to go to any other Dutch Bros, I suggest you do and do not waste your money at this location because they seriously don't care about your beverage and they don't care about you as a customer.

When employees sacrifice speed for customer care

This place is clearly a starter job for children who have no sense of responsibility, but want to talk my ear off about how my day is going when I'm in the mood to do so the real problem is their lack of attention to detail which they gladly sacrifice to speed the drive-through through. I wanted a nice drink to start my Sunday off because I was having a difficult weekend. Ordered it through the drive-through no problem didn't have to listen to anyone at the window and sincerely talk my ear off and ask about my day which is annoying and a policy. I think Dutch Bros should stop or at least teach people how to read when people want to hear that nonsense or not. I just wanted my coffee which happened because the drive-through was busy and they had someone outside the window ordering and delivering drinks as I pulled away, lifted up the coffee by the middle of the cup, which I always do went to drink it. It spilled all over the inside of my brand new vehicle as well as my clothes because the carelessly did not put the top on securely Because they were likely trying to speed through getting drinks out. I walked up to the window, clearly displaying what had happened explaining to the people inside that little box who looked at me as if I was crazy and the question the girl asked was "oh do you want a napkin?" Seriously?! A napkin I said no a napkin won't cut it. Explain to her what happened and she brought me back a napkin, actually three napkins, I want to give her credit for that at the very least, with maybe three drops of water on it and then she asked if I wanted a new top I said no thank you and walked away. I will never come to the Dutch Bros again. This is my second bad experience here and I would advise anyone else that is thinking of it. There are other Dutch Brothers locations one just down Higley Road near the freeway, which always pays close attention to your order and your needs and has people working there over the age of 12. I am extremely disappointed

The food is legitimately really good, always piping hot, delicious, and their coffee is excellent. But man... it is getting harder and harder to ignore the fact that this place desperately wants to be Scottsdale without actually being in Scottsdale. There is a level of pretentiousness walking through here that deserves its own parking space. People are not just coming in for breakfast they are coming in to be perceived. I am half expecting someone to walk in and announce, "Sorry I am late, my personal brand meeting ran long." And the gym clothes... THE GYM CLOTHES. I work out too. I just do not feel the need to wear my workout clothes everywhere like I am on my way to the Olympics. Meanwhile, people are walking around here dressed like they just completed a 90-minute HIIT class, despite the fact that their biggest athletic accomplishment today was finding a parking spot. And listen, I am all for confidence. Wear what you want. But some things should remain between you, your mirror, and your close friends. Not all body part's you own need to make a public appearance. At this point, their burritos are more covered up than some of the customers. Their dress code is now: Athleisure + confidence + absolutely no fear of exposing an entire area of their body. Anyway... back to why we are actually here: THE FOOD. It's fantastic. Always hot, always delicious, and the coffee never disappoints. That is what keeps bringing us back. But if they start reserving more of the already-limited seating for the Scottsdale Influencer Association, I may have to draw the line and take my business elsewhere. I came for a burrito--not a live-action audition for Real Housewives of Gilbert. Great food. Great coffee. Just please keep the Scottsdale cosplay, reserved-table nonsense, and unsolicited anatomy exhibits to a minimum.

I've gone for just coffee and I've gone to actually work and drink coffee, and their split level plan gives customers a fair amount of options for seating, not to mention they also have outdoor seat in available (no thanks in the Summer)! While I've of course had some coffees here that I like better than others I've ordered, I've never had a single coffee here that wasn't truly enjoyable. On my recent visit I decided to order a normal latte, but to switch it up with macadamia milk instead of whole milk, which was suggested by the barista. This was a great recommendation that added a unique flavor to the drink and I honestly think I liked it even better than the normal latte I get! You have to stop in if you've never been. That said, I don't think Rhett McLaughlin and Link Neal are involved with this adorable coffee shop. I digress! I recently ordered the Bourbon Peach Latte with oat milk ($6.50 + $0.75 for oat milk), Blueberry Pie Latte ($6.50), and a Breakfast Sammy with ham ($8). The Bourbon Peach Latte is a seasonal summer drink. It features caramelized sugar, simmered bourbon and heavy cream, real peaches, vanilla bean paste, and a touch of salt. You also get a cute peach gummy ring on the side. The Blueberry Pie Latte is another seasonal summer drink. It includes espresso, blueberry pie syrup, and milk, topped with cream cheese cold foam and a cinnamon graham cracker crumble. Honestly one of the best variations of a blueberry drink I've had at a coffee shop. My favorite blueberry-anything at any coffee shop actually. As for their Breakfast Sammy, it had garlic aioli, egg, ham, avocado, cheddar cheese, and Everything Bagel seasoning. You can definitely taste the garlic in this sandwich. Everything about it just feels right -- the vibe, the people, and especially the food. You can tell they actually care. The staff is super welcoming and generous, not in a forced way, just genuinely good energy from the second you walk in. Food-wise, they don't miss. The honeycomb with cream cheese inside is insane -- sweet, rich, and something you don't really see anywhere else. The Dubai chocolate latte is a must-try too, super smooth and indulgent without being over the top. The beef samosas are perfectly crispy and packed with flavor, and the chocolate pistachio croissant is easily one of the best pastries I've had in a while. Honestly, every time I go I end up trying something new and it's always solid. You can tell they put real thought into everything they serve. Definitely one of those spots you keep coming back to.

A 16 oz drink was $10, which feels a bit steep for a medium-sized coffee. Overall, though, it's a great option if you're craving a Dubai-style iced coffee without leaving Arizona.

I'm a big Cortado guy and they have one prominently on the menu. We've been here a few times and each time my wife's flavored latte is quite lovely, but would it be if it wasn't iced? The service is pleasant, the cafe itself is clean and cute, they have a restroom for patrons. But when it comes to pouring a Cortado, they don't know how to do it. It's just some steamed milk dumped on espresso in a paper cup. Any time a barista puts a cap on your cup (paper cups are generally a bad sign, but some are very good, but still not as good as glass cup poured versions) it's clear they intend to hide the lack of microfoam head, the art itself is how you build this drink. The pastries are great. I've wanted to like this place really because of the story, but if you're really into espresso there are so many better options than Cosita.
